  THE BCC WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH, THE EVENT CORDINATOR, MARY HEAVENOR WAS SO HELPFUL. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. DECEMBER IS A BUSY TIME FOR EVENTS AND THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE OUR DAUGHTERS WEDDING RECEPTION EVERYTHING THAT SHE WANTED IT TO BE EVEN THOUGH WE WERE NOT CLUB MEMBERS AND THAT SPOKE VOLUMES TO ME.

  We hosted our wedding reception at BCC and could not have had a more positive experience. Everyone involved with our special day gave it there all to make it perfect. The management team hospitality of the staff is second to none. The club just finished the addition of a large out door deck on the back of their banquet hall which added another element to our event, that both our guest and we enjoyed. The dinner was delicious a prepared exactly as we asked, we also had several guest with dietary issues and the club completely accommodated them, which made our guest even happier. The setting, the staff, the quality of the food, and the great experience that we had are all reasons why I would highly recommend this venue to anyone that is looking. Thanks Mary, Tom, and all the BCC staff!

  The Blacksburg Country Club was a great place to have our wedding. It was more reasonably priced than other places we looked at and included many things. They provided tables and linens and even had an onsite caterer. That made arranging all the details for our wedding very easy! The food was amazing and the drive to the country club from Blacksburg shows off the wonderful mountains. I think all my guests had a wonderful time.

  Amazing venue!!

  My fiancé and I are so thrilled to have found BCC as our venue, and their catering menu is to die for!!! Can’t wait to get married here!

  We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception at BCC. I must say I was extremely impressed with how well everything went on our wedding day. We were so happy with how everything turned out and I couldn't have asked for anything better! We were a little concerned when there were some changes made with who handles events only 3 months before our wedding. But everything went better than I ever could have imagined! Amelia really made sure everything was taken care of and our guests were very pleased with the food. I do not personally know anyone else who has been married here, but I will be recommending them if I hear of anyone looking for venues.

  Absolutely a wonderful place to have a wedding- we had both the ceremony and the reception in the Country Club party room and it was perfect for a medium sized wedding- we had about 120 guests with a buffet and a dance floor everyone was comfortable and the food was fantastic!

The event coordinator left during the reception because she had another event so we had to figure out when to do the first dance, father/daughter dance and mother/son dance, cake cutting ourselves. We also had to ask the staff to turn down the lighting for dancing. It was no big deal but during your wedding you don't want to be the one worrying about that, you want it already taken care off!

  DeAnne and Tom did a fabulous with my daughter's wedding 7/1/17. DeAnne worked with every request in the planning stages and did everything we asked of her. On the day of the wedding she took care of our pre-ceremony dressing and pictures, and made sure the bridal party was taken care of every step of the way. The reception was beautiful. The food was top knotch! The linens, set up, bar and cocktail hour were all perfectly planned. I would highly recommend BCC to anyone! As a mom of two daughters my only regret would be having to find another venue so daughter #2 could have a special day all of her own. For a gorgeous venue, great food and drink, and a great event from planning to the send off, BCC is the best in the NRV!

  There were definitely some kinks that had to be worked out. When we arrived for the rehearsal there was a band set up in our ceremony space. Things like that were a bit frustrating but were quickly fixed. All in all, it was a positive experience and I have encouraged other friends of mine to get married there.
