  Breath taking venue

  I absolutely love this venue. It's charming and very unique. The staff have always been accommodating. Hands down one of my favorite venues. Highly recommend.

  Highly Recommend! Amazing and pleasant staff!

  We had our wedding at Black Oak and it was hands down amazing! The barn is maintained very well, its very modern and the staff was very pleasant to work with! Not only is the barn amazing, but the property itself is surrounded with huge oaks and beautiful views of the mountains! Would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for any sort of event!

  Amazing venue with amazing staff

  We were lucky enough to randomly stumble across BlackOak for our wedding venue and couldn't be happier. The place is amazing and the staff are wonderful. Jane is a 10/10 and will do everything in her power to make your wedding perfect.

  One of a kind

  This place is absolutely wonderful! I don’t think we would have done it anywhere else. Once you see this place, all other places just can’t compete. The staff are phenomenal and extremely helpful with guiding you through the entire wedding process. So glad we chose black oak to have our wedding.

  Beautiful and magical venue, with a wonderful team to help!

  We booked our wedding at Black Oak Mountain Vineyards for an 11/5/22 wedding. The moment we toured the venue, we knew nothing else could compare to Black Oak Mountain Vineyards and we had to book! Jane was a wonderful tour guide and point of contact throughout our booking and planning process. Jane was so kind and helpful in the planning process. BOMV has a wonderfully curated preferred vendor list that we went off of for many of our vendors and we couldn’t recommend them enough! We had a barn wedding and were able to also stay at the estate house after. The grounds are absolutely breath taking and the BOMV staff do a wonderful job of setting up the tables and chairs and ceremony site as you have planned. Our guests gushed at the beautiful venue site. Even with us having a drizzly day everyone complimented the beautiful grounds. The barn is fabulous and fit our smaller guest list perfectly and was able to be heated to keep everyone comfortable! Our day was truly beautiful and magical and we cannot thank the BOMV team enough for being a part of our day!

  A truly magnificent venue.

  We were lucky to attend a wedding at Black Oak Mountain Vineyards and had a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. All of the service staff was very responsive and professional. We had the best time, I would highly recommend for a magical night.

  Beautiful Venue

  This venue is absolutely stunning! The house and barn have the best views and decor. All the staff were kind and accomdating throughout the entire planning process and helped make our weekend the best.

  Venue and staff was exceptional! You pull up to this property and immediately know it’s something special, something unique that will blow away both your guests and great flawless pictures, you’ll think back on, for years to come. The staff is equally incredible. They reply quickly, take the time to brainstorm with you, are will to be flexible and accommodate most any request within their means and made us feel like celebrities the day of. There is no more important decision than your venue- I’m promising, look no further!

  Stunning Property

  Black Oak Mountain Vineyards is exceptional. The venue is chic, excellently taken care of, and has stunning views all around. Not only is the venue beautiful, the staff are wonderful to work with. I mainly talked with Jane and she was so helpful, responsive, and trustworthy. We were also allowed to take engagement photos at the venue and our photos turned out more beautiful than I imagined (the views are seriously the best). I would recommend this venue to anyone.

  Gorgeous and Perfect Place!

  This is an absolute gorgeous Venue. We had our graduation here and not a wedding, but all of our 90 guests were in AAAW. Every detail was handled very well and they even went above and beyond with what they provided and even included extras to make sure our families had a great time and a beautiful set up. Sunsets here are phenomenal! I would definitely recommend Black Oak for any event. Nobody wanted to leave.

  The absolute perfect venue and perfect team

  Cannot say enough great thing about this venue and the black oak team. The views and the estate are obviously incredible but we were absolutely blown away by their service and they attended literally to our every need. We had our wedding here late October and the day could not have possibly gone any more perfect. Thank you so much Black Oak, you guys are seriously the best!

  This location hits all the marks

  Nothing short of perfection. The barn is industrial and chic at the same time… and the estate! You have the option of one or the other, but if you choose the Estate you get the barn too for your reception. Everyone in the party pulled out cameras, I haven’t ever seen views quite like that and obviously neither had they. There simply isn’t anything like it…maybe somewhere, but I don’t know where. The staff is meticulous and our guests had an incredible time. Bunnies were literally hopping through the vineyard as the sun went down! Pictures were spectacular!”

  Absolutely Breathtaking

  Black Oak Mountain Vineyards is like no other venue in Northern California! The views are absolutely breathtaking! There are 5 different ceremony sites and 2 receptions sites on the property. The Estate has a gorgeous infinity pool that overlooks the vineyards and rolling sierra foothills. The area is beautiful and serene. There is a calmness in the air that makes Black Oak a very magical place to be. Very relaxing and awe inspiring in every direction. One of my favorite parts of the Estate is the outdoor shower with living walls. Absolutely nothing like it!

  With all of the craziness that 2020 brought to our wedding planning I’m SO happy it lead us to this venue. They made my wedding so much more than I could have expected and it was done with such joy! This venue is unlike any I have ever seen and all of my guest said it was the BEST wedding they’ve ever been to. The staff couldn’t have been more down to earth and helpful and the options of views and styles are endless. I feel so blessed to have had my wedding here and would recommend it a thousand times over!

  Wonderful Expericence

  We had our daughter's wedding at this venue at the barn location. The ladies who help to coordinate everything were responsive and easy to work with. They seemed as excited as we were to have this wedding. We appreciated the attention to details, e.g. cleaning cobwebs on the outside of the barn, sweeping, dusting and just making sure all details were as they promised. The weather was warm for the ceremony (5:30 pm in August) but the umbrellas definitely helped to cut the heat for the guests. By the time the ceremony began, the sun had fallen behind the hill and there was a nice breeze for the entire reception. All the feedback I received from family and friends was positive and complimentary. The pictures were beyond stunning! We would highly recommend this site for any special event you are planning.

  We recently held our wedding at Black Oak Mountain & Vineyards.
  I cannot say enough good things about this venue.
  The day we toured the beautiful property and met Jane, we knew immediately that this was the place for us! Jane was so helpful and accommodating throughout this process.
  We rented the property for our event and added 2 nights so we could take full advantage of this amazing estate. We were so happy we did this because it allowed us to really experience the estate to its fullest in a less chaotic way.
  
  The property itself is literally breathtaking. The 360 degree views of the sprawling hills was the perfect backdrop to our event…you’ll save on flowers and decor because the views provide the eye-candy!
  The sunset is spectacular so make sure you arrange for sunset photos with your photographer. The estate itself is immaculate, comfortably sleeps 6 and is decked out with everything you would need for an overnight stay.
  
  We received SO many compliments from our guests on the venue. Many saying it was the most amazing they’d ever seen! Our guests took so many photos of themselves there too! LOL
  I highly recommend having your event here! You will not be disappointed!
  I already miss it so much and hope we can revisit the property on our anniversary!
