    Great food great service!

    The food was great the service was great even the leftovers were great! My friends and family loved the food will definitely be using them again for future events when needed. They respond to emails quickly and are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them as they have a variety of meal options from breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. If you don't see something on their menu definitely ask!! We wanted hot chocolate instead of tea and they were very accommodating to making this adjustment if we wanted to make the change. They set everything up and do all the takedown as well. Cake cutting and serving was a great plus for us to add for our special day.

    Fantastic experience

    Working with Biebels was so smooth and affordable. They're catering and event staff was very pleasant to work with. OMG the food!!! 10/10. Our guests had rave reviews for the pulled pork and Mac and cheese. Definitely consider working with them if you have the opportunity!

    Best Pig roast ever!!! Also rentals were easy!

    If you want a caterer for your wedding don’t look any further! This place is amazing I was able to rent tables and chairs and linens and all of it was amazing. So very happy to work with all of them. Everything was just amazing.

    Great Communication Great Food

    Biebels catered our wedding on 4/23/22 with broasted chicken, meatloaf, and sides. They also did the cookies for our dessert table. The food was amazing and so was the service! a very easy company to work with and excellent communication leading up to the big day. 100% recommend.

    Absolutely amazing

    We absolutely loved our choice of caterer they did a phenomenal job!! And the food was so amazing 10/10!!!!

    Excellent Punctuality!

    The food was great, they arrived early for set up and there was more than enough food that we were taking home huge trays.

    Great service and staff

    It’s very stressful planning a wedding. Dave at Biebels catering was awesome. Food was excellent, we had many compliments from our guests. I highly recommend Bieber’s catering.

    They were fantastic. When they got to the wedding, I didn't even have to worry about them. They took care of everything and the food was delicious. Everybody loved it.

    Biebel's was extremely helpful in coordinating our catering. Paul knows his craft well and wants to make sure all his wedding customers are well taken care of! He was very helpful in helping us decided which options would be best. Paul offers the experience you want. We wanted a no-fuss, simple, and tasty buffet. We had three servers to man the buffet and drinks (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO THIS NO MATTER WHAT), and a complete line up of tasty dinner options. I know the stigma for wedding food is really bad, but our food was DELICIOUS. All of our guest who we spoke to raved about the tasty dinner! Paul even catered to our crazy desire for a fully functional snow cone machine. He was great! I highly recommend him.

    Biebel's catering provided an outstanding meal for our backyard wedding. It was an extremely hot day, but the staff looked professional and the guests were thrilled with our menu.

    I used Biebels for some rental items (tables and linens and plates) and a few catering items (appetizer items like veggie, fruit, and cheese/sausage trays) along with a few miscellaneous things like a popcorn maker. The have a very wide variety of items to choose from and even delivered (and picked up!) the items as our venue was about 30 minutes out of Green Bay. I didn't really use them for a whole lot but the items we rented were just as expected with the exception of the fan. We had rented a large fan to keep the dance floor cool, and the cord was broken (exposed wires) and Beibels had used electrical tape to "fix" it and taped it to the body of the fan, i'm assuming to make sure it wasn't over bend in certain directions but the problem was that this allowed about 6 inches of cord length to plug into anything, whiiiich is pretty difficult, we ended up having to get an extension cord to get it to work, but once plugged in, it worked great. Everything else, food included, was great and prices are very comparable to other similar companies in the area. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone having an event.

    Pig Roast & Chicken Very Good

    We had a pig roast & chicken for our wedding. Many of our guests said the chicken was very good. We chose seven layer salad & parsley buttered red potatoes as sides & would’ve ordered something different as there was a lot of the salad leftover. Our servers at the wedding were great.

    Paul is very knowledgeable in the catering business. He also gave good recommendations re: placement of food on tables and the buffet. A couple of downfalls came when it was time to finalize the number of guests and then pay for the total. They were unorganized with those two aspects but otherwise the food was great!!

    Too expensive and low quality

    Biebels did not shine for our Green Bay wedding! They were expensive, not very tasty, and did not go above and beyond.

    We paid a ridiculous $33.42 per person for a buffet style. We had a pig on a spit but they never showed off the spit and just had the meat in a tray, which was very dry. We had a 7 layer salad, baked beans (very good), stuffing (very bad), mashed potatoes, german potatoes, sauerkraut, broasted chicken (very good). We served pies and cake, all of which was very average! They provided paper plates and paper towels. Appetizers was a cheese and sausage spread, vegetable tray and a smoked salmon (which we had to pay separate and deliver to them)

    They also provided the table clothes which we had to pick up and return.

    We received an email 3 days before our wedding that the smoked salmon that we ordered months ago was not available but if I wanted to drive to another city to pick it up and bring it to them I could. What!?

    I ended up calling the same company that they use and got it locally. I had to drive locally and pick up the fish and bring it over to Biebels, the day before the wedding. As if we did not have enough things going on.

    They were nice to work with but their performance, quality, and price scored them this poor review.

    Adrian – we are sorry you are disappointed with your Biebel’s experience. Yes, your price per person was inflated because you added an additional side, meat and desserts – above and beyond what the menu price per person generally runs. But it also included a personnel charge for your served buffet, cake cutting service, gratuity, venue royalty fee and linens.
    Our pigs are not roasted on a spit as you can see pictured on our website. As you may recall, due to the rain we were forced inside for carving. Because your venue required maximum social distancing standards, we did not have space on the event floor and were left with the kitchen as our last option. This was discussed with you before your wedding for your approval – of which you said – sure, that’s fine.
    We’re happy you enjoyed most of our food – and it seems your guests did as well. As a matter of fact, we received an email this morning from one raving about the German Potato Salad. We do offer tastings which many take advantage of.
    Stated on our menu and our communications with you – we include disposable heavy- duty paper plates (think Chinet), heavy duty napkins (think Vanity Fair not paper towels), heavy duty plastic utensils and disposable cups. This is all in an effort to keep your costs down. You never expressed any concern about these disposable items for your pig roast prior to your wedding.
    Bridal couples typically like to have linens in advance to decorate the guest tables. We could have easily delivered and picked up your 26 table linens for a $46 fee. You asked to pick them up and return them. We would have taken them back with us that evening however your guests were still using them.
    Your smoked salmon statement is not true. Our supplier – different from where you purchased the smoked salmon – could not get this product due to supply issues related to the pandemic. When you mentioned how important it was, we suggested an Algoma supplier. We had no idea they had a Green Bay store.
    As far as above and beyond goes, we did our part in keeping you and your guests safe that evening by being masked and gloved while maintaining a high level of customer service - even delivering a plate of appetizers to you and your bride so you wouldn’t miss out on anything. Your event planner went to the venue the week before to verify and confirm the set up.
    Our team is working hard in these difficult conditions bringing weddings and other event plans to fruition for our customers despite limitations put on us due to this pandemic. We’re sorry if you feel we fell short of your expectations, yet we will continue to serve our customers delicious food, provide an exceptional catering staff and outstanding customer service.

    Great start, horrible ending

    To start I will say the food was delicious and the girls we worked with leading up to the wedding were wonderful. The day of however, that was a mess. The reason I am really disappointed, and even disgusted, is how they handled my cake. Paying for a service and I literally had more than one person ask if we let one of the children cut it. Every piece was a different size, some a crumbly mess and others big enough serve 3 people. Cake and frosting was smeared all over the table cloth making the entire station look just gross. And then to top it off (pun not inteded) the cake topper which I told them I wanted to save was just tossed to the side and covered with cake, fronting, and fruit. Due to it being delicate I cannot get it fully clean and it is just ruined now. When I emailed them about the experience we never even got a response.

    Skye – we are happy to hear you enjoyed the food served by our caterers at your wedding. Regarding your cake, generally we know in advance when we are going to be asked to provide the cake cutting service. We bring the proper tools and work to a diagram that is provided to us. In this case, after working with primarily the groom on much of the pre and final planning, we asked if there was anything else our caterers needed to be aware of for your special day. Cake cutting was never mentioned during any of our many conversations or on any of the documentation we provided listing how the caterer time was to be spent. We were prepared to fulfill the services we were asked to do and our team did a terrific job. They were not, however, prepared to cut your wedding cake. Instead of refusing as we did not tell them that was an expectation, they did their best with the tools on hand.

    With any review like this, we always believe there is an improvement opportunity for us and we have put steps in place to prevent any miscues like this in the future. We work hard to make this a beautiful, seamless event for our customers from the event planners, to the kitchen staff and the caterers and are very good at what we do.

    Communication is key and guarantees a successful outcome. Having a task asked of us during an event without any mention during the planning process – even when prompted and documented – suggests the responsibility should be shared amongst all parties and not lie solely with Biebel’s.

    Better off paying slightly more somewhere else

    Our outdoor wedding needed a ton of rentals. When we could we tried to use other vendors. Our original representative left and the follow up with our next rep was never the same. Promises were made with the first rep that weren't honored by the second. They outsource alot of their rentals to their partners. Their partner stood us up for meetings twice. Getting a follow up on questions, emails, and calls was a lengthy process if they even got back to you at all. On our wedding day I was putting up sides of the tent by myself. Not the service we were looking for. We asked to have an additional drop off for all of the loose rentals we needed on our wedding day but they were unable to accommodate the request. Then on our wedding day, they showed up with three trailers, one of which was half empty. The whole thing just seemed disorganized and not alot of care for us. Pay a little extra and go with a provider who has more organization and offers to help work through the logistics.

    We had set up chair rental with Biebel's seven months before our wedding. We had an outdoor wedding at a park so needed quite a few white chairs. The month of the wedding we subtracted about 40 chairs knowing our final count. Well the day of the wedding, I was on the way to ceremony (where my husband to be was already at coordinating with other vendors) when I got a call from the delivery person that day that was bringing our chairs. They were supposed to (and verified the day before) deliver at 12:30pm, our ceremony was at 1:30. He called me at 12:45pm saying he was going to be 10 minutes late (AS HE WAS ALREADY 15 MINUTES LATE) and we already had guests at wedding site. My husband said they arrived right around 1pm. Well they were supposed to set up the chairs, but they were too busy. So my husband, the groomsman & OUR WEDDING GUESTS had to set up all 110 chairs. The workers also had the nerve to ask if we would take them down after wedding in which the best man spoke up and said no. We were very unhappy with the fact they were late, rude, and having us set up and wanting to take down. We tried to reach the manager for EIGHT days after wedding. He was always busy, when he did finally call back he was EXTREMELY rude to my husband, and didn't have the time of day. We did get a small refund but that does not make up for the rude behavior. We had a lot of engaged couples at wedding who actually cancelled their rentals through them. I urge people to be very cautious when doing rental through this company. The chairs were nice, no issues but the customer service was awful! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

    Great catering, horrible service, do not use for rentals

    Let's start off with the good. The food was excellent and especially for the cost. Great value there. The horrible service came from the owner Kim. We had been planning the wedding for 2+ years. Every time we contacted her there were problems with our invoice. It started with adding a second dance floor and multiple extra delivery charges. Then a month before the wedding we had better counts for guests and between the additions and subtractions with pieces the invoice should have gone down by $500, instead it went up over $900! When we asked why she told us the tent was listed, but there was no price. She also said she missed it, but so did I. Last time i checked I'm the client and I shouldn't have to check every detail to make sure there is a price, especially when it's a huge line item. After getting very upset Kim and I did come to an agreement which I felt was still a bit much, but I could live with. From there things got worse. I was not able to be at the venue for set up of the tent and I wish I had been because they they delivered the wrong tent! We ordered a frame tent and they delivered a pole tent. This then threw off EVERYTHING! My theme for the wedding was Beauty and the Beast and I ordered chandeliers from another company. Because the wrong tent was delivered the chandeliers could not be hung in the tent. My only saving grace is our venue owner was gracious enough to allow us to hang them in areas she did not want them hung. She went out of her way, unlike Biebel's. Instead Biebel's blamed the tent and chandelier snafu on myself and our lighting company saying a frame tent would have never been able to hold the chandeliers. If that was the case, why wouldn't that have been brought up when the vendors had talked out details beforehand? She also says she called me the day before, but never left a voicemail. I checked my call log and there was no missed call. And if it is important why would you not leave a voicemail? I personally believe she ordered this tent after the pricing mix up as a pole tent is cheaper, to cover the costs of her mistakes hoping we wouldn't realize the difference. I am an interior designer and my entire floorplan was messed up due to her mistakes. I only paid the balance to be done with them. I would not recommend them to be used for anything other than just catering. She burnt a bridge with not only myself, but with a venue that has to use rentals.

    We hired Biebel's for a wedding rehearsal dinner via an event coordinator. Both the event coordinator and I followed up with them via email where the date of the event was in the subject of the email and then in the quote they had sent over. When we showed up for the dinner, there was no food as Biebel's forgot about us. We got food from another caterer with dinner being 2 hours late and not quite what we wanted. I blame both the caterer and the event coordinator. Biebel's excuse was that I emailed them which confused things...so it was my fault...then why have the correct date on the quote that you sent me? It would have been better if you just owned it. Look it up Biebel's, it's quote # E08496. They tainted my rehearsal dinner.
