  Amazing place, 5 stars!

  We had our mini-Wedding at BHH on 10/24/20! Casey, the event planner, was amazing! She was so responsive and reached out to us multiple times to make sure our wedding was everything we hoped. The food was amazing and the servers were so attentive and polite! The drinks at the bar were delicious and very reasonably priced. Blue Heron Hills got us in with a months notice and made our day amazing, totally recommend!!

  Beautiful venue who made my day perfect

  This is the best wedding venue. Barb was amazing to work with answering my hundreds of questions and helping me organize everything for a year 1/2. The ceremony spot is beautiful and not only did they set everything up better than I could have imagined but took everything down for me so everything was effortless. Plus they are very affordable for those looking to budget. I got so many compliments on the food and the reception plus Barb and staff made the day flow to my timeline. Anything extra I wanted they were able to accommodate such as bringing in a vintage car to do pictures with and helping me have a sparkler sendoff. Highly recommend!

  My daughter's wedding

  My daughter just had her wedding at this venue and it was perfect. Barb was fantastic and made sure that every detail was done to my daughter's wishes. The food was delicious and being able to have the ceremony outside made the day beautiful. It was such a wonderful day! Everyone is still talking about how great the wedding was. We were able to bring in our own cake and cookies. So glad we chose this venue.

  Blue Heron was the PERFECT venue for my wedding reception! The golf course made for great pictures and the dance floor and bar area for great fun! Caitie is amazing at making sure every detail is taken care of so you can be a stress free bride! I would highly recommend!

  Well my fiancé and I did not have a chance to get married here we did experience the service first hand. The only reason we didn't go with this venue is it was farther for most of the family. Katie is amazing to work with. We would have used her as our wedding planner if we could have. She is on top of getting info to you and making things super easy and knows what's going on in the market. We also tried the food here and were very impressed. Thanks Katie

  My husband and I had our wedding reception there on October 15th of this year. I can't express enough how perfect this entire day was! Caitie and Paul did everything to make our day amazing! Paul was so accommodating with the food selection, I received SO many complements on the food. The view at Blue Heron is outstanding with so many options to take great pictures. I recommend Blue Heron for any event!

  When I started planning my wedding, initially, I had a few different venues in mind. Blue Heron Hills ended up being the only place I looked at. The moment I sat down with Caitie (the events coordinator), I was hooked! Blue Heron Hills is an exceptional venue for people looking for lots of space, with a great view. You have access to the entire floor, unlike most venues that only give access to a single room. Anything I wanted, the answer was, "Yes!" Paul (catering) is a spectacular human being. He genuinely wanted to know how he could accommodate my guests best. I was able to adjust the menu to whatever I wanted, and felt completely in control of my wedding. This is definitely not the case at all wedding venues.
  
  While Blue Heron Hills is slightly out of the way from Rochester, it is definitely an ideal location for a wedding reception. My guests were unbelievably impressed with the entire night, and it was very clear to me how much time and effort everyone at Blue Heron Hills put into our night. We are forever grateful!!!

  I am so looking forward to our wedding day with Blue Heron Hills. They have been very responsive to all my request so far. They work closely with myself and future husband and have worked hard to accommodate us.

  My husband and I got married at Blue Heron earlier this year (September 9). It was the perfect day and location - we couldn't have asked for anything better. The location is beautiful with the balcony, big windows and pond.
  
  We got SO many compliments on our food - the chef Paul did an outstanding job. Our wedding coordinator Caitie was great leading up to and the day of the wedding. She answered all our questions and worked to make our day exactly how we wanted. The day of the wedding Caitie made sure everything went smoothly. My wedding party told me that she was everywhere they looked! (I was too busy having an amazing time to notice). I would 100% recommend having a wedding at Blue Heron!

  If you don't have a drinking crowd, ask if they have a bar tab option. I think I overpaid because my per person price included 3 hr open bar. I had just under 60 guests. I think I would have been better off with a bar tab instead. Otherwise, the venue was amazing. Caitie the wedding coordinator kept the ceremony and reception running smoothly. I didn't have to think of a thing. The food was exceptional. I received many compliments from guests who had been to weddings where the food was not so good.   All ended well

  Id like to start by staying that my wedding was beautiful and I loved every minute of the day. The staff was wonderfu, the room was beautiful. It really was perfect. I write this review as more of a warning to the next bride. Be prepared to fight every step of the way for your dream day. The wedding coordinator(Karen Hite) made every effort to ruin my wedding experience for me. Every problem that came up was caused by her. Things I was told I would be able to do and have in my original meeting were completely declined as we got closer to the day. From my menu, to timeline of the wedding, to the actual cost of the wedding (I signed a contract and was still debating with her 3 months before the wedding), my list goes on. Which you get over(but should you have to?)
  Lastly the day of the wedding she was extremely rude my wedding party, parents and inlaws. Again you get over(should you have to?) Because my wedding was still a wonderful day.
  If you do decide to go with Blue Heron, be prepared to fight and make the day what you envision, because Karen will not help you.
