  Wedding day

  My wedding was 10/21/23 and it was absolutely perfect! Michele was so easy to work with throughout the planning process and you can tell that she loves what she does. She was so flexible about arrival times the day of and allowed us to store our decorations at the venue the night before our wedding, which was so helpful.
  
  Speaking of decorations, part of the package is using in house decorations and linens. Michele has a lot of options and it took a lot of stress out of the planning. Plus, her prices are very reasonable, especially for DFW, so we were able to use the money we saved elsewhere.
  
  The venue is wheelchair accessible and there’s plenty of space inside and out. We had kids at our wedding and they loved the petting zoo and playground. The property itself is a lot of fun with the pond and walking trails. There is a Victorian house on the grounds where the bride can get ready and it’s beautiful! Plus there’s two bathrooms, one of which has a shower, and a full kitchen.
  
  This was the only venue my husband and I looked at and we knew immediately after our tour that it was perfect for us. We have no regrets about having our wedding at Blue Heron and it truly was the best day!

  If your looking for a beautiful & unique location to have your next event you came to the right place. A historic bridal suite, adorable farm animals & an outdoor wedding ceremony location..just to name a few.

  The Perfect Venue

  We had my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah party at Blue Heron Landing last weekend. We absolutely LOVED it! The venue is stunning, and I highly suggest it if you are going for the rustic look. Michele was just the best-- she went above and beyond before, during, and after the Bat Mitzvah. She was so responsive and helpful. The venue is gorgeous and so well kept. We got so many compliments on the buildings and grounds. We loved the reception barn with the garage doors open to a gorgeous patio. Blue Heron Landing has so many amenities, so I truly only brought a handful of decor because the area is beautiful already. We loved having our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah party here! Cannot recommend enough!

  Reed Williams Wedding Reception

  Blue Heron offered a space for our wedding reception that was beautiful, accommodating and even a little bit entertaining. From the wood beems and chandeliers to the petting farm with cuddly animals my guests were amazed and overjoyed with how everything turned out. I strongly recommend Blue Heron whether it be a wedding and reception or a birthday party, they had everything we needed. Thank you to the gracious host and staff that made a long time wish a reality.
