    Where do I start...I cannot recommend Bradford Weddings enough, they were phenomenal! Debra and her team were absolutely amazing all around! She took my vision and absolutely knocked it out the park! Not only that but any issues that arose she approached head on and figured out without hesitation (she helped me literally get in my dress, when we had to modify location she was able to handle with ease, heck I didn't Even think about who was gonna cut the cake but Debra swept in like the hero she is and figured it out without skipping a beat). She also kept us on track time wise ensuring we would stay on schedule (the day is so crazy it's just a blur so to have that extra attention was priceless). I can't begin to thank you guys enough, if you want a great coordinator Debra is definitely the one you need to talk to!!!

    Outstanding Experience!

    Debra popped up through a weddings Facebook group in Colorado and I had reached out to ask for more information, she responded back and set up a phone call. From the first phone call Debra was incredibly organized. Any questions I did have she was able to answer smoothly. I worked with Debra for 9 months before our wedding in Colorado, as I am living in Texas. Despite me being out of state Debra handled everything for me and not for a second did I feel worried. She frequently checked in with me over text and phone calls to make sure I was doing okay, and if I needed any assistance. The team responded to texts, phone calls and emails within a timely manner. She drove two hours each way to be at the final walkthrough, and to be exceptionally early to help wedding day. She planned all of the decorations that all turned out stunning and exactly as I wanted. The team was extremely attentive to all details. She brought along Allie, an assistant, and Makaela, who was in training. All three of these women were beyond professional and so helpful wedding day. I did not bat an eye of worry, and enjoyed every single second of my wedding. Her pricing is beyond fair and I HIGHLY recommend Debra Bradford Weddings and Events. 5/5 stars across the board!!

    10/10 wedding planning services

    Debra was an amazing planner to work with!
    She was knowledgeable and responsive and helped me make decisions, but was never pushy about her own opinions, she only encouraged me in my own choices and helped when I asked for it!
    Although she was only hired for day-of planning, she was in touch with me from the start!
    She was very organized and was easy to get ahold of all throughout the process!
    Deb also did my florals for the event and they turned out GORGEOUS!!! She executed my vision for florals more flawlessly than I could have ever imagined!
    10/10 recommend her for planning and florals!!!

    The best money we spent for our wedding

    Debra made our day effortless and stress free. She managed everything and everyone, coordinating schedules and making sure the event went off without a hitch. We are so thankful for her and her team. They provided beautiful linens and last minute decor after our venue didn’t come through as they said with some florals. She decorated using the supplies in a way more stunning than I ever dreamed of. She made our day truly beautiful and magical; my family was blown away by her ability. If you’re having a wedding, you need a coordinator, and Debra is the best around. From the planning process, to the rehearsal, to the big day. She was always there when needed and made our dreams come true.

    Very calming!

    Debra and her team were great! I was an anxious bride and they were wonderful at keeping me calm and handling all the inevitable little problems that crop up the day of a big event. We were so glad to have them there!

    Amazing!!!!!!!

    I hired Debra as a full wedding planner and I could not have been more impressed. She pays attention to the details and is amazing at what she does. My wedding day was something from my dreams and I could not be more thankful for her and her team. I would recommend her to anyone!!

    The calmness of the storm

    Brides who have crazy parents let me tell you about this wedding planner! Deb and her team are the most incredible people I have ever met! My now husband and I could not have pulled this day off without Bradford Weddings and Events. Even in the wind and rain during our outdoor wedding they did not give up on making our dreams come true. I was told by everyone and their mother to move my wedding to the church but they knew that was not what I wanted. Through hell and high waters my wedding was pulled off outside (and under a lot of tents). I was a very go with the flow bride, but every one of my bridezilla family members had an opinion. Deb and her team found compromises for my family while still ensuring my vision for the day stayed true. Having the calmness of a wedding planner through the emotional and literal storms of our day was priceless. Deb and her team’s generosity and determination throughout our entire planning processes and day of allowed my now husband and I to not have to worry about my overbearing family members and focus on our excitement. My wedding was better than I ever could’ve imagined it would be and I truly mean this when I give all of the credit to this team.

    My Savior!!!

    Thank you Bradford Wedding and Events!!!
    I was loosing my mind trying to organized everything by myself, I do not recommend planning a wedding on your own as a bride, don't do it!!! I asked Debra if she would be willing to assist, and she said yes!!!! she took me under her wing, advice me of the different steps and ceremony rituals. Debra is very professional, organized and a life savior!
    Also my wedding was postponed from March to June due to a blizzard! Debra rescheduled everything and made everything so stressed free. I really appreciate her, she eased a lot of my stress and worry.
    Everything went smooth and flawless. All was very beautiful the flowers were vibrant and just wonderful! I will definitely be recommending her for any event planning. She is the best. I will forever be Thankful and Grateful of her services/decorations.

    Best Wedding Planner!

    Bradford Weddings & Events planned our wedding from the beginning through the honeymoon. Debra helped with the engagement party, bridal showers, bachelorette party and 350 guest wedding. We couldn’t of been more happy and now she plans all of our events! I highly recommend Bradford Weddings & Events!

    Highly recommend

    Debra took what seemed like an overwhelming task (while working full time and other family living out of town) and made it so much less stressful! Her vision was exactly what we needed to finalize all the important details that may have otherwise been missed! She was very responsive to our constant questions and needs, and handled our mental breakdowns (stress hit the best of me) with such professionalism! Her ability to take so many different peoples demands/wishes and find common ground was so reassuring! Thank you Bradford’s for making our day!!

    Do not book this coordinator!

    Trusting BWE was the biggest mistake we made for our wedding and several of our other vendors mentioned she was the worst coordinator they had ever seen. From start to finish Debra was incredibly disorganized, unprofessional, and her communication was awful. Overall- a total mess, completely incompetent, and let down. She added so much extra stress and work to our wedding.

    We booked BWE for month of and day of coordination and I wanted to rent items from her. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with Debra and her team throughout the process (EVEN THE MONTH OF). I had to outreach her several times trying to relay specifics and ask questions and even then, she would disregard my questions (I have record of all the unanswered emails). She rarely responded to direct emails and every single time, without fail, when we had a planning meeting she was late or forgot- even the first meeting. Her lack of communication resulted in her missing every detail. I had a bad feeling but didn’t cancel her which was a mistake.
    At the initial consultation Debra asked me to coordinate a time for her to walk through the venue with me. I coordinated it with the venue and 2 days before she canceled. She assured me at the initial consultation and throughout the first meetings BWE would handle all the vendor coordination, timeline, design, and setup/break down. She literally did almost none of it day of. Our friends and family had to work their butts off to make up for her. I told her multiple times we would will have wine bottles on the tables for dinner (she forgot them so family rushed to distribute), I rented water carafes that never made it on the tables, and her timeline was a disaster and had no details on it. I had to sent it back for edits countless times (even after a phone call and email with details she got every detail wrong when creating). It looked like something a 3rd grader could have made. Throughout the entire process she would forget every detail I’d tell her and send me all kinds of incorrect info (sent me other peoples timelines twice by accident). Even after the walk through she got every detail about the venue, floor plan, vision for the wedding, and ceremony totally wrong. For example I sent her the seating chart several times, day of she arranged the table numbers completely wrong and put the wrong amount of seats at each table.
    Debra showed up to the walk through late and complained to me about getting a speeding ticket on the way. She also insisted on picking up the cakes and cookies from costco the day of which I didn’t ask her to do. She forgot all the cookies and a cake so our friends had to rush to get them day of. She blamed me for the mistake when even the order form said the correct amount. She also insisted on comping us chairs for the ceremony then complained to me about when she ended up not bringing enough and our friends did all the set up and take down. Also, I would have rented more items but she never sent me pictures I asked for many times.
    BWE was extremely rude to my mom and family day of and even the groom and many of our guests complained about her being disrespectful. It was clear she had no idea what was going on the entire time and did not want to be there day of. Our vendors all mentioned communication disasters with her as well. Debra claimed she went above and beyond but only added work, stress, and issues. I could continue with the issues we had but look else where to an actual professional for help.

    Thank you Norah for your feedback. We do feel we went above and beyond for your wedding and we are so happy with the five star review your venue gave us for our hard work at your wedding. We apologize you were not happy with all the extra effort we put in. You said you needed someone to pick up your cake. We were driving by Costco and love to do extra things for our brides so we picked it up for you. Unfortunately we were not told multiple cakes and cookies and took what they gave us. You were worried that your guests would have to carry your chairs up the hillside right after your ceremony so I brought a hundred of mine to make it easier for free of charge and even unloaded and loaded them after the ceremony that is not part of our package pricing. You also couldn’t decide on the rentals you wanted and kept going back and forth with multiple emails and were happy to answer them during business hours. The bartender was great at making sure the wine was on the tables the best he could but didn’t want them out early as the white wine would not of been cold and we wanted the very best for you. We had a walkthrough meeting where I did get a ticket and wanted to make sure you knew in case we were late however we were still 25 minutes early and everyone was happy and we had a great meeting. Although I do have a four year degree and am not a third grader all coordinators send out a preliminary timeline and it keeps being adjusted and added upon throughout the process which I explained to you and we had a great group of vendors that did great at following through. The seating chart was checked three times and approved and was correct unfortunately the wrong tables were dismissed first by a guest instead of by myself and the dj which was not known to either of us as that was not communicated. We do apologize this happened to you and were glad we were able to roll with it and get everyone lined up and fed quickly. I am sorry you felt we were rude as we received many compliments by the venue, guests and other vendors and what a great job we did. Your mother was truly the sweetest thanking us at the end of the night for all we did and not to worry about the cake mix up as that was easily fixed. You have a beautiful family. We do wish you the best.

    Had to coordinate pick-up on honeymoon..

    For our August 2023 wedding we rented the Champagne Wall from Bradford Weddings & Events. We were beyond disappointed in the professionalism, communication, and overall services of this business. As a bride, if you care about timing or your schedule at all, I would advise against this company.
    Our wedding was on a Saturday evening, the wall was dropped off (after some back and forth communication trying to nail down a drop-off time) on Friday afternoon. When it was dropped off, I confirmed via email AND in person with the delivery driver that the wall will be picked-up Saturday evening at 9:30 pm. I then confirmed AGAIN the morning of our wedding (Saturday morning.) It was very important that the wall be picked up by then, as our venue has other events going on. Sunday morning came and the wall was still there. I was on my honeymoon at this point so my MOH reached out and they said they would be there Sunday afternoon. No show again. Then Monday came, the venue manager reached out via call, text, even FB messaged them and they completely ghosted everyone. Finally on Tuesday, THREE days later, the building manager had to contact me on my honeymoon to attempt to get ahold of them. I called both phone numbers, no answer. Then I get a text simply saying, "on our way." They had said this before many times and no-showed...Finally, Tuesday evening the wall was picked-up. No explanation, no apology, nothing.
    Once I was back from my honeymoon, I reached out to them asking them to call me of they'd like yet another chance to make things right (even a simple apology) and ghosted yet again.

    Bummed I had to spend time on my honeymoon dealing with this, even more bummed there was zero accountability taken on their end.
