We really appreciate their comprehensive assistance in the pre-planning stage through the day of our wedding at the sundial and reception at the outdoor kitchen. The garden was very beautiful and Danny made the wedding and reception seamless. We really enjoyed every moment of it! We can't wait to enjoy our park membership and come back for our anniversary.
Rita was also very helpful in the wedding planning process.
It was an honor to support the Bok Tower Garden's conversation and environmental programs. We are so happy and we will remember our day for years to come! -

Perfect Venue & Great Service
I knew I wanted to get married at BTG since my first visit back in 2016 (we weren't even engaged yet lol). It's such a beautiful, magical place and made a great backdrop for our wedding (both ceremony & reception). We originally were scheduled to be married on 4/21/20 but due to covid, we had to re-schedule. Rita at Bok Tower was so helpful and understanding as we worked through the process of re-scheduling our entire wedding and also helped with notifying some of our vendors that we hired from their preferred vendors list. As we got closer to our new date and covid was still a bit of a concern, we decided to minimize our guest list from 75 to 16 (just closest friends and immediate family) and changed our reception area to the outdoor kitchen area in an effort to keep all events in open-air environments. Rita was incredibly helpful and understanding during this process which made it so much easier and less stressful for us. On Saturday 09/19/20, We were married on the tower lawn and had our reception at the outdoor kitchen area. Everything was picture perfect and taken care of. Bok Tower assigned us two staff members to assist with day-of coordination, Danny & Emily. They were extremely helpful in coordinating setting up and providing golf cart transportation all over the grounds for us and our guests (thank gosh!!). Even the grounds keepers were helpful when we arrived early to drop-off decorative items before hand and came back the morning after the wedding to pick up our decorations. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I wouldn't change a single thing about our wedding day. Bok Tower will forever have a special place in our hearts -

Sarah Sent on 11/12/2015Not only is Bok Tower Gardens one of the most beautiful venues in this part of the state, the onsite coordinator and staff there are wonderful. Rita, the onsite coordinator, was my point person throughout the wedding planning process, and she was fabulous. She communicated with me via email and patiently answered all of my (millions of) questions. Rita and the staff at Bok Tower Gardens did everything they could to accommodate my rather non-traditional wedding reception, and everything turned out perfectly! Because Bok Tower Gardens holds so many weddings throughout the year, they pretty much have it down to a science. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they're always ready to lend a hand wherever necessary. And the gardens are amazing, so all of your wedding pictures will look like something out of a magazine. If you're looking into Bok Tower Gardens as your wedding venue, go ahead and do it. You won't regret it!! :-) -

Stefanie Sent on 05/17/2012Rita and the staff at Bok Tower were AMAZING!! We had our wedding on March 31, 2012 and 30min. before our wedding was supposed to start it started pouring. The staff had to move chairs and bring stuff back down to the visitor center so we could have our ceremony at a different location. After discussing our options, my fiance and I decided we wanted to have the ceremony were we originally planned. The staff quickly moved all the chairs back and set up everything again! They never tried to persuade us to have the ceremony where they had moved all the chairs to.
The whole process booking and arranging things were painless and Rita was very professional. We loved our wedding at Bok Tower and are so happy we had our wedding there. -
User1122200 Sent on 03/30/2013WOW! This is the most beautiful place on earth and such a good price to have your wedding there, (compared to other places). I wanted an all outdoor reception but the weather made us move everything inside. The crew at the gardens were helpful, professional, nice and very flexible. I loved working with Rita, the event coordinator. She is sometimes not as informal as she should be but I think she just has a very relaxed personality. She is so nice and we pretty much were allowed to do anything. We also were given memberships as a gift and we cant wait to go back and visit the gardens! -

Tiffany Sent on 01/26/2011My husband and I got married at Bok Tower April 18, 2009. I had the wedding of my dreams here. The Gardens are beautiful and the staff are very helpful. We got married in what they call the horseshoe garden and it was the perfect space for my guests (about 80 people). They provided the chairs, the dressing rooms for the Bridal party and the groomsmen. Since I was late (as most brides are) they even let my wedding be 30 min behind. Note: IT'S BETTER TO BE ON TIME IF YOU ARE WALKING DOWN THE AISLE TO THE SOUND OF THE CARILLON BELLS! I started down the aisle and the bells stopped(they are timed). My wedding ceremony was still perfect. Beautiful weather, beautiful scenery. And when I got married here they gave you and your new hubby a years admission to Bok Tower for free and the card is supposed to get you discounts on admission to other places in FL. (my husband and I never used it for discounts though). Needless to say if you are looking at a garden wedding in Central FL Bok Tower is the prefect place for your dream wedding. -

We loved getting married at one of our favorite places. The staff was easy to work with and made our day special. It's a well-oiled machine! Everything ran very smooth and I was a happy Bride! Loved working with Rita, Danby, Annie, Cathy, and of course Val!
Something to note in case you haven't toured. This is a paid public park. We had strangers watching our wedding rehearsal and our wedding. It wasn't an issue to me but if it matters to you check online or ask about the parks events. It honestly made for some memories to have 3000 tipsy people watching our wedding rehearsal and clapping and cheering after every run through as we were rehearsing during the annual sip and stroll! -

Bok Tower Gardens is a BEAUTIFUL place to get married at. My wedding guests loved walking around and experiencing the beauty of the trails. The events staff goes above and beyond on the day of to make sure everything is going smoothly. There are dressing rooms for both bride and groom with good enough spacing with bathrooms nearby. They set up and tear down chairs and coordinate with your vendors to allow for easy set up and tear down. I highly recommend having your wedding here if you love the outdoors! I had my reception at the outdoor kitchen and it was so perfect I didn't feel the need to decorate as much. -

We held our ceremony on the Tower Lawn and it was absolutely breathtaking. They also take you out on a golf cart with your photographer around the entire garden so you can take pictures anywhere you like on their beautiful property. Such a gorgeous location with very friendly staff.
