  Professional, reliable, & great quality rentals!

  Big top rentals were super easy to work with, reliably delivered everything they had committed, and even drop it off a day early so you can set up ahead of time. We loved working with them - thank you for helping make our wedding so easy & memorable!

  Amazing communication, fantastic delivery set/up

  Beth from Big Top was an all-star communicator, and was SO informative and helpful when it came to planning our rental needs for our outdoor wedding. She helped us select the perfect-size tent, dance floor, and lighting for our wedding, and was extremely accommodating of all of our questions and last minute adjustments. The set-up team was SO hardworking, efficient, tidy, professional, friendly, and all-around awesome. We found that some of the items were more expensive than we were expecting, but were competitively priced when compared to other rental vendors-- this is just to say, price out rentals before deciding on a venue where they are necessary! All in all, our wedding was gorgeous with Big Top's help! Thank you so much Beth and team!

  Best experience ever!!

  I can not say enough how happy we were with Big top. The customer service was outstanding. the cost was reasonable. the set up and take down crew were so nice I invited them in for coffee!! (they didn't accept of course they had work to do!). the rentals were spotlessly clean and exactly what I asked for. there was absolutely no damage to my property, the lawn, the gardens everything came through unscathed! we also rented the toilet trailer needed that day, saved about $700.00 by not having to involve another company. they were perfectly clean and because we have a shallow well, they came filled with the water necessary for the event. We rented the sail cloth tent... a little bit more expensive, worth every dime!
  We worked with Beth C. .....She was a dream!

  So responsive and professional. Really guided us through the rentals process without ever trying to up-sell or up-charge us. Such a pleasure working with their team. Would recommend to anyone getting married in the area.

  Great prices and service for all of your backyard wedding needs!

  I had a backyard wedding in September and Big Top was an excellent wedding vendor. They provided the tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, plates, coffee urns, you name it. They had reasonable prices and great service. I decided to spend the extra money for the farm tables, and I was glad I did, they were gorgeous! Also, everyone was very impressed by the bathroom trailer they provided.

  I had a backyard wedding in September and Big Top was an excellent wedding vendor. They provided the tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, plates, coffee urns, you name it. They had reasonable prices and great service. I decided to spend the extra money for the farm tables, and I was glad I did, they were gorgeous! Also, everyone was very impressed by the bathroom trailer they provided.

  Big Top Tents quickly responded to my request of a quote. My mother and I were both impressed by the amount quoted. My family has used Big Top on several occasions including reunions. My mom and I went in person and from the second we walked in they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was unsure about a few things and they made me feel at ease and completely normal. We ended up in the end adding so much then we originally thought to the list but the price is still affordable and their suggestions are excellent. They listened to every idea I had and vision, they even went as far as giving a visual of what it would look like whether it was showing me how big the dance floor will be by measuring the office to showing us pictures and pieces of product. I could not be more please so far. I am looking forward to seeing the end result.

  We used Big Top for all of our wedding rental needs from tables, chairs, linens, glasses, plates, forks .... all the essentials. The farm tables were awesome and fit exactly with our decor. Over the course of a few months our order changed a few times, and they were accommodating every step of the way right up until the week of the wedding. Every single interaction with this company was positive, with a very fast turn around on quotes. Delivery was on time with pleasant delivery guys, and no issues with pick up. We highly recommend them and couldn't be happier with the way our day turned out! Thank you!!

  Big Top was great! Beth was so very helpful from start to finish. THey recommended everything we needed to create the perfect atmosphere for our wedding. Everything arrived on time, and they set it all up in advance. The guys that came to set it all up were highly skilled and made sure to do exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend the deluxe restroom trailer. It was a big hit with the guests! Thanks Big Top!

  Beth at the office answered countless emails from me over the year and entertained all of my flip flopping on decisions since some of our ideas changed as the year wore on. The guys that came and set up were courteous and professional - they even helped me string up my paper cranes (sooo not part of their job description). Due to the heavy rains on the Friday before the wedding, there were some leaks in the tent, and when I (somewhat) calmly called to ask them to deal with the issue they had a team of guys cleaning up in no time. They came back again on Saturday to lay down extra rug remnants over the yard to help deal with the mud and to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Thank you again Beth, Toby, Rico, and Mike!!

  We hosted an outdoor reception at my childhood home and let me just say that it would have been a trainwreck if he hadn't rented the essentials from Big Top. I worked with Beth from just after our engagement all the way to the day before the event coordinating what I needed to make my vision come together. Their responsiveness and knowledge of what's needed for events like this was amazing. We rented a 60x90 tent with side walls (just in case, didn't end up needing them), a 20x20 tent for the caterer, dance floor, tables, chairs, and a bathroom trailer (with flushable toilets/running water!). The crew that came to set up was fantastic - and even in the 90+ degree heat they never once complained and they didn't stop until the task was done (6+ hours). I can't thank Big Top enough for all of you help over the last year and for providing the tools I needed to my my wedding come together the way I had always imagined!.

  I'd love to give them 5 stars but just can't. My family has used them for all their weddings and events and never had a problem and were always pleased. I was a little irritated when they arrived late for set up and the sidewalls of the tent weren't up before it started raining so I couldn't set up my tables and what not when I wanted to (ahead of time!)
  When I contacted them, the woman I had worked with all along as my contact, I think was afraid to call me back because she had always "just stepped out" and never emailed any form of apology. My friends and family said I was way too nice over the ordeal because they were ready to lose their minds. I will say the employees who showed up and did all the work setting thing up were very hardworking and wonderfully polite. The problem came from the "office" delegation of duties and what not. Would I use them again, not sure
