    As a stressed out bride, I was looking for a florist to make things simple for me. I needed a florist who could provide me with centerpiece materials, so that I would not have to spend hours frantically making "DIY" centerpieces, because frankly between work and wedding planning, I did not have time to make centerpieces. Bouquets made it easy for me! They ordered all of the centerpiece elements and set them up for me in the ballroom. This greatly helped my stress levels on the day of my wedding reception so that I was free to greet guests, take photos, and enjoy being a bride. Bouquets got absolutely all of the details right for my wedding reception! The roses were lush, fragrant, vivid color, and just beautiful. The bridal bouquet was stunning and the perfect size. The boutonnieres were perfect on all of the gentlemen. I couldn't have been more happy with Bouquets and I'd recommend them to any friend of mine who is geting married! Their location was also very close to my venue, which helped me to not worry about the vendor being late! The location is very central in downtown Denver, and therefore perfect for downtown Denver events of any kind.

    I worked with Dana at their Beaver Creek location and she was fantastic. I received so many compliments about my center pieces. She was very easy to work, very organized and creative. I would highly recommend her to other people.

    The flowers were beautiful and they were just what I asked for. They also decorated the chuppah perfectly.

    We absolutely loved John at Bouquets. From the very first time that I spoke with him, I could tell that he truly wanted to understand the look that I wanted for our flowers. He asked several questions about personalities of individuals involved in the wedding (wedding party, moms, grandmas, etc.) to get a feel for what type of flowers they would like. He was very flexible in wrapping the bouquets with ribbon that I had purchased. There wasn't a single detail that went unnoticed by John and his great staff. After the wedding, the flowers were so beautiful that I couldn't throw them away. My new husband had to get rid of them while I was at work, because I was so attached to their splendor!

    Good to work with but not the best about getting back to you on details. The value was great though for my budget and the flowers were beautiful.

    The planning portion of the bouquets went very well. Kari was very nice, made great suggestions and seemed accommodating. To help save money, SHE SUGGESTED my "day of" planner pick up my flowers to save on delivery. My big day was the Friday before Mothers Day weekend. 2 hours before start time, my loose flowers to decorate the cake didn't make the trip over to my venue. My coordinator called Kari to inquire about someone delivering my cake flowers since they were not included. Her response "I have no drivers. Its Mother's Day weekend and we are busy." Ummm, I don't care what day it is for the rest of the world, its our wedding day. Right now.

    I then spoke to Kari personally and she basically told me that it is my coordinators fault since I didn't use their services to deliver to my venue. (Remember how Kari suggested this earlier??) Frankly, pointing fingers is immature and I'm resilient enough to just pull flowers from the table bouquets to decorate my own cake. Not a catastrophe, just handled poorly in my opinion. It was clear that my wedding was not a huge dollar event, but flat out saying so was unprofessional. 30 minutes later, Kari did find a driver to bring the loose flowers. I appreciate the effort, but too little too late. I was promptly reimbursed for the missing flowers.

    They do make beautiful arrangements, just make sure you spend enough money to keep yourself a priority in their eyes.

    No Christmas or Birthday Flowers From Bouquets

    It's the morning of 12/24/20 - Christmas Eve - and I am extremely upset and disappointed with Bouquets Flowers.

    On Monday, December 21, I called Bouquets to order flowers for my wife. We have been married for 30 years, she had knee surgery scheduled for 12/22, Christmas is 12/25 and her birthday is 12/27. I talked to "Cricket" (the lady taking orders) and ordered 2 large, $200 arrangements to be delivered to my wife yesterday on 12/23.

    The first arrangement I ordered was to be predominately white (for Christmas) and the 2nd arrangement was a colorful assortment for her birthday. I requested both arrangements be designed in tall rectangular vases. Cricket said "BJ" would be the designer and there was absolutely no problem with either arrangement. In fact, Cricket said - if I wanted it earlier - they could even have both arrangements delivered to my wife the very next day. Bouquets charged my AMEX $447.31 on Monday, December 21.

    Yesterday, on 12/23, I decided to stay close to the house and wait for the delivery. I walked the dogs twice, but otherwise never left the house. By 4:00pm there was still no delivery from Bouquets. So, I called them at 4:07pm and once again talked to Cricket on the phone. Cricket said that they had been very busy and had received numerous last-minute orders to go out yesterday. She said my wife's order was set to go on the last delivery run of the day and it should be delivered to her within the next 2 hours (i.e. by 6pm). She said the delivery person would call when they were on the way. I mentioned to her that we had dinner plans at 6:30pm, but I would stay home until the delivery arrived. By 6:10pm, there was still no delivery from Bouquets.

    Bouquets closes at 6pm, but I called them anyway around 6:15pm to try and get some kind of update. Once again, I talked to Cricket. This time she said they had no white flowers, no rectangular vases and neither of my wife's arrangements have ever even been made. She said they could put together something for my wife's birthday arrangement to be delivered on 12/24, but otherwise I was out-of-luck. I was virtually speechless at this point, I cancelled the Christmas order and asked for a credit. Later, after talking with my wife, I called back around 6:20pm and talked to someone else. I then cancelled the 2nd birthday arrangement.

    This is NOT OK. People make mistakes, but why not be truthful and professional in dealing with it? When Cricket clearly and directly lied about the scheduled delivery and then her incredibly cavalier attitude about not making this happen for my wife is not ok.

    As of this morning, I still have not received the $447.31 credit on my AMEX from Bouquets. If it is not processed on my AMEX by this evening, I will challenge the charge and get my money back. Super, super frustrating and disheartening.
