Outstanding
Long story short, it's a miracle I found Vanja and Gabriel. They were so great to work with, felt like long time friends while maintaining perfect professionalism. I had a specific idea for my wedding too, and I don't think anyone could've don't it better than them. They really care about their clients! My husband and I highly recommend. -

Vanja & Gabriel Montaño not only made our beautiful day fun and bright but they were able to capture every moment in our wedding. We had so many great shots and every minute we spent with them increased the level of happiness and joy at our wedding. I cannot express the gratitude and love for you guys, thank you from the bottom of our heart. Danielle and I were discussing doing another shoot for a family photos. Best luck in the new year|! -

We waited way too long to book a photographer. Photography was the absolute most important to us and I was being very picky. We wanted a darker and moodier vibe to our photos because I am not a fan of the modern bright photos. I could not find a photographer that had the style we were looking for. Then at a wedding show, we found BumbleBees table and it felt like a miracle! Vanja and Gabriel have the exact style we were searching for and even better, they are our venues preferred photographer!
The actual wedding was a dream. Bumbler bee was so organized and truly helped calm me down from all the pre wedding jitters. Vanja and Gabriel went beyond over the top for our day. We even got a sneak peak of our pictures at the reception!
They were so fast with photo turn around and we ended up getting our full gallery in two weeks! These photos are more than I ever could have imagined and I will cherish them for the rest of our lives.
Out of all of the amazing vendors we had, bumblebee will forever be the best vendor -

Above and Beyond
Vanja and her husband were flexible throughout the changes on our wedding day. Vanja went above and beyond her photographer duties even giving me the back of her earring to fix my own earring (that came broken). She also assisted with my dress buckles. Her husband was also great with my groom and his crazy groomsmen we had a very large bridal party and they were able to manage getting the shots we wanted. I was impressed by their professionalism and of course love my pictures I can't wait to get them in canvas size for my house! High recommended these 2! Also get the videography you won't be disappointed! -

We can’t thank Vanja and Gabriel enough!! Thank you for capturing our special memories! They did our engagement session and I also did a boudoir with Vanja! My sister got married last year on a budget and I wanted her to have beautiful pictures to remember her day. I have used Bumble Bee photography in the past for engagement photos and will be using her for our new arrival in may and our wedding later this year. When you find someone who is so versatile and makes you feel like family you want to continue to use them for all special life experiences. I recommend! -

Beyond my expectations
Amazing duo husband and wife team!! They took my engagement pictures in the most beautiful location. Well the spot was crazy busy and we were a bit late they still helped us capture the love between my fiancé and I. The pictures are breathtaking. Everything was perfect to the last detail from where my hands were or his hands my hair. We’re and how to look somewhere. Highly recommend !! -

Amazing talented photographer
Bumble Bee Photography captured each moment perfectly in the midst of chaos within our wedding day. The photos came out more beautiful than I even imagined. Vanja and her husband Gabe were great photographers that were personable, hard working, kind, and passionate! So blessed to have had them capture our memories. -

Truly Amazing...
Where do I start. Best experience with Vanja and Gabe with Bumblebee photography. They shot our wedding on Nov. 7 2020 Vanja was all over the place capturing some of the best shots of getting ready, setting up, formal shots and all the crazy that goes into your wedding day. They made it super easy to download and retrieve our photos and even gave us a backup USB, very organized and categorized which made it super easy to navigate and find the photos we wanted. We were overwhelmed by the number of photos they took which was awesome being there was not a moment missed.
They were very professional. Their work speaks for itself, but I still have to add that our wedding photographs are better than we could have ever expected or dreamed of. The style of their photography is simply stunning and they manage to snap every tiny detail of the day – they do not miss a moment and the end result is truly amazing photography that captures every emotion of the day beautifully. I would only recommend Bumblebee Photography to anyone. They are truly amazing people and proud to have gained such great lifetime friends. Thank you for all... -

12/10 would recommend!!!!!!!!! From the getting ready to the sparkler exit Vanja was there catching every moment. She was there for me right before I walked down the aisle helping me breathe through an almost panic attack. She offered amazing suggestions and was open to my ideas as well. I've already worked with her 3 times and will continue coming back to her because every session is just so fun the entire time!Bumble Bee Photography's reply:

vanja and Gabe shot our wedding in April 2017, and we were thrilled with our experience. From the first meeting to today, we just love vanja for all our photography needs. For the engament shoot, she was so easy to work with, and helped my husband and I feel at ease, despite how awkward we are 🤣. For the wedding.... i CANNOT say enough. The woman we hired to do hair and makeup was running behind, and I was freaking out. Vanja offered to do hair and makeup if needed, and made sure I got taken care of. She was phenomenal with my daughter and some of those pictures are still my fave to this day. Gabe got anazing pics of my huband and his party, and really capture who each of them are. During reception they vanja was all over the place catching amazing candid moments that blew me away. We ended up with way more photos than we anticipated. I Rambled all over the place, Overall they were extremely professional and fun to work with. -

They make it very easy to be comfortable around them while they are working. Aside from their photos being beautiful, I can also say that our guests were all commenting on how awesome and professional they were at the wedding! Absolutely amazing job! She literally saved the day at a wedding that I was part of the bridal party in and came last minute when another photographer was a no show. She jumped right in and found a silver lining in the timing to capture photos with a beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this vendor! She was full of life and so much fun! -

Our experience after the wedding has been disappointing. We faced a lack of communication and significant delays in receiving our content creation (delayed 46 days), and wedding photos, which took over 12 weeks and me reaching out, instead of the agreed 6 to 8 weeks. Many important shots were missing, and our specific requests were not honored after being sold they would be no issue and are "standard practices". I was even told we were not asking for anything that is out of the ordinary. While we understand that capturing every moment precisely as requested may not always be feasible (even with paying for a second shooter), the significant deviations from the agreed-upon shot list, notable omissions of standard key moments (that they present in their galleries), and failure to meet deadlines raise serious concerns. For $7000 (including tip), we expected a more maintained timeline, & open communication regarding delays. As for the missing key moments, first look issues and ceremony moment issues, we can not recreate our wedding day; but we have videos (which are great)& learned valuable lessons we can hope to share with others, not just for this business for standard business in general.
We hope others can avoid this experience. Ensure thorough discussions and clear expectations before hiring, and be specific about angles and key moments you want captured. Be sure to carry your own shot list, and make notes of what photos have been taken. Maybe ask to see them before the day ends and please read the contract and ask for in writing what happens if the contract terms are not met, I would also suggest adding quality and editing expectations to the contract and your top 10 key moments. I do feel if your wedding is less than 20 to 30 people there will be no issues, same with senior photos, family shots and small intimate situations as our engagement session quality, delivery and communication was night and day from after our wedding.
I have included a few photos delivered to us. Feel free to contact us for the detailed email thread and photos received if you have any questions; as I am certain this review is going to have a reply from the business owner. Like in all business aspects humility & communication would go a long way in avoiding issues from arising and escalating.

As any couple planning a wedding knows, coordinating multiple vendors can be a challenge, but Bumble Bee took charge effortlessly, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Gina B. Sent on 10/07/2023vanja was highly recommended by sister in law. We paid 1700.00 for her to capture our special day. No call No Show on wedding day!!
We booked her months in advance. She was very quick to ensure payment. We provided date, address, time. It was a sunset wedding in a desert location. Vanja no called no showed on my wedding day. After we were finally able to get in contact with her she simply said she forgot and she was doing dishes at home. I highly advise against using her for your wedding day. She did refund money but unfortunately that is not the point. So unprofessional. The picture I used in my profile was taken by a guest with their phone. As you already know and we had discussed on multiple occasions 17 months ago when this matter occurred, I am deeply and truly sorry that this happened to you. I would never do this intentionally, it had never happened previously, and we have spent the last 17 months implementing numerous changes within our business to guarantee this never happens again. I’m also not the same person I was then and as a partner of Bumble Bee Photo + Film have gone through personal changes to become a better owner, photographer, and manager of the company that we built with our own hands 11 years ago. You had stated at the time that my work and business sense does not reflect my human error and I wholeheartedly appreciated the message you had left me a few days after what happened. Your reassurance was deeply impactful and set the tone for the positive implementations we have made. Although I’m not sure why this is being brought up again now, I do understand that feelings change and there’s no statute to how long someone may be upset about a situation. Your sister in law is an amazing photographer and I am so glad she was able to capture your wedding day for you.
