  We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Julia and Brix Catering. When planning a wedding or any big event, the best advice we can offer is hire the pros and trust them to do the work and do it well. Never could something be more accurate than with Julia and the Brix Catering Team who were a dream come true from start to finish.
  
  Julia is hands down not only a dynamic and fantastic person, but a first-class pro. She is skilled at making you feel comfortable and in control when in her company. On the day of, the whole Brix team arrived in plenty of time and got everything set up without any issue, and delivered perfectly on all of our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception plans and menus. The team pivoted without skipping a beat when our guests threw them curve balls such as vegetarians ordering beef and additional guests claiming they were there for dinner.
  
  Thanks again for providing first-class service. Our family and friends are still raving about the food and the service!

  Julia and the Brix team were amazing. We cannot recommend them enough. From the second we first talked with Julia, we knew we found the perfect caterers. My husband and I were very relaxed throughout the process so Brix made sure we had everything covered. I was pretty sick on the day of the wedding and Julia handled everything. From calling the cake that was a little late to making sure Tim had a drink - it was the most amazing service. We truly were able to relax and let them handle it all. Everyone's dream on their wedding day. Everyone from Brix was professional, courteous, kind, and fun.

  The entire Brix team was nothing but amazing! We met shortly after our engagement while both working on a photoshoot - as soon as I tasted their food I knew I needed to share this with our wedding guests! From our first tasting to the day of our wedding everyone provided quality service and was very accommodating. They did everything from providing custom food options to working around food allergies. Julia also went above and beyond and met me for every rental appointment to make sure I didn't forget anything. Her background in wedding planning was so helpful and she didn't miss a beat.
  The repeated phrase at our wedding was "This doesn't taste like wedding food!". We could not have asked for anything more - Brix helped to make our wedding day unforgettable.

  We were on a tight budget but wanted our guest to have a great experience at our reception and Brix made that possible. We used their venue which was perfect setting for us, providing everything we needed. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. They are a great catering and event company for any budget and highly recommend them!

  Working with Julia, Zach and the entire Brix Catering team is a dream. Their professionalism, high quality food and exquisite presentation left an amazing impression on our guests and gave us peace of mind during wedding planning. We first worked with Brix for a client event in November 2017 and then knew we'd love to have Brix cater our wedding. The food was PHENOMENAL and just so many levels above traditional wedding catering and food. We had a great time collaborating on batch cocktails, menus (tastings :) ) and rentals. We highly recommend Brix for any of your catering needs, including wedding.

  Terrible Communication/Organization

  we had set up a time to call and have initial consultation on Wednesday. I did not receive a call, so I called them and emailed them, only to hear back that they had an "urgent" thing come up and asking to reschedule for the following day. Not a problem. Things can happen.
  
  We communicated via email and set up a new time the following day.
  Still no call. I called back, no one picked up. No follow up or apologies. They probably didn't even remember we rescheduled.
