  Hire bramble&blossom

  If you haven’t hired Bramble&Blossom for your wedding day, seriously go call Jessica right now!! Jessica and her amazing team were seriously amazing to work with. From the very first consultation, I could tell she had an absolute gift for flowers. I felt like she was reading my mind before I would even be able to articulate what I wanted! There were several times that I sent her brand new ideas (after we had already come up with a proposal) and every time she found a way to incorporate the ideas. We even had to change our venue at one point, and Jessica made me feel so much calmer by very quickly changing our proposal to fit the new venue. Every time I met with her, I walked away feeling 100% confident that she would make my wedding flower dreams come true. AND SHE ABSOLUTELY DID!!! When I walked into our reception space on the day of our wedding, I had to literally sit down because I was so absolutely overwhelmed by the flowers. Jessica delivered exactly what I had wanted flawlessly!!! And as if that wasn’t great enough, Jessica’s knowledge of flowers and dedication to sustainability makes you feel that much better about hiring her. I can’t say enough amazing things about her and her team, please go hire them!!!

  Natural Beauty 💐

  Picking a vendor for flowers was extremely difficult because we knew that we wanted to be conscious of the flowers bought and where they came from, that we stayed on budget, and had the ease of getting them prepared for the ceremony and reception without running around day of. Bramble & Blossom did just that for us and I don’t think the vision we had in mind would have came to life without Jessica and her team! We wanted to stick with lots of greens and clean colors for a late fall wedding and the process was extremely easy, even with all the covid restrictions happening. We had a few appointments to go over what we were looking for, and even meeting up at our venue space to truly see the vision! The day of the ceremony and reception, Jessica and her team met us at the hotel to get the grooms pinned and the ladies their flowers. They then helped get our wedding sign setup with greens for the entrance of the ceremony, as well as setup the entire reception venue during the day. We had lots of greens all over the tables, some at the bars and cookie table, and lots around the entrance to give that cozy and earthy look! Everything turned out beautifully and we are extremely happy with how everything fell together and was brought to life on our special day. We highly recommend Bramble and Blossom for that natural and gorgeous look!

  Everything I could have dreamed of and more

  Jessica was incredible to work with and helped us create our vision down to every detail. She was so professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Most of all, she is extraordinarily talented at what she does. My flowers were the best part of my wedding and every single detail was breathtaking. It also made us feel so good that the flowers came from local farms and could be composted or repurposed at the end of the big day. Do yourself a favor and hire this amazing team.

  AMAZING customer service, very personable!

  I’ve been working with Jessica for my wedding that’s coming up and she has been wonderful to work with. Her floral knowledge, communication skills, and genuine care and concern for us make us so confident that she was the right choice for us. I’m so excited to see the beautiful florals she will provide us :)
  
  I just wanted to update now that our wedding has taken place: just as we suspected, Jessica ROCKED IT! We are so grateful to her for taking on our smaller floral budgets for filling our needs and our space beautifully.
  
  She had to handle a postponement, venue and season change, and a complete re-work of centerpieces (as the venue change changed all our table configurations). Throughout all of this, she didn’t even bat an eye, she just got to work! She was able to keep the same kinds of flowers and the integrity of what we wanted the same, even though we had to transition from a summer to a fall wedding.
  
  We are still so in love with everything she provided us! And our bridesmaid corsage slap bracelets were a huge hit!

  Wedding flowers

  Jessica from Bramble and Blossom was a joy to work with! She really listened and understood what I was looking for, the flowers were absolutely perfect and beautiful for our wedding. I love that she works with local farms to create beautiful bouquets and table centerpieces. She used eucalyptus for some of our centerpieces and had beautiful candle votives to give our space a romantic feel! We loved working with Jessica!

  Beautiful flowers from a beautiful person!

  Jessica is a true pleasure to work with. My husband and I appreciate flowers generally, but don't know very much about them - luckily, Jessica is both patient and a real expert and was able to help us turn our extremely vague ideas into beautiful arrangements. She also had the perfect solution to my idea that I wanted to have flowers but not carry them (so that I could more easily be walked down the aisle by both my parents, whose mobility issues made it important for my hands to be free) - and was very gracious when, pretty close to the last minute, my husband decided if I was getting a flower crown, he wanted one too. Everything was beautiful, seasonally appropriate, and sourced locally to our destination wedding. And Jessica is exactly the kind of warm, capable person you want around on your wedding day!

  Please use caution when deciding to use this company for your wedding. We booked Bramble & Blossom for our October 28, 2023 wedding and were happy with the plans we made. Then my fiance suddenly and unexpectedly died on January 30th. I contacted Jessica Stewart, the owner, via email that evening to inform her of the cancellation and to request a refund of our very sizable deposit. I wanted to ensure she had sufficient time to book someone else on our date to prevent her from losing any revenue. When she did not respond, I sent a second email the morning of February 3rd, inquiring if she had received my original communication, and reiterated the situation. Jessica finally replied via email on February 7th at 10:15AM stating that she was “so very sorry to hear about my loss” and that she “reviewed my contract with her legal team and accountant”. She indicated she would excuse my entire outstanding balance, however, she insisted that the initial retainer payment of $1,285.25 was non-refundable. She attached portions of the contract with highlighted items. I read the contract in its entirety, numerous times and I have three concerns:
  
  Under the section called ‘Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows’, there is a paragraph at the end that states, “If the clients wish to cancel the event, and written notification is given more than 120 days prior to the event, all payments made in addition to our non-refundable initial payment will be refunded.”
  Under the section called ‘Impossibility’, the contract states “Bramble & Blossom is not responsible for natural disasters, deaths in the family, sudden tragic circumstances, etc.” and that “in the event of such things beyond Bramble & Blossom’s control on the day of your event, liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid to date, except for the 25% non-refundable initial retainer payment.”
  I have contacted every vendor and service that we had booked and/or purchased, which includes Hall Rental, Caterer, DJ, Officiant, Baker, Bartender, Hair/Makeup, Photographer, Videographer, Wedding Bands purchased, etc. Every single one expressed their compassion and agreed to send a full refund by check.   I recognize that the owner provided a consultation by telephone, which lasted for approximately 45 minutes, and that she responded to a few emails periodically, and planned the type of flowers and decorations she planned for the wedding. Above the free consultation she provided, I think she could not have spent more than 1-2 hours on the wedding planning. Since no flowers or materials had been ordered and I provided her with more than 8 months notice I think it is outrageous and mean spirited for this entrepreneur to retain the entire deposit. I would be in agreement with Bramble & Blossom keeping a consultation fee of $100.00-200.00 for the limited amount of work done thus far. I think it is unfair and greedy for them to insist on keeping the entire deposit when they have more than sufficient time to book another event and have spent NO money toward my event. They have exhibited a total lack of sympathy or compassion for their client.
  
  What I am asking is very reasonable. Every other vendor including the jeweler was compassionate and caring.
  
  Is this the type of attitude you want from the person who you hire to handle one of the most important events in your life?

  Please use caution when deciding to use this company for your wedding. We booked Bramble & Blossom for our October 28, 2023 wedding and were happy with the plans we made. Then my fiance suddenly and unexpectedly died on January 30th. I contacted Jessica Stewart, the owner, via email that evening to inform her of the cancellation and to request a refund of our very sizable deposit. I wanted to ensure she had sufficient time to book someone else on our date to prevent her from losing any revenue. When she did not respond, I sent a second email the morning of February 3rd, inquiring if she had received my original communication, and reiterated the situation. Jessica finally replied via email on February 7th at 10:15AM stating that she was “so very sorry to hear about my loss” and that she “reviewed my contract with her legal team and accountant”. She indicated she would excuse my entire outstanding balance, however, she insisted that the initial retainer payment of $1,285.25 was non-refundable. She attached portions of the contract with highlighted items. I read the contract in its entirety, numerous times and I have three concerns:
  
  Under the section called ‘Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows’, there is a paragraph at the end that states, “If the clients wish to cancel the event, and written notification is given more than 120 days prior to the event, all payments made in addition to our non-refundable initial payment will be refunded.”
  Under the section called ‘Impossibility’, the contract states “Bramble & Blossom is not responsible for natural disasters, deaths in the family, sudden tragic circumstances, etc.” and that “in the event of such things beyond Bramble & Blossom’s control on the day of your event, liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid to date, except for the 25% non-refundable initial retainer payment.”
  I have contacted every vendor and service that we had booked and/or purchased, which includes Hall Rental, Caterer, DJ, Officiant, Baker, Bartender, Hair/Makeup, Photographer, Videographer, Wedding Bands purchased, etc. Every single one expressed their compassion and agreed to send a full refund by check.
