    Mr. Cameron is very easy going making it a joy to work with him and Brother2Brother catering. Every request that I made was heard and met with such a high degree of professionalism that I did not worry about the details. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and left guests wanting seconds! I would not hesitate to hire this catering company again.

    I was impressed by Brother2Brother from a previous catering event, so I engaged brother2brother for personal chef service at my home. Chef James from Brother2Brother came to my house and took over my kitchen and cooked an exquisite multi-course meal for my 6-month marriage anniversary.

    I worked with Executive Chef James to prepare a meal for my wife and her family, and it was amazing! Probably one of the top 5 meals I've had. Chef Jame's coconut shrimp was adored, and his soft shell crab salad and beef bourguignon were both exquisite. I was able to work with Chef James to plan out each course of our meal, taking into account my wife's tastes, as well as her family's tastes. Chef James, the "singing chef" even performed the song from the first date with my wife, making the event extra special. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Chef James (1) showed up on time, (2) was extremely professional, (3) delivered an amazing meal complete with dessert and appetizers, and (4) provided a fun and engaging atmosphere.

    In summary, Chef James beef bourguignon was amazing, and his soft-shell crab salad was over-the-top, and brother2brother provided a romantic and elegant ambiance for the perfect wedding anniversary celebration.

    Food is AMAZING! Brother 2 Brother catering made the event special. Everyone was raving about how delicious everything was. The food was not only delicious but also had a beautiful presentation. I would HIGHLY recommend using Brother 2 Brother catering!!!

    Dear Jim, Anna and Randy,
    Lori and I are pleased to be able to write this letter of recommendation pertaining to your catering of my 70th birthday party on 29 December 2012. I can only say that everything was done to perfection. Your schedule was precise, services were provided according to the schedule planned earlier and the food, well, I'll have more to say about the food shortly.
    You recall the day of the party Mother Nature was most uncooperative in that it was raining cats and dogs. None of that affected the three of you in the slightest. I would have thought weather would have required changing some schedules as, you remember, originally the party had been planned for the back yard and had to be moved inside on a few minute's notice. Your services continued as if there were no possible impediments looming.
    Regarding the food, saying the BBQ and all that went with it was awesome would be the understatement of the month. The salad was a hit to the point that none remained. Some of the Redlands residents in attendance still rave about the food and catering service. Some of them (names used by permission) wished to go on record as recommending your services to anyone.

    Brother 2 Brother catered my networking group's holiday party. They did a great job. The food was top notch and James made sure that everyone was happy. I highly recommend them.

    The food was full of flavor, had good presentation and was delicious and creative. I won't go to anyone else for my catering needs.

    Catered meals to various clients' and their staff members in multiple cities were a smashing success. The personal attention to the menu chosen was reported as delicious and well worth the price. Presentation of order was lauded by my clients.

    Other events I have attended have been refreshing experiences with a lot of varied menus.

    Love the singing too!

    Menu options are plentiful, food delivered warm, on time and presentation very inviting. Above all "everything was delicious" reported the clients.

    We did a platinum package with Brother 2 Brother Catering, which consisted of a five-course meal that delivered in every way. We decided to do a special anniversary dinner, starring executive Chef Jim. His wife Cookie also accompanied him and together, the dynamic duo sang two songs that suspended the audience in time and space. It was a wonderfully intimate setting with my husband and my two sisters and their significant others. The superb meal consisted of appetizers coconut shrimp (crispy delicious with raspberry chipotle sauce) and custom made apple goat cheese bruschetta; soft shell crab Asian fusion salad, Beef Bourguignon (succulent tenderness that melted in your mouth); with chocolate cheesecake to top it all off! They are a friendly group that will cater to your every need, extremely friendly and professional from beginning to end, super organized and responsive in terms of planning; and best of all, brought the party to us! I would highly recommended B2B for your next intimate gathering or large social gathering.

    We've used Brother 2 Brother Catering for several of our winemaker dinner events around town, and the food is always raved about and rated exceptionally high by our attendees. Chef James Cameron puts amazing detail and quality into his food and really busts his butt in the kitchen both pre-event and the night of to ensure everything is perfect and that the customers/diners are receiving a much more elegant and gourmet dining experience that looks and tastes much more expensive than what they paid for it. Chef James' flexibility and creativity is remarkable in that more often than not, we did not have the wines we'd be pairing with each course for him to taste beforehand, but by going off just a few descriptions of what the wine should taste and smell like, he was able to create perfect pairing dishes with each wine. Oh, and did we mentioned that he SINGS and will entertain your audience with a few a capella songs, given his classical lyric opera training? Such a tremendous value-added...no additional budget needed for a musician or singer!

    We HIGHLY recommend Chef James Cameron and Brother 2 Brother Catering and will be using them again for our upcoming winemaker dinners. He bills himself as "the best kept secret in the Inland Empire" but I suspect he won't be a secret for much longer. Book him while you can.

    The quality of the food was superb. Everything was prepared to perfection. Very willing to work with dietary restrictions and special requests. I would definitely recommend Brother 2 Brother Catering for any event.

    My husband and I are vegetarians and there are some things my husband has always refused to even try. But Brother to Brother Catering accomplished the impossible and the tofu sausage was a big hit.

    James came with fresh ingredients to prepare his famous spicy sausage. He also prepared some fresh BBQ sauce that was soooo good! We like it spicy, so it was spicy! He also brought the most fabulous Cheesecake! One sliver was more than enough! Our guests loved it all. We host a Superbowl party yearly, and James never lets us down! We have also been to events he and his business have catered. They are equally delicious! Thank you B2B Catering!

    Chef James and his delightful wife Cookie provided delicious food made to order twice for us, once for a family birthday, another time for our neighborhood open house. They are trustworthy and dependable and graciously helped me feel at ease and ready for both of the events I hosted in my home.

    Brother2 Brother truly put on a blessed event. Their professional and kind presentation made all of us feel very accepted and loved. The food was pretty and presented well and their grooming standards made you feel the experience even more.

    Vendor did not provide the appreitzer & salad that he presented at the wedding tasting dinner. Vendor did not advise wedding couple they should hire waiters after we raised the amount people attending the wedding. Vendor promised he would not run out of any items he was serving. He served colored water to our quest instead of lemomade prior to the dinner ending. Vendor did not
    keep his promised, the food was not served on time, lines were too long many people left hungry!!

    Brother 2 Brother Catering's reply:

    Dennis, thank you for taking the time to review us. In response to your comments, we received the flatbread delivery for your appetizer the day before your wedding but there was mold, so I had to reorder the flatbread. It was not quite the same bread; it was thinner but the toppings were the same. Your bride on the last walk through of the venue mentioned that a relative was allergic to tomatoes so I made a change to pear instead of tomato in the salad.

    We never ran out of any food item. You actually took food home. We did supply our lemonade and watermelon water. It was your choice not to supply bottled drinking water against our recommendations.

    It was your choice to supply all the plastic dishes, flatware, cups and glasses and to set up the room yourselves. It was a buffet service; so to add 20 more guests means 2 additional tables. We do this all the time. The way the room was set up there was not enough space to set up additional food tables. In fact there was not adequate space for the three tables that were supplied to us. Even after two walkthroughs to ensure the space we needed was understood. Furthermore at the last minute we were asked if a fruit platter could be added to our drink station. This caused a huge bottleneck but my team performed well under these circumstances.

    We started food service as soon as the wedding ended with the appetizers. We then proceeded with salad and bread as requested and immediately started the entree' and sides dishes. So I am baffled about the comment of serving the meal “on time”. We received many compliments on our food and service from your guests that night. Several people asked for and received our business cards. The next morning your new bride called to thank me for the fine job that was done.
