  Bethany was fantastic from our very first meeting! We hired her as our day of coordinator. She made everything go smoothly on our rehearsal and wedding day. We had certain visions for our day and she graciously let my husband take over on our processional. She executed my vision perfectly and all of our guests said everything was wonderful. If I could do it all over again I would hire here earlier in the planning stages and have her take over more. I am so happy that I chose Bethany as my coordinator. She was a dream!

  Day-of Coordination

  Bethany was an absolute pleasure to work with from day 1. She helped us design the bride’s dream head table and made the perfect layout to accommodate our guests and live band within the venue. Bethany’s communication was key to making the planning and day-of go off without a hitch. While our wedding wasn’t without unintended hiccups like any other wedding, Bethany responded professionally and made the evening a night to remember. Cannot recommend Bethany enough!

  Bethany coordinated our November 2017 wedding in Tulsa, OK while we were living in West Virginia. She was infinitely kind and patient in addition to being highly knowledgeable in her field. I definitely have high standards and am detail-oriented, but Bethany exceeded all of my expectations by far. Thank you, Bethany, for making my wedding day feel like a fairy tale! I wouldn't change a thing about my wedding day, and I simply cannot recommend her services enough.
