  Great experience with Ginny and Brookside

  We set up a work incentive trip with Brookside and Ginny was great at exploring different options with my team. She found us a beautiful resort in Punta Cana that worked well for a big group. Other than arranging payment, Ginny took care of the rest and was very communicative during the entire process. It was much easier than trying to book online or with the resort directly. It seemed like we got a better rate and better room locations as Ginny sent an e-mail to the resort manager prior to our arrival. Will definitely use again!

  I worked with Jim Ehehalt, he was very professional and patient with me. My group wasn't sure where we wanted to go but Jim gave us idea with prices within our range and our vacation expectations. Based on the information provided by Jim, we stayed at Riu, Santa Fe in Cabo San Lucas. It was a great resort and it was everything that we were looking to do on our vacation. Any time we had questions Jim was available either by phone or email to answer questions in a timely manner. Great experience with Jim Ehehalt and Brookside Travel. I will be using Jim for my vacation in 2019 and will recommend him or Brookside Travel to all my friends/family who travel and looking for an agent. Worth every penny!!!

  My wife and I had a magical experience at Excellence Rivera Cancun for our wedding honeymoon. This was my first time visiting Mexico and it was simply a beautiful adventure from start to finish. The staff was super friendly and welcomed us with cold cloths and champagne! The food was absolutely delicious and daily/ nightly entertainment was a lot of fun! We also had an opportunity to visit Tulum and Coba for a fun-filled day of sightseeing, exploring, and local cuisine. The best moment happened on the final night -- we had a candlelight sunset dinner on the beach. I highly recommend this amazing resort experience -- we will definitely visit again for our wedding anniversary!

  I meet Ginny at a Bridal Show about a year prior to our wedding, about 5-6 months before our wedding she was in contact with me and asking what she could do to help us set up our honeymoon! She was great! I didn't really have much in mind other than knowing I wanted to go to a beautiful, tropical place. Ginny highly recommened Punta Cana. She also gave us other options, but Punta Cana stood out the most the my husband and I. She even had recommedations and picutres from other newly weds that have been to the resort- Excellence Punta Cana and we were sold! Ginny helped us every step of the way from booking what room would be best for us, the plane tickets, excursions to go to while we were there, and assisting in insurance for the trip. She was so helpful and extremely patient with us :) we cannot wait to use Ginny and Brookside Travel again on our next beautiful adventure!

  Ginny was our agent and she was the best!
  Not only was the honeymoon amazing but, the leading up to it and planing was seemless!
  Ginny is now our goto for planning any/all of our vacations!

Ginny assured me that isn't how she worked and she was right! She was patient and understanding to our budget and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our honeymoon was amazing and she made us feel just as important as someone who didn't have to stick to a budget. A month before the wedding we found out one of our flights had been cancelled and she helped come up with a solution that didn't involve us spending more or having to cut back on the honeymoon. We will be using her again when we decide to take another trip!! Thank you!!!

  Ginny was great to work with. She was very knowledgable on the options available. This was our hardest decision, my husband and i could not make up our minds! Ginny was very patient and pointed us in the right direction. We absolutley loved out honeymoon at sandals st lucia la toc. Can't wait to go to another sandals!
