    Kristin (Bramble + Bloom) was amazing to work with! I knew from our first phone consultation that she understood my vision, which was so important as an out of state bride. She checked in regularly throughout the process and her experience was incredibly helpful when choosing the overall design and table layout. Kristin was able to create something even better than I had imagined. I wish I could keep my bouquet and centerpieces forever! Highly recommend.

    Look no further!! Kristin's service from Bramble + Bloom was beyond exceptional from start to finish! My husband and I got married in Vermont in July and heading into planning I always knew floral was a big component for our wedding. I looked into a number of different options in the VT area, but once finding Kristin I knew she was the right one. From our first meeting I could instantly see her passion for what she does. From our coffee dates we had exploring our concept for the wedding, to the mock up before the wedding, all of the help Kristin was tying in other pieces of our wedding, to the day of exceeding all of our dreams. Everything was GORGEOUS!! Kristin is creative in so many different styles, knowledgable, flexible, and a perfectionist at what she does. I only hope I can find another reason to work with Kristin and I feel 100% confident that if you choose to work with her you'll be so happy you did!

    Wedding Labor Day weekend

    Well first I think customer service could have been a little more pleasant. Personality wise. Second the house flowers I received 4 days before the wedding some wilted right away The flower stalks were actually cut about 2 inches into the vase. Twice a day I checked the water level. Sweet peas wilted right away AND someone said to the bride, OH I thought your function was Friday. Did the owner forget that they she was bringing over flowers on Sunday for the wedding? So my sister in laws helped me rearrange the bouquets in the house. If you want pictures I took some on day 2 and you would be shocked.

    Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry to hear that the flowers for the rental home wilted. All of your products and flowers were from local farms, as with all organic, perishable products sometimes they don't last.

    When we spoke on the phone after the Thursday delivery prior to the wedding, you were concerned about them lasting four days and looking great for the wedding day as well, at which time I offered to retouch or refresh anything that need to be replaced on Sunday. So you could use the flowers for both the welcome party as well as the wedding.

    We did not forget that the wedding was on Sunday, the delivery driver who was installing the rental arbor on the Thursday prior may have been confused with the order of our events for the weekend, as there were three.

    When we arrived on Sunday to deliver the wedding flowers and garlands to the tent no one mentioned that the house flowers needed a refresh. I wish you had taken the time to let us know that they needed to be retouched and we would have done so at that time to insure that they looked great for the wedding day as well. Had you sent the photos to us, that you took the time to take, we could have seen what was needed, and given us the opportunity to fix the problem. To not say anything or alert us to the problem is unfair.

    We have been working like mad to satisfy all our clients during this challenging time and keep up with all the special requests and communication despite being short staffed and overbooked.

    We are sorry your welcome party arrangements missed the mark and would have loved to hear directly from you instead of first through a public review. Had you called the shop and sent the photos we would have offered you a refund.
