    Amazing service

    I would highly recommend Beyond Posh Events to anyone that wants an amazing event! We wanted a very customized wedding celebration and they made it all happen. They managed the vendors, coordinated the time line, developed a design plan that was absolutely beautiful, and they delivered on every one of their promises.

    I have had more people complement the décor of this large event and the way they laid it out to be social distanced, but still cozy. I can not say enough great words about this team.

    Seider Wedding

    A’sheka was a preferred vendor from our venue. From the beginning they were great at listening to our ideas and helped make our vision come to life. Her assistant Janette was the best at taking notes and remembering even details that I had forgotten about, she was quick to respond and had a solution for everything. I was quite sad that she didn’t make it to my wedding and I never got a chance to meet her in person. A’sheka’s husband assisted her at my wedding and he was AMAZING! He was always right there with the most positive and cheerful attitude and was just so helpful and attentive. He put a smile on all of our faces, we absolutely loved him. The decor was set up beautifully and the wedding ran smoothly. Beyond Posh Events was a great choice!

    A'Sheka is more than just a coordinator!

    When I first started planning my wedding, I thought I could do it all myself, after all, I found my groom all by myself, right?! However, a few months into the planning, my now-husband sat me down, made me stop going through my giant wedding planning book for a moment, and told me I needed help and made me set up a meeting with the coordinator we had met at the venue's open house. I set up a meeting at Starbucks, because then I could at least get coffee out of this waste-of-time meeting. Then we met A'Sheka, looking fabulous as she always does. I, of course, had my giant planning book and immediately started peppering her with questions from it all of which were answered. Long story short, we ended up hiring her for partial planning which ended up being the best wedding decision we made (other than to marry each other of course!). I was able to text her all times of the day and night, which my husband loved because it meant I could stop bugging *him* with questions and I loved because I didn't realize how many questions I had. A'Sheka worked within my vision, but also helped me flesh it out and, more importantly, stay within my budget...which...let me tell you must have been hard for her because at some points I think she had to convince me to say no to hanging floral arrangements, my husband to a gold suit, and both of us to an all-white bounce house (I blame Pintrest for that). She was these when we met with vendors, to help haggle or to provide perspective and she was the one that kept track and kept in touch with everyone once we booked them. Then, when COVID hit, A'Sheka was our lifeline. I really don't know what would have happened if she didn't mediate between us and our venue. She secured us a Saturday date, which was very important to us, and, as a coordinator, was able to get in touch with the venue owners, which we had not been able to do as renters. As for the day of, Beyond Posh came prepared. Despite the fact that we had some family issues, BP made sure my husband and I got the most out of our day. They were encouraging and understanding, but also firm and professional. Everyone talks about how great the wedding was, how everything just flowed, and how great the desserts were (A'Sheka introduced us to our baker). When I think back about the worries of the day... the first dance, needing to pee, this bouquet is so heavy how I am supposed to hold this thing... none of the worries had to do with coordination or the vendors. Even the rehearsal dinner went smoothly when managed to get about 20 drunk people to practice walking down the aisle correctly. Anyways, I highly reccomended BP. This ain't their first rodeo and when I look at our wedding pictures now, I really do feel like our day was Beyond: beyond beautiful and beyond posh.

    The Perfect Day! The Perfect Team!

    Beyond Posh worked our wedding in Waxahachie 2 weeks ago and I must say it was everything we dreamed of plus more! There’s absolutely no way we could have pulled this wedding off without A’sheka and her team. From the moment we met she was extremely open to being available at anytime and was always willing to make things happen! She always remained transparent throughout the process and even allowed me to take a step back completely so that she could take the lead to relieve all of my stress! For me that was tough but I put my complete trust into A’sheka and her team. She’s very organized and structured which made for a seamless process on our big day! All vendors were on one accord from the moment they arrived to the moment they left thanks to their team. There’s seriously so much I could say about how great they were! Whatever was needing to be done to ensure that we had the wedding of our dreams, A’sheka was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that happened. You would have thought we were family with how passionate she was about ensuring the day was perfect, which meant the world to me. We even had rain the day of the wedding which scared me like no other and she spoke about our plan b option while keeping myself and the groom intact. She’s a very poised, patient, professional, and passionate person. Her husband Chris has the logistics down to a T, providing significant structure to our layout and the overall flow of the wedding. Without him the flow of the room could have easily been no functional and the the groom would have been a clueless without his guidance. They were a power team! We can not thank them enough, seriously. This was a day that we will never forget and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat! Guest loved the wedding and their team! We received nothing but amazing feedback on how awesome they were. We’ve already discussed booking them for other events that we look to have in the future. Thanks so much Beyond Posh!

    The Absolute Best!!!

    Working was ASheka was such a pleasure!! I am so fortunate to have had her as my wedding planner. She was NEVER too far and NEVER too busy for anything I needed or asked. She always made sure to go above and beyond for my husband and I with no reservations, and for this I am forever grateful. This lady is a wonderful asset to a bride & groom’s team and I recommend her ALL THE WAY. Her organization and great eye for detail are out of this world amazing

    Sheka was on top of EVERYTHING. The venue and set up was perfect. She was always available and prompt. She was very organized and detailed.

    Smartest Decision Ever!

    The smartest thing I ever done second to marrying my beautiful wife was to hire ASheka at Beyond Posh Events. From start to finish she was amazing in planning our wedding. Near the end my famous words were “A’Sheka got it”. She spent so much time in the beginning making sure she had all the details required that by the end it was smooth sailing for us. Our wedding day was a breeze A’Sheka and her staff was very professional and attentive to ensure we could enjoy our beautiful day. Thanks to Beyond Posh Events my first day of marriage was AMAZING!!

    A’Sheka is ALWAYS so accommodating and either ONE phone call, email or text away. She’s uber-helpful and always finds a way, even when there might not be a way.     Amazing and professional team!

    A'Sheka and Chris were amazing! As soon as we hired them as our coordinators, they really took the reigns and ran with everything throughout our wedding planning and the day of event! They were both very friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about all things with the wedding. There is absolutely no need to worry about anything as a bride and groom when things are in their hands! They gather all vendor information and deal with the stress of planning with all vendors, including food, decor, venue, DJ, etc.! We couldn't be more happy with our decision to use them! As the groom who works in management in the service industry, I tend to want to be in control and take care of all planning and ensure things go smoothly. I subconsciously had the urge to do the same for the wedding, but A'Sheka and Chris assured me we were in good hands, and indeed we were! I consider myself detail oriented and I would give them an "Exceeded Expectations" for a vendor review in my industry!!! Ha ha! We are soooo very happy to have you two as our coordinators! You both took the stress away from us allowed me and my bride to just focus on each other and having fun! We couldn't recommend you enough!!!!

    Hidden Waters LOVES Beyond Posh Events

    We absolutely love working with A'Sheka / Beyond Posh. She is always very attentive to our brides and responsive to us as a venue. She is very organized and easy to work with. We recommend her not only to our brides but anyone looking for a day of event coordinator. Not only does she offer coordinating services but decorating services as well and that has been very helpful to our brides. You will never be disappointed with her and her services.

    Truly The Best

    I absolutely loved my experience with Ashecka at beyondposh. From start to finish she really went above and beyond for me. I am so happy I chose her to help me with my small ceremony. All my guests raved and loved everything she created at my ceremony site and reception dinner. She is an angel and truly gifted.
    I honestly feel she is best planner/decorator in dallas tx. I couldn't have asked for a better person to be by my side on my special day.Mrs.Ashecka and her husband will always have a special place in my heart they were there for me and my husband in so many ways. Beyondposh truly went above and beyond for us for sure I will be using her services again in the future for all my events.

    Hire asheka. Best planner.

    I cannot recommend Asheka enough. She will go the extra mile to make sure the event goes absolutely perfectly. Not only did my groom and I really ENJOY our wedding we did not have worry about a single thing. Asheka and her team made sure everything went extremely smoothly and perfect. She is not like other planners that may scam you, she made sure we stayed within our budget and did not have to stress about finances. Additionally, Asheka made everything happen in 6 weeks.... that right 6 weeks we planned an entire 200 guest wedding. It was absolutely perfect. HIRE ASHEKA YOU WILL NOT REGRET. Best experience I have ever had.

    Beyond Posh coordinated our wedding. They were great and in attendance to meetings with myself and vendors. I couldn't have picked a better team. My husband and I was very please with their entire service and the day of our wedding they were superb as we had a few hick ups and they managed well. They got the job done. I will definitely use them again and recommend their company to all! Thank you Asheka and Chris!! I will add photos upon receipt.

    We hired Beyond Posh Events to plan my retirement ceremony from the Military. A’Sheka was amazing she caputered every detail we wanted and sent me into retirement in style. She was very accommodating being that me and wife lived in Japan for most of the planning. We love Beyond Posh Events so much we decided for them to hire them again for our vowel renewal. Thank You again A’Sheka and Chris can’t wait to see you again!

    A'Sheka and Chris are beyond amazing!! They provided day of coordination for our wedding, but their coordination and logistics services began about 5 weeks before our wedding. They were both responsive to any questions we had, both through email or texts. They accommodated our schedules and communication preferences. Most of the time they caught details before we even thought about them!

    A'Sheka met with us at our venue and with other vendors whenever we needed her. We got married at Green Acre Campus Pointe and diy-ed the decor. It was a bit of a scramble for me on the day of (I forgot the aisle runner, oops!), but A'Sheka and Chris were there and reassured us things would work out. Chris went out and purchased an aisle runner for us and installed it. This was so sweet because we did not purchase their set up services, but he went above and beyond to help us. They even drove us to the ceremony site to save the bridal party from trekking in their heels and dresses.

    A'sheka and Chris are professional, detail oriented, accommodating, fun, and the praises go on and on! Regarding costs, their services are very affordable (less than $1,000 for day of coordination without set up services). I highly recommend them.

    We had the honor of working with Asheka and Chris from Twice the Spice and I can tell you they truly are the dynamic duo. At least one of them was around at any given time to answer any and all questions. Both of them were very helpful and organized throughout the event. Chris is a true gentleman and Asheka is a sweetheart you just want to give a big hug to. Great people to work with! We can't wait to work with them again.

    My wedding was magical thanks to Mrs. Jordan. Everything was perfect.. When I first walked into our reception, my breath was taken away..It was absolutely beautiful. Twice the Spice had really out done themselves. Mrs. Jordan was very professional, yet very down to earth like a friend I had known for years.. She took the stress off of me and allowed me to enjoy my soecial day. Thanks to her, it was everything I ever dreamed my wedding day would be like and more.

    ASheka and the staff of Twice the Spice Events were great! She helped us plan a fabulous wedding even though we were in and out of the state most of the time (Military). She was great at responding to all my emails AND phone calls. ASheka is very good at what she does and never made me feel like I was a bother to her...which I'm sure I was, lol. We would have had a seriously hard time keeping things together without her. While she had other weddings to plan and organize we always felt like we had her all to ourselves. PLUS, The vendors she recommended were great as well! Twice the Spice Events truly cares about making it the best wedding possible. I would recommend Twice the Spice Events to anyone. Thanks for EVERYTHING ASheka!

    My husband and I had the distinct pleasure of working with A'Sheka and her staff for nearly a year during the course of planning our Virginia Beach wedding. Right from the start A'Sheka was friendly, professional, enthusiastic and extremely organized. From our fist meeting, she was adamant that her and her staff goes "above and beyond" to make sure our wedding day vision comes to life. She was right on. Among many other helpful things, she recommended some EXCELLENT vendors, coordinated all the meetings/ consultations, sent reminders of payments due, gave advice on proper wedding etiquette, and even just checked in when she hadn't heard from me for a while. To set the scene, my husband and I had our wedding on Sandbridge Beach and the reception in the back yard of one of the nearby beach homes- in other words, it was largely a DIY wedding. The wedding day was seamless! A'Sheka and her staff worked so hard to make sure everything happened "behind the scenes" and it turned out to be a truly stress-free day for us. They coordinated with all the arriving vendors, helped with decorating, and managed the "crowd control" during the ceremony/reception transition, and ensured everything happened on schedule. She put together a "wedding day itinerary" that she gave to the bridal party, caterer and DJ, which helped everything run so smoothly. She was a great leader at the rehearsal, and our bridal party absolutely loved her. It is a great pleasure to recommend A'Sheka and Chris and Twice the Spice Events. I only wish I could have an event like our wedding every year so I could work with them again!

    Twice the Spice Events nothing short of amazing. The owner Asheka professional,personable and reliable at the same time. I had know worries she made me feel comfortable from the very beginning everything I asked for she was able to do and anything she couldnt she always came back with alternatives. She made my day unforgettable my graduation party is still the hit of all conversations thanks to Twice The Spice Events. Looking forward to my wedding wink!!!!!!

    I'm so glad I hired A'Shaka! I needed a day of coordinator to tell everyone what to do and she was much more than that. We had several meetings the month before the wedding to go over all the details and she thought of things I never would have. She kept everyone in line on the day of my wedding and made sure we had everything we needed. She even handled an awkward situation with my MIL and I'm so glad she played the bad guy and not me!

    I used Twice the Spice Events for the Day of Coordination services. It was a relief to have someone to ensure that the ceremony and the reception went smoothly.
