I have been working with Bradshaw Duncan over the past few months, planning my November 2024 Wedding. They have been nothing short of AMAZING! Very detail oriented & always have the answers to every question I could think of. Along with the quick to respond & caring staff- they have gone above & beyond in helping guide me to the best vendors, help with floor plans, details & coordinator. 10/10 recommend!

The Bradshaw Duncan House was the absolute perfect place for my wedding! My guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was. The get ready areas were have more than enough space and is so cute for getting ready photos. Our ring bearer had a blast playing the games in the mens suite while all the groomsmen enjoyed watching football on the tv provided for them while they were getting ready. They were so easy to work with and accommodated all my last minute adjustments with ease. I had no stress day of because Grace and team handled everything flawlessly. There is not a single thing I would have changed about our wedding. It was the perfect day mostly in part to the beautiful Bradshaw Duncan House and it's fantastic staff!

My wedding at the Bradshaw-Duncan House was an absolute dream come true! Grace and Tina went above and beyond to make our day extraordinary. The venue itself is breathtaking, exuding a magical ambiance that made our ceremony unforgettable. From the elegant decor to the seamless coordination, every detail was flawless. I don’t even know where to begin with Bradshaw-Duncan house... WOW, thank you all! I am a covid bride and had quite the experience planning the wedding of our dreams. We were suppose to get married downtown Louisville and we had gotten canceled by our venue because of protesting, rioting and all the excitement in Louisville. The cancellation of our original venue occurred FIVE days before our wedding day. Rebecca who is part of the Bradshaw Duncan house team reach out to me on Facebook along with hundreds of others and for some reason I was drawn to answer her back on messenger. Let’s make a long stressful story short... I met with Tina to look at the venue and WOW. I’ve never seen something more gorgeous . I knew exactly that it was the one ! Tina and Rebecca planned our entire wedding in THREE days. They are the dream team. They went ABOVE & BEYOND our expectations to make this wedding perfect in THREE days! I mean I’m speechless. They are SO wonderful and they will do any and everything to make your day so special! I can’t thank them enough. I would recommend this venue to any and everyone over and over. Between Tina, Fred (owners) & Rebecca they through together something that looks like they had months to do. Such sweet sweet people ! Thank you Bradshaw-Duncan house !!!

I don’t even know where to start..... 5 days before my daughters wedding our venue boarded up the windows as the protest in downtown Louisville got pretty bad and forced us to find a new venue! Any mother’s nightmare!!! Bradshaw-Duncan House took my daughter in as if she was there own and had the PERFECT wedding for my daughter in less then 72 hours! Tina and Rebecca I can’t thank you and your staff enough and explain what you guys mean to us!! I highly recommend Bradshaw-Duncan House for any special occasion! Thank you for making her wedding the PERFECT DAY! Absolutely stunning 250 year old home!!

I am so grateful for the Bradshaw Duncan House property and team not only on my wedding day, but also in all the weeks and months leading up to the big day! They had everything we needed to put our big day together, answered our many questions, and had helpful advice from years of experience in the industry. They always responded in a timely manner and truly felt like partners in helping our wedding vision become a reality. The property is beautiful and the house provided ample getting ready space for our big wedding parties. They have made several upgrades over the last year or so including adding bathrooms for guests, adding more paved sidewalks for guests and vendors, upgrading the vendor kitchen, and providing a bigger tent. All of these additions were made thoughtfully and responsively and helped the evening flow seamlessly. Thank you to Grace and her team - you all are the best of the best!
