  The shop did a very nice job of helping me find the perfect dress. Also when my husband and I were having trouble finding a tux to fix his shoulders they were able to help us and my husband looked great.

  Bridals by Franca was an excellent shop to work with. I ordered by bridesmaids dressed from them at a great price and they did all of the alterations for the bridal party. They were all very pleasant to work with. I definately would have bought my wedding dress from them if I would have found them sooner! They are a very unique store and I had a great experience.

  Bridals by Franca is a small store with a ton of dress options at great prices. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to get my dress ordered on time with very short notice. I also ordered my veil through them. Everything came in when they said it would and the fittings were quick and easy. They made getting a gown one less thing for me to worry about!

  I can't say enough about Franca, Helena and the Bridal Shop!! As soon as I became engaged, I went directly to Franca because my sister purchased her "girls" dresses from Franca for her wedding 15 years ago!! I was so excited to see Franca and Helena still there together. Not only did Franca select the PERFECT DRESS, but she made me feel like I was her own daughter!!! The dress was absolutely everything I ever dreamed of and I can't even say how many people commented on how perfect my dress was!!! If you are looking for personalized and professional service and comparable prices, without felling like you are in a cattle drive (Like going to David's Bridal) I highly recommend you go to Franca's where you will be treated like FAMILY....

I ordered a veil too, but I had to call to find out that it was in fact delivered, they had no called me and I needed it for my trial hair. I had 2 dress fittings and alterations done as they didn't take it in enough at the bust, I would recommend having someone who knows a thing or two about dress alterations with you if you choose them. When I worked directly with the alterer it was much easier than working through Franca/Helena. In the end I loved my dress and had so many compliments on it, but it wasn't without headache for me. I felt that they were telling me what I needed wanted and so intent on disagreeing with me at times that they lost sight of what I was asking them for. They do know how to chose the right dress for each body type, and they do work with you to the end.

  After I purchased my dress, the quality of service took a plumet. If you purchase your dress with them I highly recommend finding someone seperate for your alterations. My wedding was on a friday, and the monday prior they still hadn't started on my alterations. The alterations were unsatisfying. With all the complications, they did not take responsibility for any screw ups. And did not credit my account for their mistakes.
