I won’t go to anyone else!
I have worked with Brian on three pieces now and I would not even consider going to someone else! My engagement ring is so beautiful, he worked with my husband and they made the most beautiful ring to surprise me with, and then we worked together to create a matching wedding band. The set is so gorgeous, down to each and every detail. I get complimented ALL the time, and I can’t help but stare at my hand all the time! Brian is so trustworthy as well, he handles older, cherished items and makes them into beautiful pieces you never want to take off. He also reset my late mother’s emerald ring and now it’s so much more modern and so pretty. -

I not only got my dream ring , but i got a ring that my FH built for me.
A few weeks after being engaged, I damaged my ring - which had to be one of the most heart breaking moments I’ve encountered.
Not only did Brian put my mind to ease but he contacted me everyday during the process and updated me with pictures of what had been done and what still needs to be done.
I received my ring back in a short few days and it looked like it did the first day I got it ❤️
Brian is amazing to work with and I cannot wait to customize mine & my FH wedding bands with him !

Brian designed an exquisite ring that sparkles more than any other I’ve ever seen. He was extremely helpful and friendly!
I would highly recommend Brian for if you are looking for quality jewelry. He was extremely helpful, creative and easy to communicate with. He designed a beautiful ring for me, and was very helpful in giving me tips for maintenance as well as fitting it perfectly. -

Buy custom! Not name brand!
Brian redesigned my original engagement ring and wedding band, not because it was something I wanted but because my name brand ring broke! My platinum Tacori ring snapped not once but twice. Tacori did not stand by their work and wanted me to pay for all the repairs. Heck I even had to pay for the shipping! The Tacori name brand looks beautiful in magazines but that’s all they are, a pretty picture. They are a name brand that doesn’t stand behind their product nor care about their customers. Don’t buy name brand. Buy custom through Brian!
Brian was a joy to work with and he made me feel comfortable and happy about redesigning my ring and starting over. Most importantly he stands by his work! I get compliments on my new ring all the time! I will never buy a single piece of jewelry from anyone but Brian ever again!!!

The BEST experience you could ever have
Brian is much more than just a wonderful jewelry designer. He has a way of making all the stress and anxiety of the engagement ring process disappear. He educated me through every step of the designing process and made me feel very involved. I could not recommend Brian more. Emily and I will be forever grateful for the amazing ring he designed for us. Cannot wait for him to design our wedding bands! -

Wedding rings ❤️
Brian does amazing work! My husband went to him to help customize my engagement ring and he told me that Brian came to the house to talk to him and show him his work. Obviously because of how great he was previously we went with him again for our wedding bands. A week before the wedding, Brian was able to take my grandmothers diamonds out of her bands and customize a ring with them for me. He met us at a coffee shop conveniently down by city hall because we were getting our marriage license that day. Also, he has the other half of my grandmothers ring which I will eventually ask him make into another piece of jewelry ( he came up with that idea.) also, last minute my bogus and wanted a bracelet for me for the day of and Brian has it done within days of our wedding and personally dropped it off at our house! Brian is super personable. He does amazing work and he will work with you to get you exactly what you need. Thanks again Brian for making one step during the wedding process easy! -

Kelly Sent on 06/20/2018Brian was incredible to work with after my fiancé proposed! He made sure that I was satisfied and planned accordingly when I wanted to get it re-sized. He was also very patient since I wanted to keep it to show off for a few weeks after the proposal! Once we planned a day and time to meet, Brian helped me find the right ring size and gave great advice on how tight you may want it with swelling of hands or times you may go swimming. On top of all of this, Brian was very accommodating with the fact that I was visiting a friend the following day who would want to see the ring and re-sized my ring in under an hour. He even walked to the cafe I was eating at to deliver it to me. Overall, Brian has been so personable and accommodating and his work is impeccable! I am in love with the ring and so happy my fiancé chose to work with Brian!

A great experience from start to finish
I met Brian through a referral and he provided an amazing experience all the way from our first meeting to adjusting the rings size (in 24h) post proposal to ensure a perfect fit. Brian provided lots of options and was not just knowledgeable about his craft but really cared about providing a great experience and making sure I found the perfect diamond. He worked with me to incorporate personal touches and created my wife’s dream ring in a short time frame for a surprise proposal. Highly recommended. -

Designing my dream wedding band!
I took my fiancé to 10-15 jewelry stores to look at different wedding bands which was an exhausting process for everyone. I had an idea in my head and a million pictures on Pinterest but I needed help in fine-tuning the idea. Work was crazy for me and Brian offered to come meet me in the lobby to look through my ideas- it couldn’t have been more convenient! We talked through each picture and he gave me his thoughts on the positives and negatives of each option in relation to what he heard me describe that I wanted. That was exactly what I needed in order to feel confident in picking a design and going to the next step! Even though I said budget wasn’t a priority, Brian helped give me options to save on material expenses which I hugely appreciated! The best part of the process is getting a few pictures along the way as the ring evolves from the sketch, 3D image, mold, band and then complete with diamonds!! I would absolutely recommend working with Brian to design something that is perfect for YOU! It was an unbelievable experience. I’m already planning to revisit the other band ideas with Brian for future life milestones.. -

Great experience designing engagement ring and wedding bands!
Brian really helped remove a lot of the stress of the whole engagement process. He worked with me to find a number of diamonds within my budget, then helped me pick out the perfect one - including showing me how to look for inclusions, and giving me a great crash course in the 4 C's (carat, color, cut and clarity). After selecting the diamond and ring design, he kept me up to date on the progress with good (and discrete, so my to-be-fiance wouldn't find out) communication.
Most importantly, she loved the ring, and the craftsmanship and quality really shows. My fiance is constantly getting compliments on her ring. We decided to go back to Brian for our Wedding bands, which also came out beautifully. We are so excited to get to wear them when we get married in May!
Overall very satisfied with our experience, and highly recommend! -

Before reaching out to him, I did my due diligence and shopped around a bit. After one phone call with Brian, it was clear that his professionalism, expertise and passion were second to none. From that one phone call, Brian took my vision (and budget) and put together several options. He took the time to educate me generally on diamonds and fully explained each option, without the dreaded purchase-pressure you experience at most jewelry stores. Aside from his outstanding customer service, Brian’s quality and creativity is eye-catching, and I mean that literally. It’s easy for me to take credit for my fiancé’s ring when someone notices the sparkle from across the room or when I catch my fiancé staring at her own finger, but I owe all the thanks to Brian.

He made it so easy to communicate what we were looking for and was very accommodating to our busy schedules. Every time I look down at my finger my jaw still drops.. even months later. My fiancé showed me the custom design and how he was able to accommodate my fiancé's grandma's ring into mine; making it both beautiful & sentimental. I met with Brian shortly after as the ring was a little too big and he's so incredibly personable which goes a long way. He really gets to know you as person & not just another customer. We will definitely go back to him for all of our jewelry needs (& have already!) -

He gave sound advice to help us get the look we wanted within our budget. Working with him was so much nicer than the experience of looking at rings on the sales floor of a jewelry store. He doesn't use pressure tactics to earn your business, rather, he demonstrates knowledge of the industry and materials, brings creativity and listens to what matters to you. I really felt like he understood us and delivered exceptional finished products. The entire process was stress-free and I will absolutely go back to Brian for our future jewelry needs!

He explained everything I needed to know about diamonds and rings. One of the great things about him, is he 's not pushy. I told him what my budget was and worked with me from there. He's a pleasure to deal with and the quality of the ring is outstanding. It's truly gorgeous. He does great work. I can't say enough nice things about him.

Through the years I took hints from my girlfriend about what kind of rings she liked. I was able to find Brian's website through Facebook and I reached out inquire about purchasing an engagement ring. Brian got back to me right away. He even came to my work to meet and accommodate to my schedule. I felt very comfortable and open to ask Brian questions at anytime. He preached education the whole time. I became well equipped with the 4 C's of diamonds. Brian took care of everything and created the perfect custom designed ring. I was stress free the entire time leading up to proposing. I highly recommend choosing Brian Joseph Jewelry.
