My dress was beautiful. They treated you like family and made sure to help find the perfect dress. They did a few minor alterations for me and it came out beautiful. I think I tried on about 10 different dresses, but we found the dress! They were very patient with me and made the whole experience fun! (I’m not very girly and they helped find the dress that felt like me). Thank you! -

I came to Bridalxoxo because I needed the straps on my wedding dress adjusted so they wouldn't fall off of my shoulders all night! Anna was so sweet when I came into their shop and made me feel so comfortable about changing it. They even sent me a sweet note on the day of the wedding congratulating us! -
Stephanie Sent on 03/10/2018In June of 2017 my husband proposed and we were ready to start planning our wedding at last! The first thing I knew I had to do was get the dress. We wanted a late fall/early winter wedding, so I also knew that I had to act fast if I wanted my dress to arrive on time. I explored the local chains I knew, but had yet to find something that felt perfect. I wanted the kind of ball gown that would make me look and feel like a princess. It had to be easy to move in, not irritate my sensitive skin, and just had to look right for me. Though I had been leaning toward a couple of dresses at Alfred Angelo, I decided to visit Anna in Bridalxoxo at the recommendation of my husband's sister. Anna had assisted her with alterations for her own wedding dress and her family spoke very highly of the service. I'm so happy I decided to give her a try!
My mom arrived at the shop before I did and was enamored with Anna and her husband Vincenzo. I drove over after work to meet them and Anna immediately swept me into three dresses based on the styles I told her I liked. All the dresses were beautiful, but it was the third that I kept staring at, petting the ruffles of the skirt inadvertently and trying to decide if I was ready to say yes to the dress. The fabric was so light and smooth--not as stiff as the Alfred Angelo dresses. It swished when I walked. I felt it flattered my shape despite the fact that the tester I tried on was a size 14 clipped in the back to fit a size 2. Anna even brought out a petticoat and tiara to complete the look (which I also purchased and wore on my wedding day!).
Alfred Angelo ended up going out of business a couple of weeks after I made my choice. Bridalxoxo saved me from losing a dress or my money from them! My Bridalxoxo dress arrived just in time for a December 2 wedding, and I couldn't be happier!
If you are going for a wedding that is glamorous and authentic, this is the right place to go!

A'kasha Sent on 10/26/2015I loved Bridalxoxo. Ana & Her husband (Vincenzo) were absolutely wonderful!! There are so many beautiful gowns to choose from. Ana is not happy unless her clients are truly happy with their selections. Her alterations are wonderful and she will suggest options for any concern you may have with the fit. She also does custom designs. Her work is truly art. I had the best experience with her and I will forever be grateful. I can't express in words how appreciative I am of her. -
User2137953 Sent on 05/18/2015I had my dress altered at home but when I tried it on 4 days before my destination wedding in Vegas I was not happy. OVERNIGHT I tell you, my revised alterations were completed and literally changed my entire mood. I thought I was going to have to go out dress shopping for an alternative. They fit me in and had my dressed steamed and ready to go in 24hours. I literally hugged the own when I left. My wedding day would have been ruined without them. -

If I could give zero stars, I would exclamation I initially called to see if they had wedding dresses for sell out the store or was it made to order. wasn’t calling to make an appointment but the young lady that was helpful day before was who I talked to. Then I get a call today saying I’m sending an invoice to pay cancellation! And like I told the guy I never talked to you and never set an appointment I told them we will come look around but that’s not the point. He should have asked are you coming it was 10 mins behind we actually just pulled in or asked is everything ok etc etc before being super rude and saying check your spam email for invoice like what! And like I told him y’all don’t have my email but that’s neither here nor there. Professionalism is Professionalism there is ways to talk to people and handle things. Not by calling me raising your voice talking about 50 dollars cause it makes the business look real desperate and the fact you “setting” people up for appointments that call to confirm your address and push about 50 dollars! And then to think I’m still going to come by baffles me! Needles to say I would not recommend this place and whoever the guy is cause he would never give me his name should not work there it’s called customer service for a reason be hospitable and learn how to talk to people!! So we turned around and went to David’s Bridal and she found her dress so things happen for a reason!!! -
