Best Venue Ever!
Wow! Wow! Wow! Best venue ever! Brittney is absolutely amazing to work with - she catered to our every need and wish! The venue on its own is absolutely stunning! It’s a vibe of industrial mixed with rustic romanticism. If I could do it all over again, it would be at blanc. -

I could not recommend this place more to those who want an eclectic intimate wedding in the city. Brittney was the BEST event manager, and worked so hard & went above and beyond for us on our 10.09 wedding. She answered any and every question from the time we booked last July up to the wedding day. They made sure we were all warm from the ceremony & cool when it got hot from dancing. They recently got even more chairs so now they have 150 instead of the 50 we originally had when we first booked. More than enough furniture & tables for seating AND vendors so we didn’t need to rent anything. She helped direct guest traffic and just all around is such a pleasant and wonderful person. This venue has my heart forever and I love it so much. -

Blanc was a beyond gorgeous setting for our summer wedding! Brittney (event manager) was easy to work with and very responsive. I'd absolutely recommend. One caution is to be very clear with your guests regarding parking, 3 of our guests were towed during the wedding because they parked in the adjacent lot.

We loved having our wedding at Blanc! It was the perfect space for 140 guests. It is a beautiful venue with so much character. The courtyard was the perfect space for our ceremony and dinner under the bistro lights. It was then fun to move inside for dessert and dancing. Brittney was great to work with from day one. She is flexible, quick to respond and brings a level of confidence that is so reassuring when you are planning such a big event. Can't say enough great things. We would absolutely recommend Blanc. -

We loved hosting our wedding at blanc! We had about 100 guests, and loved the size of blanc and the various spaces it offers with the courtyard, barn, and indoor space. It felt intimate yet was plenty of room for a party! The outdoor plants and florals, cafe lights, and exposed brick create a perfect backdrop that allowed us to add our own style and personality! Brittney was also wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Thanks again! -

We LOVE this venue and had the best experience working with Brittney!! Everything about the venue is stunning and it provides the perfect background for every part of your big day! I was blown away with how everything looked and I have received several comments and messages from our guests who can't stop complimenting blanc. It truly is a stunning hidden gem in RiNo! Wedding at Blanc
Could not have been more impressed with Blanc as a venue for our wedding. From the early days of planning to the big day, the team at Blanc had everything covered and made the process smooth and stress free. Their venue is absolutely stunning for a wedding. We opted to have ceremony and dinner outside and dancing and bar inside and the whole vibe could not have been better. We looked at many venues in the downtown Denver area and this is by far one of the best! -

I can't begin to say enough great things about blanc, and specifically, how great Brittney was to work with. She helped us cling to our sanity during the pandemic, kept us up to date on city mandates and what it meant for our event, and when it came to the big day she went above and beyond to make it special and ensure everything ran smoothly. The guests raved about the venue and it made for the perfect backdrop to an incredible evening. -

We've had two Birthday parties for our son at Blanc. The venue is beautiful. It is spacious and makes for the perfect setting for any event. The staff is wonderful to work with. It is truly a hidden urban gem. The kids and adults had a great time and no one felt crowded in there. We plan to use Blanc every year for our events. -

My husband and I got married at blanc last month and we couldn't be happier that we did. What a special venue this is! We got so many compliments from our guests on the vibe, location, and gorgeous outdoor space. Brittney, the venue director, made everything so smooth and easy from start to finish. We felt truly taken care of and having her there on our day was the cherry on top! We'd do it all again if we could. The space was great for the size of our wedding (just under 100) and could accommodate even double that. Brittany was our contact and fantastic. She was very responsive and wanted to make sure we had the wedding we wanted. At the time the venue required us to rent lights, but I think since then they have made that a permanent thing which is really nice. We got married in the summer and the main room inside by the windows got super hot. Awnings out front would really fix this issue. Our guests and chocolates on the tables melted! Overall we could not have chosen a better venue, and only wish we could do it over again to spend more time there. Totally unique spot with lots of potential for whatever your vision is. -
User1875378 Sent on 10/20/2014The event venue space is incredible if you have a great event design team to help you dress the space. There are just so many unique spots to build out there. Our guests were floored with the venue and didn't even realize a space like this existed in Denver. The staff was always on top of any questions and/or concerns we had for our wedding reception. They were also pretty flexible in our requests. That said, the venue is extremely pricey for what you are getting (in actuality, it is just a large, blank building with a coat of white paint slapped on the wall) but as long as you dress it up appropriately, you can see the value in what you are spending but that also requires you hiring and spending significantly more money with a good event design company. I was also a little disappointed in the contracting process as they changed some financial details in the contract after agreeing to our initial venue agreement. Luckily it ended up not biting us in the rear end financially due to our guest count being lower than anticipated but I do not consider that very good business. Just be vigilant in reviewing any contracts with them. -

I'm giving an average rating because one employee double booked me, rescheduled last minute and then didn't come because I agreed to 4:30pm but didn't write 4:30pm "today" and couldn't be reached. Meanwhile, her colleague was a lovely individual took care of as much as she could in between her tours. We saw beautiful photo albums. Rubbed the wrong way with customer service, our personal opinions were that the place photographs absolutely beautifully but we weren't as impressed in person, especially outside. I could see it being perfect for someone else though. It's not a bad option, just wasn't for us.
