  Truly the best

  Words cannot describe what a great experience we had with Alexa as our wedding photographer! From the moment she arrived I knew we were in good hands. She captured every moment we wanted naturally without interrupting the flow of the day. So many pictures we found ourselves saying "I didn't even know she was photographing then!" These are easily the best photos we have of ourselves and our friends. We are in our natural element and you can tell how joyful the day was. We're both fairly awkward in front of the camera, and it's so nice to have so many photos where we're genuinely smiling and just enjoying the day. A++++ cannot recommend Alexa highly enough.

  Incredible photography!

  Alexa and her team were incredible on the day and we were so happy with the photos. She didn't just give me a couple good shots, but an entire portfolio of amazing photos. She did a great job capturing the spirit of the day.

  Stunning photos, beautiful candids and captured real moments

  
  We were blown away by the quality and abundance of spectacular photos that truly captured the spirit of our wedding day. We’re both a little camera shy / inexperienced and Alexa completely put us as ease and made us look natural! There’s something really special about the quality of Alexa’s photos, both from our engagement shoot and our wedding - she is able to capture private little moments in a way that feels intimate and real, not cheesy. We loved the combination of fine art and photo journalistic styles. There was so much variety! We interviewed a number of photographers and Alexa was our clear favorite: so many others felt like photo factories where they had their checklist of poses and photo opp spots and album layouts, whereas Alexa had a more artistic, treat-each-event-as-it’s-own-special-day vibe. We had the impression that she puts a lot of heart and care into each wedding. And while our expectations were high, she exceeded them. We’ve had so many friends tell us they’ve never seen better wedding photos. They were so great, it took us a year to finally narrow them down enough to fit into an album! We could not be happier with our experience working with Alexa.

  Absolute visionary

  We stumbled onto Alexa totally by chance and are so glad we did. We communicated our thoughts to her and she translated them into reality with grace and elan. On a busy day that can get hectic she kept everything moving along in a timely manner and was total boss which is just what we needed. She managed to capture some beautiful candids as well as some miraculous and heartwarming details. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

  Could not have been happier!

  We hired Alexa after looking through hundred of photographers. We had both decided that photography was our most important investment for our wedding day so we were really picky. We fell in love with her style and really thought it fit in with our venue and theme for the wedding. Alexa did such a phenomenal job! She delivered our pics super quick and OH MY GOSH!   Alexa of Bright Bird Photography is amazing! She has a natural talent, and was incredibly easy to work with. She took great photos, spent a lot of time with us finding the perfect places to take our photos. They say that the photographer is the person you spend the most time with at the wedding, and that is true; which makes the photographer choice so important. Well, we could not be happier with Alexa - she was prompt, professional, friendly, and most importantly, did an amazing job taking photos. She went above and beyond, and provided us with beautiful pictures.

  We had alexa shoot photos of our family, including our newborn son in our home. He was fussy through the shoot yet she managed to capture such amazing moments and really got a range of emotions and actions. Invaluable!

She made us feel so comfortable and safe right away, and she really understands lighting, styling, etc. - she did such a great job outdoors in nature in a variety of settings. People - clients, investors, friends, colleagues - were all impressed by her pictures and several people asked us how she captured such original and compelling images.   Hiring Bright Bird Photography was without a doubt the best decision I made regarding my wedding. Alexa was absolutely amazing at capturing the feel of my wedding and I truly believe she did so. In fact, the photos make my wedding look even more magical and beautiful than it probably was! She has an unbelievable eye to catch the smallest and sweetest moments, not just between me and my husband but with out guests as well. The photos are simply stunning, and all of our guests who have seen them comment on their beauty and quality. Alexa was incredibly professional, timely and an overall joy to work with. I hope to have enough life event in the future to use Bright Bird again! Sincerely she is the best in the field!
