  Intimate setting, river/nature views, convenient location, great price!

  My husband and I got married this past September at Block One, and we cannot say enough good things about this venue! It felt intimate and quiet despite being so close to Old Town, and the lush greenery with river views added even more to the magic. We had about 100 people at the event including vendors/assistants, and we had plenty of room for catering, bar service, dancing, and seating. We also had several family members with severe mobility issues, and they had no trouble enjoying the event thanks to the venue's accomodations (elevators, ramps, etc.) The staff were helpful without being overbearing/stressful, and their pricing and vendor policies were extremely competitive. I would recommend Block One for anyone looking to host a beautiful and low fuss event!

  Create your Own!

  Such a flexible event space and very customizable for your event! Renting the space comes with round dinner tables, cocktail tables, long banquet tables, a bar on wheels, chairs, and AV equipment. If you like to plan and create your own event, this is the place to be! You pick food, drink, music, etc. This venue allowed us to really create an event that was representative of us! Paul was also so easy going and helpful throughout the whole process.

  Everything We Had Dreamed Of

  We just had our Wedding at Block One Events and it was everything we had dreamed of. We did our ceremony outside along the river and had our reception inside. We had about 75 guests attend our wedding and it felt very spacious. We hired vendors (catering, DJ, photographer, cleaners, etc) who had been to Block One Events before and we had no issues with set up or clean up. We would recommend that if you use Block One Events as your wedding venue that you either use vendors that have been to Block One Events before or have a wedding planner to the vendors with set-up and clean-up.

  Convenient and Beautiful

  Block One was convenient, spacious, and beautiful. Leah was amazing and so helpful with the venue, access, and helping us with logistics. Beautiful windows and huge indoor space made out snowy fall wedding gorgeous and warm.

  Celebration of Life

  Block One was the perfect location for this event and the staff was helpful and informative. It was plenty big enough for the number of guests and their was plenty of seating and tech equipment available.
