Really Easy and Fast
BriteCo made getting jewelry insurance really easy. All you gotta do is upload an appraisal and pic of your jewelry. After getting engaged, getting my engagement ring insured with BriteCo was one of the smartest decision I've ever made. In a stroke of bad luck, only 2 months after getting my ring I was at the gym and bent one of the prongs knocking it against a machine and the center stone fell out. I was mortified, but fortunately for me filing a claim on their website was super easy and they reached out to me the next day. I was really impressed by the fact I had one single point of contact throughout the whole process. All the communication was super smooth and they really took the time to understand the damage and guide me through the whole repair process. They even let me choose the jewelry store my ring originally came from and worked with them directly on the repair. In two weeks I had my ring back on my finger, and just in time for my engagement photoshoot! Thank god, It would have been fairly awkward to take engagement photos with a bare finger. Thank you BriteCo for insuring my engagement ring and keeping me looped in for everything! BriteCo's jewelry insurance process was so easy. Their insurer ratings, qualifications, and reviews were all fantastic. Plus, their quote was already pretty good compared to other companies I checked out. And on top of all that they gave me discounts for having a home safe and alarm system, which made their premium the cheapest and for the best coverage. The application process was straightforward and hassle-free, and the quote I received was more than reasonable. Super simple process
The application process for BriteCo was super simple! You'll need an appraisal or some type of documentation to get the insurance, but no worries if you don't have one. BriteCo actually does online appraisals over zoom and for a good price. The policy ended up being much cheaper than if I added my jewelry to my homeowners policy. Now if I ever do have to make a claim on my jewelry I don't have to worry about it raising my homeowners premium. Well worth the money!The application process for BriteCo was super simple! I was looking around google for a good jewelry insurance company to insure my engagement ring and found BriteCo. Decent prices and they cover up to 125% value of the jewelry, which just seems like a great deal. I'm hoping that I never have to file claim, but it does feel good to know my ring is safe and will be replaced or repaired if something happens. Also my policy ended up costing around $80 less than another jewelry insurance company, so very pleased to have stumbled on BriteCo. I found BriteCo in a forbes magazine review for jewelry insurance and they were at the top. They were considerably cheaper than my old jewelry insurance policy and with better coverage so I switched immediately. The online appraisals were very convenient and saved me a lot compared to a jeweler. Also I needed some help through the process, but customer service was superb. Amazing customer service!
We were very nervous about seeking out jewelry insurance just because in life, there are so many "reasons to get insurance". We always wonder if it's a scam, if it's worth it, and the worst part we never want to deal with "sales" people.
Briteco from the first interaction never felt this way. I felt comfortable with the fact that I was getting value out of my purchase and knew that if there was ever an issue I would be able to have it taken care of without a hassle! BriteCo did an amazing job at replacing my anniversary ring. I lost weight in the past few years which made my rings started a fit a little loose and I got scared that they might slip off one day. My husband and I figured it would be a good idea to get ring insurance, and we chose BriteCo since that's what our jeweler recommended. They had the cheapest premium which was nice, but this made me worried for if I had to file a claim in the future.
Turns out I had no reason to worry. On my anniversary dinner night my ring slipped off, unknowingly, during the festivities. After crying my eyes out for an hour or two I filed a claim and tried to salvage the anniversary. BriteCo's Director of customer success contacted my a few days later and brought me some much needed relief. She was super kind and helpful through the whole claims process, tracking progress, nudging people, and even helped me when I was talking to the network adjuster. It seemed like she was truly invested which I appreciated a lot. My ring was also not the easiest to replace, yet they exceed my expectations. My ring was custom made so the accuracy of the replacement really blew my mind. Great Claims Process
The BriteCo claims team, especially Christine, were wonderful to work with. Losing an engagement ring put my wife and I in a tough spot but BriteCo was always attentive and quick with updates and responses to our questions.
