Photographer and photography at the highest caliber!
We could not have picked a better photographer (and we selected him after a long, thorough vetting process)! He was actually (highly) recommended by several photographers we knew from Getty Images which says it all.
Brian shot our NYC wedding in 2017. We wanted a photographer that could transition from shooting "action shots" outdoors in the city (i.e. getting in/out of taxi cabs, on rooftops) to indoor, family portraits and party shots. And he did it all at a level that far exceeded our expectations. It was an overcast and windy day so the outdoor shots weren't easy - and the indoor venue was not well lit. He took the time to meticulously survey the circumstances and made appropriate recommendations that were spot on.
He is also the utmost professional.
He approached each part of the day with so much warmth and sincerity - he put everyone at ease (several people commented on this at the wedding and after). We also had small children in the family who were hesitant to cooperate in photos. After a few minutes with Brian, they warmed up quickly and even enjoyed the process. It's really rare to find a photographer who can connect with such a wide range of subjects on a meaningful level...and it shows in the shots he gets. The image is impeccable but what stands out is the emotion behind the shot.
We're so lucky Brian was a part of our wedding and hope we can find an occasion to work with him again. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer.

Brian Ach Photography's reply:
What a joyous event your wedding was and thank you so much for the kind words! It was absolutely my pleasure to photograph the wedding and work with families, friends, and all those lovely children to tell the story of your day. Much love, Brian
