From our first phone call with Carly we knew she was the perfect florist for our wedding, and she delivered beyond all expectations. When we discussed the vision for the flowers months prior I had no idea that they would literally make my heart drop when we first saw the arrangements. Carly really took our vision to heart and transformed our ideas into such beautiful arrangements with orchids and anthuriums that I couldn’t even dream possible! The flowers not only looked beautiful in the daylight but looked so magical transitioning into night. After the night was over, Carly worked with BloomAgain Brooklyn to have all flowers donated to the YWCA Brooklyn, an amazing organization providing advocacy, programming, and residences to women and girls, including survivors of domestic violence, trauma, and homelessness. The team was so fantastic and sweet, now we just have to come up with another event to hire them again! -

Floral Perfection 🌸💐🌺
My husband and I communicated with several florists before deciding on BloomBar. We were planning a CT wedding, during Covid-19, all of the way from Alaska— Stressful! Carly was extremely responsive and professional during the whole process. She has beautiful taste and was somehow able to understand what I wanted even when I couldn’t quite articulate what that was. We would recommend Carly and BloomBar to all of our friends and family. I just wish we could keep her beautiful arrangements forever! -

We met with 5 floral vendors before choosing Carly and the BloomBar team. Of the 5 we interviewed, Carly and her team was by far the most responsive, most accommodating to our budget, preferences, and last minute changes, and most patient with walking us through how to make the best design choices for our special day.
On the day of the wedding, her team was on-time and super communicative about their progress. They were out of our way and before we knew it, they completed the work exactly to our vision. Highly recommend Bloombar for your special day! -

We worked with Carly and BloomBar for our wedding in August 2020, at my parent's apartment in New York City. After several months of dealing with vendors when we had to cancel our original wedding out west, it was a relief to meet Carly who was responsive and extremely flexible with us (last minute we had to bump the wedding by 1 day because of heavy rain, and Carly said 'no problem!'). We shared some inspiration with her, did a walk through of the outdoor space, and Carly knew immediately what would look right. There was no need to micromanage her, which was great given all of the other details we had to plan last minute. She nailed the color combo (which was bright, "but not too much!") too. Our friends are still talking about how pretty everything was. -

I LOVED working with Carly to design my bridal bouquet and flowers for my hair. She flawlessly and expertly took my general idea and vibe and made it so much more beautiful than I was even imagining. I could share with her some likes/dislikes and she gave me options I didn't even know existed. The final product was just exquisite, I loved the gorgeous finishing touches she added, like the perfect pairing of ribbons in varying colors and textures wrapping the bouquet. She's just easy and fun to work with from the beginning of the process to picking up the flowers (which were carefully and lovingly packed for their journey back on the subway). -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carly at BloomBar, from the very beginning I knew I loved her floral style and she completely understood my vision right from our first meeting. She was so communicative throughout the entire process and was more than happy to make adjustments and additions to our floral plan to make sure it was perfect. She went above and beyond in every single aspect and was a great sounding board throughout the process. Not only was my bouquet everything I could have dreamed of and more, but she found me the most stunning blush peonies when it should have been impossible. My bridesmaids swooned over their bouquets as well and we received numerous compliments about our overall florals at the wedding. Every detail was taken care of and beatified. I will use Carly for any and all floral needs for the rest of my life!

Carly and her team at BloomBar did an outstanding job with the florals for my wedding at the Liberty Warehouse this summer. It was a real pleasure working with Carly throughout the process. She got my vision right away, but she also really took the time to make sure I was completely happy with every detail. Carly took my ideas to the next level with a look that was bright, joyful, modern and natural--exactly what I wanted and more, all within my budget (when other vendors that wouldn't be possible). Carly really loves her job and cares about her clients, and it shows. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Highly recommend BloomBar and Carly!!! -

Amazing Floral Design & Services!
Carly was truly amazing to work with from start to finish! I had a hard time initially articulating what I wanted but she was able to help guide me with photos and ideas and really understood my vision. The floral designs were perfect and she worked with us to edit the designs and make them fit the venue perfectly. The bouquets were stunning and I received so many compliments on them. I can't recommend Carly and the BloomBar team enough. She took what was in my head, made it better, and brought it to life! If you want someone to make unique, gorgeous floral designs, definitely consider BloomBar. -

Carly took the time to meet and chat with me several times before the big day to ensure she understood what I was looking for. Not only that, but when our venue pulled a fast one on us and forced us to move our ceremony location 8 days before our wedding, Carly was there to help us think of a way to make it look and feel beautiful. Throughout the day and even after the wedding, I heard glowing reviews about the florals at our wedding. I wish I had another reason to work with Carly again because I would in a heartbeat.

Carly executed my (poorly articulated) vision immaculately, even within the small budget I had for flowers. She had great ideas, matched my aesthetic perfectly, and guided me through the entire process. She was responsive, professional, and has great taste. Her team who delivered my personal flowers day-of were incredibly sweet and professional. Can't recommend BloomBar enough! -

Jamie Sent on 06/05/2018Carly of BloomBar is INCREDIBLE. She made wedding planning FUN and stress-free, even though that sounds impossible. Carly was so helpful throughout the entire process and she masterfully brought my floral vision to life from my engagement party and bridal shower to the wedding day! Carly is so creative and knowledgeable! She's the perfect vendor to work with whether you have an exact idea of your floral vision or if you have no idea at all. She'll work with you to figure out your style and will share inspiration with you so you can land on the best designs for your day. Carly was super communicative and would reply quickly to any questions I had. She also was very easy to work with and understanding when it came to budget limitations and helped talk me through different alternatives to help stay close to my budget. What's really great is Carly is one of those people you can immediately trust (she used to be a social worker so I think that's her years of practice talking!) and because I could trust her I didn't need to micromanage her through the process, I just relied on her to tell me when she needed certain things by and when we should meet. Every time I met with her in person she was so sweet and just made the experience so pleasant! Then, day of, the bouquets, my floral wedding arch she designed, and the centerpieces looked FLAWLESS. Carly and her team are ESSENTIAL to the perfect wedding day. I can't brag about BloomBar enough. Book now!!!! Carly, her team, and the flower arrangements she designs are just WOW.

I had been anxious about my lack of vision for the big day and from the first consultation, I knew that I was in great hands. When you hire Bloombar, you do not just get a florist, you get a therapist, a planner, and a friend. They helped guide me to design my entire wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous. My guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was. On the most important day of your life, it's important to be surrounded by your closest family and friends during all the special moments and I was so grateful to have Bloombar right there with us!

User2601870 Sent on 05/09/2016I worked with Bloombar last summer on several arrangements for a bridal shower. The theme was Wildflowers/Country Charm. Carly was such a pleasure to work with, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with our budget and came up with cost effective suggestions to maintain the image we had in mind. After a few conversations (via phone, and email) Carly delivered 8 gorgeous wildflower arrangements in beautiful mason jars. The arrangements were breathtaking and everyone was complimenting them throughout the afternoon. I have used Bloombar for several events since then, an office holiday party, welcome bouquets for coworkers, etc and each arrangement is unique, sophisticated, feminine, and chic. I would highly recommend her.
