Easy. Good prices.
I rented chairs, cocktail tables and a dance floor for my wedding. Brandon Rentals was able to drop off the items the day before and pick up the day after which was convenient to be able to set up and break down without interfering with the wedding day. Delivery fee was $60. The dance floor was small but pretty natural light wood look. My coordinator mostly dealt with them aside from payments but I had no issues and they sent me a nice “thank you” card.I rented chairs, cocktail tables and a dance floor for my wedding. We had a terrific experience with Brandon Rental Centers. We had looked into several other rental companies and had bad experiences. When we showed up to Brandon Rental with no appointment, they were kind and gracious. They spent plenty of time with us and helped us make sure we ordered everything we needed. The woman who helped us made several offers, but we never felt pressured to over order or purchase the most expensive options. Brandon Rental was great in letting us change our quantities over time as we made other choices and had a better idea of how many guests we would actually have attend the reception. The value seemed on par with many other companies, but the service was far and away better.We had a terrific experience with Brandon Rental Centers. We rented chairs from here for our outdoor ceremony on November 14th, at Eureka Springs Park. I called ahead to reserve them and they were so helpful on the phone, helped me decide which chairs to go with and suggested I add a couple more just in case. They were dead on with their suggestions and the chairs looked absolutely beautiful on the grass, and they were a easy to pick up and drop off. Brandon rental has always been our go to for any party we have ever held! Chairs, tables, or in the case of our wedding gorgeous candelabras and linens! For my rehearsal dinner I did am intimate Bar-b-Q sort of thing at my parent's house. I had to rent a shelter and chairs and varous things to accommodate everyone at the dinner. Everyone was set up and ready to go when we were and none of the pieces were broken or in poor condition. I cannot stress how wonderful this business is. You are actually dealing with people who care, which is very surprising these days. Don't rent another item from anywhere else! This place was fantastic. They delivered and picked up our rentals for a fantastic price. We had to set up everything ourselves, which I hadn't counted on, but that's probably my fault. They were very responsive to phone calls, and added extra items to our order just a few days before the wedding with no fuss. They were a bit late picking the rentals up at the end of the evening, but that's my only complaint!This place was fantastic. They delivered and picked up our rentals for a fantastic price. I used Brandon Rental for most of my tables, chairs, linens, tent, etc.. for my wedding in March.
Lisa was great to work with throughout the process. We had many things we had to add and subtract from the order and she was always on top of it. She was also able to sit down and help us with a tent layout, putting me at ease for my big day.
There were some communication issues between the office and the guys setting up. Set up was slow and behind schedule, things weren't delivered when I was expecting them and the Chiavari chairs we ordered didn't show up until right as our wedding reception began.
Even through these missteps, the manager quickly provided a solution when I called to speak with him. He was very professional and handled it quickly.

I rented mahogany garden chairs for our wedding. They arrived the day before and stacked them down the aisle, which made rehearsal difficult. My day of coordinator informed me they were supposed to set up the chairs, however this did not happen. They picked them up 3-4 days after the wedding when no one was available due to a worker being injured and they were short staffed. We rented Tables & Chairs for our Backyard wedding. A couple days prior to the wedding we received a free upgrade on our chairs due to an over-booking issue- but we were happy to accept the better chairs! Everything was delivered on time and was easy to set up. We have no complaints about the supplies. The only issue came after the wedding, when the company did not come to pick up the table and chairs as scheduled. They did not come to pick up until a full day later, after I called to let them know that no one had showed on the scheduled date/time. I have used Brandon Rental for several different occasions and rented table linens, tables, chairs. But they saved our butt the day of the wedding. We desperately needed a stage as our vision for the head and sweetheart table was not coming together. We rented a stage from Brandon Rental the day of the wedding. They were a life saver. Great prices on rentals
Brandon Rentals saved the day by having the best prices on rentals we needed that our caterer could not supply. Beautiful rentals and best prices in the area for sure. The only thing we ran into with them was communication could be unorganized (but that happens with any vendor and any wedding.) In the end, they were flexible with us and helped us make what we needed to happen. We had to change it so we picked up the rentals because they were originally going to deliver them on Friday and pick up Monday - but we did not want to leave rentals at our venue all weekend with other weddings happening, especially when all our other rentals were being picked up the night of after everything was over. I called to be sure that they had that information the weekend before our wedding, and luckily I called so they were not actually delivered. My wedding planner confirmed it that week again and ended up picking them up and we dropped them back off on Monday. We even had one charger that was cracked when we picked it up on Friday (realized that when we went to set the tables prior to using them) and Brandon Rentals was very apologetic and told us not to worry about it at all. I had issues with another tent company and I frantically called Brandon Tent Rental to save the day. Their prices are pretty reasonable compared to some other tent companies. I did have to pay extra to have my tent set up and taken down on a Sunday, which was the day of my wedding, but that's understandable because it was after their working hours.
They were prompt with my phone calls and put together a proposal right away for me. They delivered everything they said they would, and even provided very nice tent lighting.
The negatives: They were late. My brother-in-law was going to make sure that the tent lighting was bright enough so people could see their food, but they were late setting it up. I was told that they were rude to him and asked him to let them set everything up. I wasn't there, but this is what I was told. They helped me out when I was in a pinch, but I asked them to be there at 10 and they were a couple hours late. I was supposed to have my wedding on the beach on April 21, 2012 and I had paid Brandon Rental $2300.00 to reserve a tent and chairs but 24 hours before my wedding Rick who is the manager there called and said that I needed to find a plan B because Brandon Rental was not going to set up the tent because of the rain and wind that was coming in to town. I was very upset and called Rick to ask what I should do and he said "If I could predict the weather I would not be in this business" and that any time I have an outdoor event I should have a "Plan B." I was upset and angry that a compnay could call me 24 hours before my wedding and canuel. I scambled to find another venue and with the help of my wedding planner, parents, and mother in law we were lucky to find The Palmetto Club in Fishawk. After securing another venue I called and asked that we get our money back because we had to pay for another venue and Rick said that he was probably only going to beable to give us a credit on my credit card and cash for what we had paid for in cash. I then demanded that he issue a check immediately and he said that he would have to check with the accounting department. I was called back a little but later and was told that they would issue a check and I promptly sent my husband up there to get it. After it was all said and done my husband went to BRANDON RENTAL'S BANK to cash the check and the bank tried to charge him to cash it. My husband then when back to Brandon Rental to get the check cashing fee that he had just been charged and the accountant rudely said "well we got charged a credit card fee when you paid with your credit card." We were so disturbed by the way that we were treated by Brandon Rental that we told all of our other vendors about our experience and everyone said that they were in the wrong. I will never use them again and I suggest you don't either unless you want to be stranded at the last moment. I can say that the only person that was really awesome was Candice. They sent me a contract that had delivery at my home address for the day before the wedding. I responded to them that I needed delivery at the venue, and it had to be the day of, not the day before. Every other I vendor I spoke to after the fact was shocked to learn that anyone would try to drop of tables a day early, and pick up the day after. The emailed me back that changes were made, I signed and moved on.
