  The Best Wedding Planners!

  Bianco Bouquet (Irene!) and I worked together for over a year planning my dream Tuscan wedding. She was such a pleasure to work with--responsive, strategic, budget-oriented, and a great eye for design. The vendors she secured were all fabulous--flowers, hair, makeup, venue and FOOD! My 60 guests were blown away by the beauty and detail they experienced across our 3 day celebration. Everything went flawlessly on my big day and my husband and I could not have been happier. Bianco Bouquet is THE BEST!

  Bianco Bouquet (Irene!) and I worked together for over a year planning my dream Tuscan wedding.   Abbiamo contattato Bianco Bouquet dopo un'esperienza infelice con un'altra wedding planner, e devo dire che questa volta abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo. Costanza è professionale, puntuale e precisa; insieme a Simona ci ha assistito nella scelta di tutti i fornitori rispettando le nostre preferenze e i nostri gusti e consigliandoci al meglio. Mio marito è americano, e Costanza e Simona ci hanno aiutati a sbrigare tutte le pratiche burocratiche del caso (che sono state molte e complicate!) comunicando con lui in inglese. Ci hanno anche aiutati ad organizzare un welcome cocktail per la sera prima e dei tour delle cantine toscane per gli invitati. Il giorno del matrimonio sono state al nostro fianco coordinando perfettamente la giornata. Grazie a loro abbiamo davvero avuto il matrimonio dei nostri sogni senza stressarci e ci siamo potuti godere la giornata. Consiglio a tutte le coppie che stanno pianificando il loro matrimonio di affidarsi a persone serie come il team di Bianco Bouquet! Grazie infinite ancora!

  We recommend Bianco Bouquet to every couple. We contacted them after we had a bad experience with a different wedding planner, and this time we made the right choice! Costanza is extremely precise, professional and punctual; her and Simona helped us choosing every vendor and we were very happy with all of them. We're an italian-american couple and they also helped us with the paperwork we needed to get in order to get married. They also helped us planning a welcome cocktail the night before the wedding and some tours of the vineyards in Tuscany for the american guests. The day of the wedding they were there to make sure that everything was perfect, and it really was! Thank you again!

  Io e mio marito desideravamo sposarci a Mykonos..sulla spiaggia..con pochi invitati. Facendo qualche ricerca su internet la nostra attenzione si è soffermata su Biancobouquet: il sito..così ben fatto..è stato un ottimo biglietto da visita. Poi abbiamo conosciuto Costanza Giaconi e da subito abbiamo avuto conferma che avevamo scelto bene. Nonostante non fossimo nella stessa città..la nostra Wedding planner..una volta inteso ciò che desideravamo..c’ha proposto esattamente ciò che volevamo. E così..grazie alla sua professionalità..esperienza e raffinatezza..il nostro matrimonio è stato da favola..proprio come lo avevamo immaginato. E tutto..in soli 3 mesi!

  Costanza & Irene of Bianco Bouquet Weddings in Italy were the perfect wedding planners for our intimate wedding in Tuscany. When we first started contacting vendors, Costanza was always the first to reply, and had all the answers to our questions.
  
  They were able to secure the Abbey of San Galgano on short notice, and arranged everything from the legal paper work of getting married in Italy for United States Citizens, to the translator, Embassy appointments on short notice, perfect musicians and amazing florists.
  
  In the 6 months that it took to plan our wedding, Costanza was very responsive to emails, despite the fact that it was peak wedding season for Italy. They stayed throughout the ceremony, arranged the venue decor, and stayed throughout the dinner until they felt they were comfortable departing.
  
  Our ceremony was absolutely flawless, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The experience of getting married at San Galgano abbey will stay with us and our guests forever, it felt like we getting married many centuries ago. We wouldn't have found the location if Costanza did not work her magic in suggesting the location, and securing the time slot

  Do not hesitate to call Costanza if you are planning any destination wedding. We wished we had called her much sooner! She connected us with all of the essential vendors in Italy prior to our wedding and presented us with all of our choices with enough time to produce an incredibly successful wedding for our daughter! Costanza communicated with us in English so we never felt out of the loop due to language differences. Her suggestions were spot on for catering, ground transportation, florists, photographers and even a suggestion for the "Night Before" dinner in Florence! She is the best. There is no second choice!

  There was always excellent communication with her, even though we planned the wedding from different countries.

  Costanza was great, it was like having a friend help organise our wedding. She did everything exactly as we wanted it done, giving advice and listening to all our requests. The decorations and set up both on the beach and in the reception area were perfect. Costanza took away from us all the bureaucratic stress by handling it all herself and dealing with all the suppliers. Having her there also on the day meant we could relax and enjoy the moment without having to worry about anything - a part from the weather which luckily was also on our side! All our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and still talk about our wedding as being the best they have ever been to. Our dream beach wedding in Italy came true thanks to Costanza!

You were really accommodating to all our requests and helped us create a amazing wedding!   I don't know what we would have done without Costanza and her team! The beginning stages of our wedding planning I was living in the states, that complication in addition to not speaking fluent Italian, meant I needed assistance! Bianco Bouquet took our visions for the wedding and refined them, introduced us to great vendors, made helpful suggestions and created an achievable timeline (I only moved to Italy 3 months prior to our celebration). The team was always professional, always calm, and always accommodating, especially the day of the wedding, when we wanted to focus on enjoying ourselves, not worrying about scheduling vendors!
  
  The wedding itself was spectacular - it was even better than we had imagined and hoped for. The food, the music, the flowers, and the lighting created a very elegant, yet relaxed affair. Our friends and family truly enjoyed themselves and we all cannot stop looking at the beautiful photos.

Our wedding was not an easy one to organize and I could not have done it without all of them.I would, with my eyes shut, recommend to use Bianco Bouquets services for any future weddings or events. I will always have a very special place in my heart for Costanza and her team for giving me a fairy tale wedding.

  They turned my 50th birthday party into a magical event

  Our event was a birthday party. Despite some difficult times due to distance issues, we still managed to make it work! When I wanted tomatoes on the tables on the D-day, they literally went to the supermarket to get some :) I couldn't be thankful enough. Great team, great spirit and good organizational qualities. Enjoy!
