    They were great, they worked with me in picking up my table clothes and runners for my daughter's wedding on Lake Oconee. Two weeks before the wedding they called me to comfirm my order, and to do a final count. If they hadn't taken that extra step I would have been short on table clothes. They saved the day!!!

    This company was great!! They were very helpful, and there prices beat out everyone!! I was able to save over $300 by using them and they had speciality linens! Also instead of paying for sashes, they came free with our chair covers. LOVE THEM!!

    I would recommend Brillian Linens to Atlanta brides! I worked with Jerralyn and she was extremely attentive and responsive. We had our reception at Villa Christina and the room looked gorgeous!

    Not professional at all, people who work here are either inexperienced or do not care about their jobs, but if you want cheap linen/chair cover rentals, go here!

    A friend referred this business to me because it was a local business and she likes to support local businesses. I handled every other aspect of my wedding and reception and let my friend do business with brillant linens for me. That was the biggest mistake I made. My friend bragged on the store's setup and how beautiful everything was. But what you see, is not what you get. When she arrived to pick up the linens it wasn't ready. She returned and waited an additional 30 minutes. Not a big issue. She asked the brillant linen's rep, "if I have a problem who do I contact." A contact number was provided and she was reassured. Let me also say that I wanted to purchase my table cloths from another vendor, so I bought those whole sale which I own. Wanted to do the same with the chair covers and sashes but my friend wasn't reassured by me purchasing things over the net. She felt the color may be off. So, the only thing I rented from Brillant Linens were the chair covers and sashes. After pick up on friday, we had other errands to run. When we got to the venue it was 11PM, we started setting up with my table clothes that I purchased from another company first. Then we open the chair cover box from brilliant linens. The product was so dingy it looked like a yellow instead of white like I ordered. So I was very up set that I had bright white table clothes and yellow chair covers. So as we took them out they were not even pressed. After we tried to make the best of that, we say alot of them with food stains, grease stains, iron stain and even hair on them. It seems as if someone just folded them up neatly in the box right after someone else had used them. We were all PO by this time. My friend called but of course no answer or a call back. So this is Friday night and my reception was Saturday I had no choice but to use them or use nothing on my chairs which were red. So my friend made a complaint about everything on Monday. The lady act as if she was going to handle the situation, it wasn't her fault and that she would refund $ back and the blame was placed on her worker. She said someone was going to be fired and it was going to come out of his check. Sounded as if she was concerned but I guess that was just words to get rid of my friend since she came in person. She wanted proof of everything first before she handled the situation. That was provided we took photos of the stains and wrinkles. But she could see for herself they were dingy. So after I didn't hear anything from her. I decided to look up their reviews and ratings and saw all the negative feedback. Then I spoke to 4 other people regarding the situation and found out they had issues or someone they knew had almost the similar to mine. In each case, before I could tell my story they were telling it to me. After that, I emailed the company regarding my issue and findings. Brilliant Linen refunded me $40.00 out of the $401.00 I spent on chair covers and sashes. They should be ashamed of themselves for delivering such a poor quality of products. I'm glad I had my own tablecloth because what I saw, I wouldn't want my food on those table cloths. My biggest mistake was not handling this myself...For all my other vendors, I checked their ratings and reviews. But since my friend was handling this, she went by what she saw in the store. Again, what you see is not what you get. All my other vendors did a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything. I got a short email from brillant linens stating that they will refund me 10%. So please always read reviews and ask other people that have used these companies. The last thing you want to feel when you are suppose to be happy on your day, is that you were ripped off and there is nothing you can do about it.****The only reason they got a one rating is because I could not use ZERO!!!

    OOOOh myyyyy...where do I start..I suppose my stars took me to them and it was a horrible experience...
    I am a very easy going person but they really know how to dissatisfy a customer.
    First they agreed to give me a discount from the sale they ran at the bridal show but as soon as I had to cut some of the items back they refused to honor the sale and i was driving up and working with them for 3 days now and just couldn't afford to go looking somewhere else due to time restraints..
    On the day of pick up they were 2 hrs late in getting me the linens. I had to make 2 trips and still had to wait 30mins more.
    The linens were for Sunday night and when I started spreading them out the majority of them had stains on them but I had no choice at this late hour but to use them the way it was and cover with flowers and other decorations...The very next day, within 12 hrs of using the linens I took them back and when I offered to stay back to make sure everything was okay..they reassured me and said "it's okay and we will call you if there's a problem"... I told the owner about the stains just to inform her and didn't even ask for a compensation but then...
    I get a call on the 3rd day after returning the linens that the linens were "MILDWED" and they will charge me an extra $108 for them. Now, anyone out there who has ever done laundry knows quite well that there is no way something gets mildwed within 12 hrs of use and I know for a fact that the linens were gently used and even if there were a few crumbs or food left on the linens it takes a good 3-4 days of linens sitting in heat for it to form mildew..
    They first charged my card a day before calling me and then they told me this false story..
    Please Please go somewhere else or just buy your own linens they are available all over the internet for much less than what these people will steal from you.
    This was my first and last experience with them...I am going to make sure all my friends and relatives know about the lies of these people and their way of

    They were unprofessional, did not return calls or emails timely and completely mutilated my order. They were not there on time for me to pick up thus throwing off my entire schedule and they just made the entire wedding experience hell. I will never, ever use them again for anything regardless of the cost.

    The owner Shondra was very nasty . My Linens were different colors!! And Miss Shondra would not get on phone to speak with me she would talk though her works , they said that was added to contract in small print . and the line was not there on time. they drive it up from Macon. Shondra never called to say anything.I will never us them again.
