    dainty & delicate

    Jenn was very helpful when it came to florals, this was the one vendor that i had the most trouble with because of how pricey florals can be and i had a very simple vision that i couldn’t imagine spending over 3k for. Blumprint is very reasonably priced and provides beautiful flowers.

    Beyond my expectations!

    Working with BlumPrint was a god send. They were quick to respond to all of my emails and requests and worked with all my ideas. Their quality of flowers were beautiful! I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to everyone for their events!

    Amazing Service and Flowers

    Overall they were absolutely amazing! I never ran into any issues throughout the process and wasn’t stressed about how everything would get delivered and set up!

    Beyond expectations

    From my very first inquiry i did message multiple companies because I had just had my previous flower company tell me they were to busy to accommodate. I reached out on a holiday and did. Ot expect a reply back. Not only did i get a sincere reply and not an automated message they instantly calmed me. I actually had no vision of what i wanted and if it wpuld fit in my budget jenn was such a genuine person. After going back and forth with a few questions she immediately curated my dream vision! I was so impressed not only with the professionalism and response time but by the company values. I highly recommend!!

    Great value for gorgeous flowers

    The ladies of BlümPrint were very responsive and awesome to work with, especially when it came to budget. I sent them my Pinterest inspiration board and they said the could recreate the exact centerpieces. I had 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 bridal bouquet, 2 mother corsages, 5 groomsmen boutonnières, 1 groom boutonnière, cake flowers, petals for my flower girl, 2 arch floral pieces and some extra petals for decor on my memory, card and dessert tables, and 14 centerpieces with the gold stands all within budget; that also included delivery.

    Poor Communication/Professionalism

    Blumprint Floral was hired for my 3/23/23 wedding. As part of our agreement/contract, they were to place flowers (with zip ties) on our 4 post flower arch with drapes that we rented. The flowers with intended to cover the entire 4 post flower arch full of flowers. That was not what we received. Only about 35-40% of the 4 post flower arch was covered with flowers. The florist did at one time mention to my wedding planner that he believes we were undercharged for the amount of flowers that we ordered/needed. Then, the florist packed up all his things, including the zip ties, and left without a word. He then would not respond to any of my wedding planner's phone calls. Because he took the zip ties as well, there was no way for us to attempt to salvage what had been done. It completed ruined my vision for the ceremony and was a huge disappointment. Then, I reached out to BlumPrint on 3/24/23, requesting to speak with someone regarding the lack of services rendered. No response. I followed up on 4/3/23 when I returned from my honeymoon. Still no response. I just sent another follow-up today on 4/16/23.

    Stay away from blum print!

    I hired BlumPrint for my daughter's wedding on 5/19/2023. They were great in the beginning, sent us a vision board of what the flowers would look like (months later when looking for last minute flowers because they barely responded to my numerous emails, phone calls, texts, I saw the same photos on Etsy)! I don't know how they have any good reviews! They ghosted us and kept our deposit money. They were terrible getting back to us with any questions, never answered their phone, never replied to emails and basically screwed us less than a month before the wedding. I need to contact an attorney to try to get my deposit back. DO NOT even entertain the thought of hiring them. You will be sorry you did.

    Beware of these scam artists

    There is something EXTREMELY FISHY going on with BlumPrint. I have been trying for months to recover my deposit for services they never provided.
    I hired BlumPrint for our wedding a year ahead of time. 4 months before our big day and three days before I was supposed to fly to Florida for our mockup and venue tour, they told me the company “sold” and they could no longer provide the services we agreed to in our contract, yet they refused to refund my $1700 deposit. Most people would call that theft.
    I ended up sueing the company in small claims court and the judge ruled in my favor, although I am still trying to collect my judgment.
    There have been multiple lawsuits against this company and the owners. Just google Trista and one of the first things that comes up is a former lawsuit. If you do a deep dive on other websites and Facebook posts, apparently she is known for taking people’s deposits and canceling last minute. Tehzeeb is the "new" owner and he doesn't seem any better.

    There used to be other Wedding Wire reviews from other brides with essentially the same story. Not sure how BlumPrint got them removed, but do yourself a favor, save yourself the stress and heartache for your special day… hire someone else and stay FAR FAR away from these miserable scam artists.

    Do not waste your time or money

    I reached out to BlumPrint in July 2022 for my wedding in April 2023. I signed contracts, agreed upon design plans, paid my deposit. Never heard from anyone at the company again until 6 weeks before my wedding when they reached out to send my requested sample bouquet. I received the bouquet and it was absolutely nothing like the agreed upon design plan. After multiple follow up emails and phone calls, I finally got someone to respond and send me a second mock bouquet - still nothing at all like the design plan. I attempted several times to call, email, text any of the florists at the company and no one ever responded to me. Eventually, I emailed and said I'd be happy to pay for the 2 mock bouquets that I requested, but would be terminating the contract as I could not trust that they would deliver according to the agreed upon design plan for my wedding which was less than a month out at this point. They agreed to refund my deposit. Weeks later, and I have still never received my deposit back. Additionally, no one at the company acknowledges or responds to any emails. They've since posted on their Instagram, that the company has been bought and sold twice (both times while I was under contract with them and no one ever mentioned this to me as a customer that had paid!). They have requested that customers reach out to their email but still do not reply and continue to ignore their customers. Absolutely regret ever trusting this company to begin with and would not recommend them to any brides. Save your time and money!

    Do not hire

    DO NOT USE BLUMPRINT. They sold us on everything we wanted, and then proceeded to magically not be able to respond to us 2 months before our wedding. Turns out BLUMPRINT WAS SOLD IN OCTOBER, then sold again in December, AND is still pending sale for yet a 3rd time. They are liars and cheats, and will literally ruin whatever you’re about to hire them for. If you want to just light $3,500 on fire and just burn the money that’s about all Blumprint is good for. Every time we spoke with them they said who we originally talked to was just out sick, then I find they posted on Instagram that they sold the original business MONTHS BEFORE TALKING WITH US. On multiple occasions they were completely unprofessional when we spoke with them on the phone. They couldn't tell us who would be coming to set up Florals on our big day. They continously ran a bait and switch on upgrades to our Florals and then wouldn't respond in any professional or reasonable timefrane. They lied about what they ordered vs what the floral company says they ordered. Two primary pieces of the wedding were NOT DELIVERED , the circle ceremony arch and the sweet heart table Florals. When we reached out to ask if they'd simply refund that particular piece of the order, they flaked on calling or emailing us and claimed to be out for a week. I don't know how a business can't figure out who will answer BUSINESS CALLS AND EMAILS while someone is out of office. By the end of our experience you would've thought children were running this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The day of the wedding, not two but one girl showed up to our wedding completely unprepared and literally shaking from everything we requested from Blumprints ,Alex and Courtney or Caitlin on some days. Overall, we would've settled with simply getting a portion of the money back and thought it unethical to simply reverse the charge with capital one since they delivered 50% of our ask. Oh and lastly, the florist didn't even stick around to clean up anything per what was covered with the contract and original agreement. I'm also very sure the exact flowers we ordered per the upgrade of garden roses was not ordered and was fluffed using hydrangeas. Hopefully noone else gets suckered into booking them.

    Not the best experience

    I hired BlumPrint for my wedding in south Florida and definitely did not have the best experience. First of all, I was supposed to rent my arch from them but was told 3 weeks before the wedding that their arch broke so I would need to find my own before the wedding. This was obviously stressful since I live in WV and now had 3 weeks to find an arch to rent in a state very far from where I live. Then on the wedding day, they basically sent the wrong flowers. I chose blue and purple tie dye orchids because I wanted my wedding to be very colorful but when the girl came to set up most of the flowers were white. I hate white flowers and told them this during the planning process. Luckily I ordered an extra centerpiece we didn't use and the girl they sent to set up did a phenomenal job getting creative and using the extra centerpiece to replace most of the white flowers. I'm grateful for the girl who did set up because she was able to make everything look beautiful with what she was given. But the management at this company is very poor and caused a lot of unnecessary stress on and before my wedding. I wouldn't recommend them.
