Kim and her team are so personable and professional, I couldn’t imagine a better experience on my wedding day. Kim and her team were punctual at 4am to get me glammed up for my sunrise ceremony, and they did MAGIC in just under an hour. I have thick & wavy hispanic hair and skin with dark/textured acne scars and their confidence made me feel comfortable and beautiful! They made sure I was happy with every aspect of the look and exceeded my expectations. We had a private ceremony with no family attending, but Kim’s energy made me feel I had a sister/aunt/friend/mother there to cheer me on! Kim-Angel and Heather helped me look and feel beautiful on my wedding day! Kim was excellent at communicating with me and making adjustments for my bridal party. Scheduling my bridal hair and makeup trial was simple and really helped me figure out what I liked and wanted for my wedding day. After the trial, Kim and Heather were open to my feedback and everything fell perfectly into place on the big day! Not only did I feel beautiful, but Kim’s team helped my bridesmaids, my mother, sisters-in-law, and mother-in-law look and feel beautiful as well! And even with nine of us getting our hair and makeup done, Kim and her team kept us on time and ready for pictures. If you are looking for excellent service for hair and makeup, I cannot recommend Bridal Glow enough! -

Amazing Service
I contracted them to provide my wedding day makeup. My trial was great them the wedding day makeup session was even more amazing than before. My MUA Heather was nice and she did such a great job. Thank you so much for being a part of my day. -

I can’t imagine any better vendors to choose to spend your special day getting ready with! Kim and Shelley were so great! Kim came on her usual day off to keep things on schedule and both women were incredibly kind and fun to be with. I am so grateful to the both of them, I don’t normally get dressed up often or do more makeup except mascara, and for the first time in a while I felt truly beautiful and special to look at! That’s rare for me. I couldn’t sing their praises enough! -

Thank goodness I had a test because I was not comfortable with them at all. Did not like the results and lack of professionalism. They make you sign a contract ahead of time with the requirement of 50% down to lock in the wedding date, so if you don’t like the trial you’ve just paid them a boatload of money!! Cost me over $500 for that trial when it should have cost $150. Don’t be as foolish as I was!Bridal Glow Wedding Services's reply:

Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
You were never required to sign your wedding day contract to do a trial prior to booking your date. We do trials prior to booking the wedding date all the time with the understanding that the wedding date is not guaranteed without the contract.

Just wanted to give you feedback. The make up lasted all day and I loved it! The only changes I would like are a little darker foundation shade, maybe a little light green, pink shimmer on the eyes vs burgundy, minimal if any eyebrow definition and longer/thicker fake lashes, they were nice but I didn’t think it looked much different than when I wear mascara. I like a lighter pink lipstick so I can use my own on top of the stain.
As far as the hair is concerned I should have paid more attention, those flat irons fry my hair and the curls were way too tight, made my hair look super short. I’d like her to use my curling iron that has the size barrel I like and temperature control. A softer look is my preference I can send a picture, maybe much less pulled up with more of a bouffant up top.
So glad I did the test and I look forward to seeing you in June!

Following that email, we did discuss that a flat iron was not used on your hair and that we would be happy to make any adjustments in barrel size on your wedding day to your hairstyle:

Thank you for the feedback on your trail. I have noted everything for your makeup on our end.
Heather did not use a flat iron on your hair yesterday but is happy to use a larger barrel iron as indicated yesterday. What size barrel and temperature do you usually use? She will bring a larger one with her and use the same temperature that you prefer. We cannot use your tools as it would not be covered under my liability insurance.
I have made the notes about the style as well and we will go over everything on your wedding day.
Let me know if you have any questions or need anything in the meantime."
As far as a refund, we did hold your wedding date for over 7 months and turned away other brides for your date, which is why do require a non-refundable retainer when booking the wedding date. This is an industry standard to book a wedding.
The trial would never have been $150 my dear. You paid a retainer of $582 which included your trial of $300.
You continued to adjust plans and confirm your booking for your date following your trial:
