  Courtney was amazing! She came to the Hard Rock in Hollywood to do my hair and makeup! She communicated with me while along the way and kept me updated every step of the way. I was on time to the event and felt and looked beautiful! I was complimented the entire night! Will definitely use her services again!

  Awful/unprofessional/ Disappointing

  My fiancé and I hired this woman Courtney owner of “Blushing Beauty” to do hair and makeup for our upcoming wedding and paid a deposit. To start out with I should have gone with my gut instinct I tried to make payments through PayPal it wouldn’t go through, my credit card company refunded the money immediately and she was unable to accept payments through PayPal. She said she accepts payments through Venmo or Zelle only ( REDFLAG!). I finally reached out to her unable to reach her via phone after calling her five different times . She replied via text stating she is will only be available via text/phone/ email on weekdays not weekends( reached out to her on a Sunday)Unacceptable! If we are hiring you for a service we expect you to be available for questions I had explained to Courtney many times that we are not from Tennessee we are from out of state and we have never been to Tennessee. All of my vendors are able to respond speedily! She is the only one who decided to tell me a month later that she accepts business calls on her terms THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE and will not do! Brides steer clear of this woman and her business hire a reputable company that has an official website and doesn’t use Facebook to promote their business.

  I am writing in response to the review you left for my business, "Blushing Beauty." I would like to address some of the inaccuracies and misunderstandings in your review.
  
  Firstly, I would like to clarify that I do NOT accept PayPal, but I had made an exception in your case and was trying to accommodate your preferred method of payment. Unfortunately, the payment did not go through, and I made it clear to you that I only accept credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
  
  Additionally, I have clearly stated my business hours and availability, which include responding to clients via text/phone/email during weekdays only. This was from our beginning phone call. I do not provide 24/7 support and I explained this to you from the start of our professional relationship. I was midflight when you attempted to reach me, and I responded to you as soon as I landed.
  
  It is concerning that you have made false claims about my business and my services. I have always been responsive and professional in my communications with you, and it is unfair for you to leave a negative review based on misunderstandings and false information.
  
  I would like to remind potential clients that my business has a proven track record of providing high-quality hair and makeup services, and I have many satisfied clients who can attest to this.
