Fun, Professional, and Efficient

Hiring Liz Borne was the first decision we made when planning our wedding. She had done my sister's wedding in 2018, so I had already seen her services from start to finish. She did not disappoint.

One of the top qualities that Liz has is her personality. She is perfect for wedding photography! When she came to my house to take photos of my bridesmaids, parents, and I, she had an incredibly calming presence. The day of wedding preparations have the potential to be very chaotic, but her demeanor made it calm and enjoyable. She made me feel beautiful.

Hiring Liz Borne was the first decision we made when planning our wedding. She had done my sister's wedding in 2018, so I had already seen her services from start to finish. She did not disappoint.

One of the top qualities that Liz has is her personality. She is perfect for wedding photography! When she came to my house to take photos of my bridesmaids, parents, and I, she had an incredibly calming presence. The day of wedding preparations have the potential to be very chaotic, but her demeanor made it calm and enjoyable. She made me feel beautiful.

Liz works quickly and efficiently, which, to me, was very important on my wedding day. When she came to my house for the pre-wedding shots, she quickly scoped out the best spots in and outside of my house based on lighting and ambiance. The family photos in the church immediately following the ceremony had the potential to be long and painful, however, she's a pro! We had two young boys and 2 babies in our wedding party, so she had to work quickly to get the best out of the little ones and she nailed it. She comes to the day with a well thought out shot list and gets it done quickly so that you can move on to the party portion of your day!

Last but not least, she was a blast to have during our bridal party photos between the ceremony and reception. She knows that you really want to party, but also value these photos in the end, so she keeps this part fun!

She was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!

Couldn't have asked for a better photographer

Liz and Missy were attentive to detail and gave us the most amazing photos from our wedding day. Liz is great at keeping things feeling natural and it shows in her photos. She was flexible on the day of my wedding when we didn't have a solid plan for where we were getting ready and knew just what to say to help keep me calm. She was never pushy throughout the reception, but offered opportunity for various photos, as my husband and I wanted them, meanwhile assuring she captured our loved ones having a great time. Liz is laid back and fun, definitely a useful combination for your wedding!

The Best Photography Crew Around

Liz and her team were absolutely amazing for our December wedding. A friend of mine just got engaged and I recommended Borne Photography. The rest of the girls around me (most of whom are married) remarked on how amazing our photos were and quickly told the newly engaged girl to go with Liz and her crew. Liz made our wedding feel extremely personal and unique while still proving she has done numerous weddings with her natural ease and calm demeanor. I can’t recommenced Borne Photography enough!

Liz and Mike were absolutely wonderful! Liz and I had several conversations prior to my wedding about what pictures we wanted and how we could fit everything in our time constraints. She wanted to insure that we were getting exactly what we asked for and she delivered big time! My husband was very against having a photographer because he didn't want to be posing for pictures forever and to constantly see cameras flashing at him- he was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Liz and Mike got their shots and how neither of us noticed them as they were taking pictures during the ceremony or during the reception, they were so stealthy about it. Our parents, wedding parties, and guests...

My husband and I had such a wonderful time working with Liz! She has a great personality and is truly committed to fulfilling your visions come wedding day. From our first appointment with Liz, she was flexible in putting together a package that worked best for us. Throughout all the planning, Liz was very responsive to whatever questions I had and was also very professional and personable. On our wedding day, Liz blended right into our day and was able to capture all the important moments of the day. She made the daunting day of endless photographs fun and relaxed. Liz is the best!

Wonderful experience and fantastic shots. Liz has a wonderful personality and a perfect eye for spotting ideal photo opportunities. She knew how to get the most natural looking "posed" pictures of my husband and I, and terrific candid shots. 10/10 overall experience.

Our wedding was on 9/15/18. I'm so glad I hired her for our wedding-she was so much fun to work with and extremely flexible. Our pictures (the few I've seen so far) are AMAZING!! I will defiantly use her for future sessions. Thank you so much for capturing our special day-I couldn't be happier.

Liz made taking the photos fun and exciting and her energy was awesome! Throughout the whole process, Liz continued to surprise us with her professionalism, creativity, thoughtfulness, and knowledge. I talked to Liz more than any other wedding vendor and she really knows how to make you feel comfortable and confident about your big day. She was prompt showing up on our wedding day, and did an awesome job capturing everything we asked her to, and all in between!

Liz at Borne Photography is THE photographer you want capturing your wedding day. First thing everyone wants to know is price. She is very reasonably priced, especially for the amazing quality of her services. During the engagement session she really gets to know how you act as a couple and gets comfortable with you, which helps so that the wedding day isn't your first day in front of the camera (plus, I ADORE our engagement pics!). The day of you get two photographers for the whole day. While Liz was with me while I was getting ready, Mike was photographing my shoes, jewelry, rings, dress, etc. Having both of them to capture the ceremony resulted in some incredible shots....

While Liz was with me while I was getting ready, Mike was photographing my shoes, jewelry, rings, dress, etc. Having both of them to capture the ceremony resulted in some incredible shots. You didn't even notice them running around until you see a picture and say to yourself, "when did they go there?!". Liz was also there to help with timing and posing for all the pictures so we didn't look awkward or unprepared during anything. Example, cake cutting. You think you just go up there and cut the cake? No, but Liz will be there positioning you just right and then she backs up and you look gorgeous. I continue to get compliments on how fun and professional she was from staff at the venue and from friends and family. She was also willing to try to recreate any poses or weird requests we may have had. My husband really wanted a photo of us running from a T-Rex and Liz made it happen!

I really can't say enough positive things about Borne Photography. There is so much talent and heart and enthusiasm in everything she does.

We used Liz and Mike for our engagement photos and our wedding. We were open to whatever and they brought awesome ideas to the table. The entire bridal party really loved working with them. The pictures came out amazing, just what we'd hoped for. They put together a DVD for us and it's perfect for reliving the day. We very much recommend their services for your big day!

Borne Photography did our engagement and wedding day photos. The photos were absolutely amazing and Liz and her husband were so awesome through the entire process! They are so friendly and made were incredibly promt and made sure the pictures kept moving to meet our time crunch before the reception. I make sure to tell anyone that's getting married about them, My sister in law is actually using them as well and gave us a sneak peak at the engagement session, and as usual they are gorgeous photos by Borne Photography! We will always chose to use them for any of our photography needs :) Highly highly recommended!!

I wouldn't have chose any other photographer for my wedding day. Liz was very professional yet made you feel as if you had known her for more than the hour upon the initial meeting. Although I was a "go with the flow" kind of bride Liz helped add some spice to our day with new ideas. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have thought of, what is now, one of my many favorite wedding shots.
