    Bold city confections did our wedding cake and a grooms cake for us!!! It was amazing. We were doing a destination wedding and I did all the communications via email. We actually have never met Meghan but it didn't matter. She put us at ease with everything and she was absolutely right. It was amazing. People are still talking about our cakes. I highly recommend her!!!!

    Absolutely blown away with how delicious and beautiful my cake looked. Meghan is a cake Goddess and you should definitely get your cake from her. The buttercream was to DIE FOR! I wanted a 4 tier cake but that would have been way too much cake to eat, so she did a dummy tier on the bottom and it was perfect. I will be using Meghan again in the future for special occasions.

    i can not say enough good things about Meghan and Bold City. My cake was everything i could have ever wanted. I took a pinterest picture to her and she made it come alive. All of my guest raved about how beautiful it was and how delicious!

    Meghan has also done several smaller cakes for me for showers and anniversary parties as well as cupcakes. They have all turned out incredible. It doesnt hurt that shes also the sweetest!

    You wont be disappointed if you choose Bold City.

    Meghan is an absolute pleasure to work with and her work is beautiful and tasty! I booked Meghan for my wedding cake and grooms cake. She was so flexible to work with and met with me on numerous occasions to brainstorm ideas and make sure that my vision of both cakes were perfect. She was able to incorporate some beautiful details and texture into my wedding cake. It also tasted absolutely delicious! For the grooms cake, she made an amazing vintage suitcase that was decorated with (sugar) "stamps" of places my husband and I have traveled together. It was really a work of art, and again, tasted wonderful. I am so happy I was able to work with Meghan and will definitely book her again in the future for pretty much every event!

    Meghan is so incredibly talented and a pleasure to work with. It is one thing to have your cake turn out as beautiful as you would imagine, but another thing entirely to have it not only look beautiful but be absolutely delicious. Her buttercream frosting is absolutely to die for. I don't think I've ever had eight real and true buttercream frosting before having my wedding cake. You could taste the fresh butter in it. Additionally, typically all I like on the cake is the frosting and I'm not big on the cake itself. Well, Meghan has made me a cake lover as well. No one could dispute how delicious and beautiful my cake was at my wedding. My guests were absolutely amazed. It was 4 double tiered layers of lace, in a pattern and color to match my dress, filled with our choice of different flavors of cake and filling in each layer, all adorned perfectly, by Meghan herself who worked with my florist, with flowers to match my bouquet. It was perfection and lives on in our wedding photos. And with all of this, her pricing was simply a steal for the detailed and delicious high quality "beyond-cake" centerpiece of a dessert. We will definitely be using her services again for upcoming anniversaries, and I'm already planning my cake for our 5-year where I want a large gathering. Obviously, I can not say thank you enough to this cake master! :)

    Actually, Meghan with Bold City Confections has provided me with several cakes, most notably, my engagement cake. (Not married yet). With adorable love birds, the event was magical and delicious. She has made toppers for my daughters baby shower (which survived the trip to Texas), and Superhero toppers for a friends, son's 4 year old birthday. I have gotten a Valentines cake and hosted another bridal shower and enlisted Meghan to make her beachy cake. All have tasted fabulous and her decorations are out-of-this-world. Reasonably priced and so talented! I rely on Meghan for all my cake needs. Can't wait to set the date as I will be calling her for a one-of-a-kind knockout! She truly is a rare and delightful find!

    Bold City Confections did a marvelous job on my son's super-hero themed cupcakes. I asked for Spider-man, Batman and Superman cupcakes and got gorgeous, hand-made toppers to go on delicious cupcakes. I would definitely recommend Meghan for your next wedding, rehearsal, party or event for beautiful and scrumptious cakes.

    Meghan (Bold City Confections) was referred to me by a mutual friend.
    I am so very happy that she referred me. My husband LOVES the disney movie cars, so much in fact he named our dog Mater, so I knew Meghan had made a Lightening McQueen cake so I asked if she could make a Mater cake.

    Our grooms cake was so incredible!!!!!!! Everyone thought we had a Mater toy truck there. Meghan went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. She also did our wedding cake, which was a simple cake with real sunflowers and our cake topper, just for us and made cupcakes for the guests. I have recommended her to everyone I know and I can't wait for the day I get to call her up and say I need a first birthday cake.
