We married in beautiful Venice in June 2024. We decided to marry only 3 months before leaving Australia for a Europe holiday. After emailing another wedding planner with no response, I emailed Brilliant Weddings and everything from the first email was so easy. Our wedding planner Giada was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Giada was extremely responsive helping us with all aspects of our wedding including trying to finalise our paperwork. We had the most wonderful and memorable day, beautiful photos and a very moving video.
Our day went off without a hitch and we are so grateful to Giada and the team for making our dreams come true.
I would highly recommend Brilliant Weddings for anyone thinking of getting married in Venice.

This is the best company! I highly recommend them for creating the perfect proposal.
I always knew I wanted to propose to my girlfriend on a gondola in Venice, but did not know how I would execute this (especially when I live overseas). After doing extensive research, I found Brilliant Wedding Venice. The reviews won me over and I reached out. Caterina was incredible! Very attentive and professional, I especially appreciated how quick she was to respond to emails. She planned everything from start to finish. Amazing Flash Mob Proposal
For some months now, I had been pondering a memorable way to propose marriage to my girlfriend. An opportunity arose for me to visit Venice. This presented a perfect venue in which to make my proposal. So, the next question was how to propose in a meaningful and unforgettable way. With a little research, I came across Brilliant Wedding Venice, a great business who specializes in organizing weddings AND proposals in Venice. Reviewing some of their memorable proposal coordinations, I fell in love with the idea of a flash mob proposal; especially because my soon-to-be-fiancé loves Tik-Tok and watching flash mobs. So, I reached out to Brilliant Wedding with my request to help organize a flash mob proposal for me. From initial contact through performing our special event, the people at BW-Venice managed everything for me and provided amazing support and communication throughout the entire process. Without them, I could have never pulled off this level of surprise proposal, especially in a foreign country in an area that I have never visited. Getting married away from home, we had already in mind that we wanted a wedding planner by our side. Right after the decision to get married in Venice, we became convinced to engage a local one with the purpose to benefit from someone who knew every aspects of such as charming as challenging city and therefore who would arrange every detail with confidence and experience. The Brilliant Wedding Venice agency and Linda, in the person who represents it and who has followed us, is the expression of all this and much more. Among Linda's many features, the one that impressed us the most was her capability to listen. For almost a year she has listened to our needs and wishes. She has competently advised and diligently guided us in our choices by being faithful to the set budget, which was no small thing. By constantly feeling in good hands with her, we have been able to build step by step the day we have dreamed. And that day has finally come. Like an orchestra director, she has meticulously coordinated her entire team, as well as the florists, the suppliers, the taxi drivers, the photographer, the catering and venue staff, by taking care of a perfect timeline for the entire day of our wedding. Last but not least, Linda has been also encouraging while dealing with all the inconveniences that could arise (because that's what it takes when with the hottest summer ever, the weather decided to change and threatened the exact day of the wedding).
Under her careful supervision everything that has been planned over the year has been greatly accomplished, without either a mistake or hitch. This is why Linda has been the essential and unavoidable help for us.
Therefore, to all couples still in doubt about relying on a wedding planner, we can say from our experience that she is the best gift you can give yourself for that day and the months leading up to it. It is priceless to have someone who has the insight and experience of the facts and stands by your side.

We started working with Linda, of Brilliant Wedding Venice, in 2021 having had a recommendation from a local contact in Venice. Initially we asked her to help us navigate the challenges of a religious wedding in Venice, but Linda was incredibly proactive and would repeatedly go above and beyond to help us not only with the religious aspects but also with everything else needed for the wedding.
For example, Linda was able to help us find solutions and assist us with from flowers to transport to stationery, plus much more besides including many things we didn’t even know we needed to think about. We can’t thank her enough for making the lead-up to the wedding as straightforward as it could possibly be and helping us navigate successfully all the challenges of a destination wedding (we are both from the UK and not Italian speaking).
Linda obviously speaks excellent English and communicates clearly and frequently. She was very happy to have calls with us whenever we needed them, in addition to countless emails to make sure everything was perfectly arranged for the big day. We felt that everything was completely under control and there was mercifully no ‘last minute rush’ as it was all organised so carefully.
On the wedding day itself, Linda and her team made sure that we were able to enjoy the day fully and not worry about a single aspect of the organisation or staff or suppliers, or our guests’ comfort, she made sure that we could enjoy the day to the absolute fullest, and there was not a single mishap or problem all day! Totally Brilliant!
Brilliant Wedding is an understatement when describing our wedding in Venice, thanks to Linda and her exceptional team. It was not only brilliant, it was magnificent. The entire wonderful, perfect day happened as if by magic, with every detail attended to expertly by Linda and her incredible team to make our dreams – and some we hadn’t expected – come true.
Weddings are notoriously stressful and we anticipated many twists and turns but from our first enquiry to the day itself and beyond Brilliant Wedding made it a joy, even amid the covid pandemic rollercoaster. Having Linda and her team on board was like having a PA, best friend and fairy godmother all at once, organising everything with their extensive experience and contacts, impeccable taste, creativity and amazing professionalism. Whether you know exactly what you want, are overwhelmed by the options or haven’t a clue their vision, perception and dedication brings peace of mind as well as a stylish wedding.
Our dedicated planner was Myriam, who was incredibly attentive, responsive, friendly, warm and knowledgeable. As we’re in the UK, having someone to handle every detail, big and small, on our behalf, was invaluable. When covid hit this proved even more vital and Myriam steadied the ship through extremely troubled waters with empathy and compassion, reassuring and guiding us through what were anxious times for everyone. The constantly moving goalposts and even long periods of limbo meant a lot of extra work and flexibility, with repeated renegotiations, rearrangements and rebookings with suppliers, venues and professionals. However, despite a two-year delay because of covid Brilliant Wedding did not charge a penny extra, even though the pandemic must have cost them dear in so many ways. In fact, they negotiated with all the suppliers and professionals to ensure there were no extra costs and everyone involved was so generous with their time, experience and spirit to give us an affordable as well as unforgettable day.
The day itself was like a celebrity wedding without the price tag. Ours was a modest budget, yet Brilliant Wedding and the whole entourage of talented, world-class professionals they commissioned, from musicians to make-up artist, photographer to florist, performed miracles. Everything was exquisite, with surprises at every turn and countless extra touches and attentions, such that not only were our expectations far exceeded but so too were those of our guests – to see their amazement and joy was priceless. We were astounded by what we got for our money. We were also overwhelmed by the delight expressed by everyone involved; they clearly love their work and shared so enthusiastically in our happiness and in making our day so abundant with treasured memories.
We will cherish our experience with Brilliant Wedding. There is no way we could have done this without them and we wouldn’t have wanted to – in fact, we’re going to miss them!

Anna created the most magical wedding experience we could have imagined. She was very thoughtful in her planning, and ensured every aspect was covered. Venice is known as the most romantic city in the world, and Anna at Brilliant Wedding Venice made our wedding a true dream. She made this a completely stress free day for us both. The makeup artist and hair stylist was personable and did a fantastic job. The quality of the photography was top notch. Thank you so much for making our Wedding Weekend in Venice perfect! I got in contact with Laura one year ago and she has been there for us right from the start. We flew in to Venice (we live in Berlin Germany) for a few hours and Laura organised all the meetings with the venues and we found the perfect two locations. From there on we talked on a regular bases and she helped plan the wedding from A to Z. I did get bridezilla sometimes and Laura was perfectly calm and able to satisfy any of our wishes. We met Linda for our testing menu in Venice. Laura and Linda are a great team and we were happy that they knew what we wanted and needed and helped with the negotiations with the different vendors. Its always difficult to organise a destination wedding and not speaking the language - we wouldn't have been able to pull it off without Linda and Laura!!! Thanks again! Although we had some major complications with our venues at the end everything was perfect! Juli Sent on 10/14/2018Steve and I were married in Venice in September 2018 at San Clemente Kempinski Palace. We were planning from the USA and had only been to Venice once. After hours of research , we chose Brilliant Weddings Venice- it was the best decision we made. Linda was the most responsive of all the vendors we contacted, and speaks excellent English. Her efficiency and professionalism carried on through our entire experience. She guided us through every single detail- not only did she plan our wedding, she helped plan the entire weekend including family dinners, sightseeing, accommodations, etc. And every single one of her recommendations exceeded our expectations. The photographer (Laure Jacquemin) and stylist (Marika Ferrara) that Linda assigned to us were extremely friendly and VERY talented. She made the planning fun and the Wedding Day completely stress free. We will forever be grateful for helping us create the best day and trip of our lives.
