The venue was absolutely beautiful! Shannon and her staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The days leading up to the reception grew chaotic with last minute design ideas but Shannon was so calming, reassuring, and a voice of reason. She assured me everything would be perfect and it was! We have received so many compliments from guests on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. Several guests even said that the dinner was the best wedding reception food they ever had. I can’t recommend Bogey enough for your wedding reception! Not to mention the amazing photos we got from having such a stunning view of the course!

First and foremost, if any brides reading this are looking to reschedule their weddings due to COVID-19 in St. Charles - you cannot go wrong with Bogey Hills. Snatch them up if you're able to!! Keep reading to see why.
My husband and I had both our wedding and reception at Bogey Hills on Saturday, September 26, 2020 (our original venue - not a reschedule!). I truly cannot say enough good things about the venue itself, Shannon (the day-of coordinator) and the entire staff at Bogey. From the very beginning, Shannon was readily available for any & all questions I had. My mother was very ill throughout the planning process, and Shannon often reached out just to check on us and see if we needed anything. In my opinion, this was above and beyond her responsibilities as our wedding coordinator and speaks to how much she cares about her brides. On numerous occasions she volunteered to handle situations with vendors on my behalf, just to take some responsibility off my plate. I went to Bogey several times before the big day for measurements, etc., and they were always accommodating, even when I reached out at the last minute. All these experiences during planning made my stress level significantly lower as our wedding day approached, as I had full confidence Shannon and her team would make sure everything went smoothly.
Fast forward to our rehearsal and wedding, and everything was truly flawless. Shannon wrangled our wedding party for the rehearsal like a boss (not an easy task!), making sure everyone knew exactly what to do the next day. From the start of the ceremony to the reception, Shannon was there every step of the way. We were able to capture photos on the GORGEOUS golf course, and Shannon had a glass of sauvignon blanc (complete with a straw, so my lips stayed perfect!), waiting for me when we got back. After the ceremony, Shannon & team even made sure there was a tray of our hors d'oeuvres in our bridal & groom suites so we could have a moment to regroup before joining our guests without missing out on the delicious cocktail hour food.
The reception was like a dream, and people are still reaching out to tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. Countless people commented on how kind, accommodating and personable every BH staff member was - my grandma even ended the night dancing with the sweetest staff member and having the best time. Our guests had SO much fun. Not to mention the incredible food – our compliments to the chef! Our wedding was everything we could've dreamt and more, all thanks to Shannon & everyone at BH. I cannot recommend them enough, and I would remake the same decision to have our wedding at Bogey one million more times.
To everyone at BH (Shannon especially) - thank you SO much for making our wedding amazing, even during the most difficult times in the world. We truly feel like we've made lifelong friends in everyone who was there that day. I urge every bride looking for the perfect venue to give them a call - you won't regret it!

One of my favorite qualities about Shannon, is her warmth and care when meeting with clients and other vendors. It's a wonderful blessing to get to work with another professional who is upbeat and positive, exuding passion for their work. They say it takes a village, and Shannon is the perfect chief!

I met with Shanon at this location and she was very helpful with assisting me on what my day would consist of and she actually allowed me to come visit on a day a real wedding was about to take place so I got to witness how beautiful my day would be. Her personality is amazing and she wasn’t pushy like some other places I’ve been too. This site is beautiful and I can’t wait to experience this special moment with my friends and family. 8/23/2020 💍

We had our ceremony and reception at Bogey Hill and it was phenomenal. They provide the linens and catering was in house (and delicious). They contract with a bakery, so it had an all-inclusive feel to the venue. I was worried the bakery wouldn't be up to snuff but they were top notch too! We were able to do some decorating the day before. They have a pavilion there that has speakers along the entire length so all of our guest could hear our ceremony. The wedding coordinator was very good about answering emails in a timely manner and running the show on wedding day!

I loved having both my ceremony and reception at Bogey Hill's! Allison is the event coordinator and helps you out so much! The food was great (the same as when we had the tasting- which is not always the case!) and the reception went so smoothly. The backdrop of the course and fountain is so pretty in all of our ceremony and group pictures!

We got married at Bogey Hills this summer and it was fantastic. We had our ceremony outside and the reception inside. Both were beyond beautiful. Allison was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She responded to my emails right away before the big day and on the day of she was onsite and very organized. She and the staff handled almost everything. As the bride, I was almost relaxed on my wedding day! The Bogey Hills venue is well decorated and I had to add little decor of my own. The food was delicious, their cake baker made delicious cake and the bar tenders were great. Overall, we wouldn't change a thing about getting married at Bogey Hills and couldn't have had a better ceremony and reception.

Ally Walters and the staff at Bogey Hills Country Club did an amazing job hosting our wedding reception on June 30, 2012! Knowing that we'd have a big guest list, I looked for venues that would hold 400 people. From the moment I met Ally and saw the venue, I knew this would be the place. We signed the contract about 10 months before the event. Ally was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. She answered all of my questions and made sure that everything ran smoothly during planning and on the night of the event. I cannot put into words how impressed my husband, our families, and I were with Bogey Hills.

SIMPLY AMAZING! This venue was perfect for the reception. We have heard from numerous guests over the past week that the food was simply delicious, the atmosphere was classy and elegant, and the service was great. Everyone had a great time and say it's the best reception they've ever been to! Bogey Hills will work with you and they are very flexible with your wants/needs. They are professional and helpful through the whole process. It's a beautiful location and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. I highly recommend them! Great value for the money. Plus, you get the whole place to yourself!! No sharing with other weddings :)

The venue was perfect for all of our wedding day needs. Ally Walters, the catering manager, was wonderful to work with and made everything a breeze. They met all of our requests, accommodated everything we brought in, and the event ran very smoothly. We did our ceremony in the pavilion on the golf course, and the scenery was beautiful. They easily accommodated our 175+ guests, and the reception area was perfect. Ally handled all the details on the day for us and kept our day stress free! I would highly recommend Bogey Hills to anyone for their event!
