  Delicious wedding food

  We are very happy with hiring Blue Dog Catering for our wedding on Whidbey. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Tim was great to work with and very accommodating with all our last minute adjustments. The food was delicious and all of our guests were very happy. The pricing was also very fair. Tim worked with us so that we could provide various dietary needs and helped us craft a stellar menu that worked for everyone. We were even able to come up and have a sample tasting. Would highly recommend to any of my friends who are getting married on Whidbey.

  Blue Dog was Amazing!

  We loved Blue Dog Catering for our wedding on Whidbey Island :) We were so happy that we found them as they came highly recommended by our venue coordinator. First, their offerings just all sounded way too good! It was truly difficult to try to narrow down what we wanted on our family-style menu. Second, their communication was prompt and very helpful with all questions we had throughout. Third, our guests are still raving a month later about how it's the best food they've ever eaten at a wedding! We agree, but it's good to hear positive feedback from our guests as well. Lastly, they were really great with accommodating dietary restrictions and made adjustments as needed. Can't recommend them enough!! -R+D

  Incredible food, responsive team!

  Blue Dog Catering did an absolutely outstanding job catering our wedding in August 2022. Tim was very responsive and patient throughout the process as we made adjustments and asked MANY questions. We got married on a family property that wasn't exactly set up for smoothly hosting a large wedding, but Tim came by 2 weeks before to scope out where they could set up and where we planned to host the dinner. Their team was also able to work with the other odds and ends of an event on a family farm - using rented plates, silverware, and glassware, cooking outdoors, delivering food on a slightly uneven path, and slicing up pies onto paper plates. We never made it in for a tasting but the food was absolutely incredible - I only regret not doing a tasting because I would have loved to have more of it! We hosted a family style dinner and the Blue Dog team was able to serve all the tables with hot food in minutes. Everyone was raving about the delicious food!

  Tim was great to work with. He was very patient with us when planning our menu and helping us not sacrifice anything while staying within our budget. My husband and I were so busy with pictures and what not, I barely tasted the food unfortunately. I was very much looking forward to tasting the appetizers the chose, but I missed out on those!

  Blue Dog Catering catered our staff Christmas party on December 12, 2015. They were so easy to work with and the food was amazing!! Tim's communication was excellent and he was really helpful in narrowing down the food choices that would work well together for our group. I would highly recommend Blue Dog for any event!!
