    Ordered personalized handkerchiefs with them. They arrived promptly and looked fantastic. I loved that they included some sample embroidered passages on their website for ideas!

    I ordered the handkerchiefs less than three weeks before the wedding and was worried they would arrive late. Instead, I got them just a few short days of ordering. They looked absolutely perfect - not a single stray thread. I would recommend bumble bee to anyone looking for nice keepsakes. Thanks Bumblebee - our moms will love these!

    We ordered embroidered pocket squares from Bumblebee Linens after reading great reviews, and they did not disappoint! The company even contacted me about our choice of font suggesting other fonts would look better for the letters in our order. They were right and the squares turned out amazing! They arrived right on time and were so well received.

    As a wedding gift, I wanted to buy handkerchiefs for all of my family as a thank you for everything they have done for me. Other sites charged a fortune and had hidden costs with packaging and embroidery. Bumblebee Linens were reasonably priced and had my items shipped within a day or two of ordering! One of the fonts I had chosen for a monogram was not going to turn out correctly, so the company personally emailed me to send me an example of what the font would look like as is and gave me suggestions of fonts that would look better. I am so thankful that they did not just process the order because the font I chose did not look right with the monogram. This company is excellent to work with!

    So glad I found Bumblebee linens just in the nick of time. They embroider beautifully on to high quality linens. We bough hankies for the mother of the bride and groom, as well as my fiance's Grandmother. We also bought lovely vintage looking hankies for our bridesmaids. I also got a wedding dress label for my "something blue." I love it! Super speedy service, great customer service if you have special requests. I'm so going to be order stuff from them in the future for any other special events/friends' weddings. Her things would make great gifts for a bride-to-be or bridesmaids too.
    Also, if you have checked out other etsy embroidery, quality varies! Bumblebee's quality is top notch!

    My wedding inspiration is Old Hollywood - Timeless glamor. With that I thought a handkerchief was a perfect small addition for my bridesmaid, my Great Aunt, His Grandmother, MOB, & MOG. Like so many, I have a tight budget and spending $20 - $50 on the ones I saw in craft stores seemed silly and they just were so - eh. Again I went hunting online & found this AMAZING vendor. Prices are GREAT VALUE. I ordered a variety pack for my bridesmaid, print ones for Great Aunt and Grandma, & splurged on initial ones for MOH, MOB, MOG. They are so lovely. Delicate. Very Vintage looking. 100% cotton and exactly what I wanted! Not too thin and perfect size. One of the Initial ones has some loose thread so gave them some points off for that as they should make sure custom orders are PERFECT before sending. That is the only disappointment, that the custom was not better handled. This vendor has all those vintage things, pillowcases, aprons, and various linen fabric and hard to find laces.

    Bait and switch shipping, package not sent as promised. Do not trust them with the most important day of your life!

    (My message to Bumblebee Linens. If having your items arrive on time and having someone to speak with in customer service on the weekend is important to you, DO NOT do business with this company!)

    On Thursday, May 9, 2019, I selected and paid for 2-3 USPS shipping for my order #93778. However, you shipped it using FedEx instead. As a result of your change of carrier/shipper, my package will not arrive this weekend as promised. Furthermore, it will not arrive until TUESDAY MAY 14TH!

    This is extremely upsetting not only because my package will not arrive when promised, but because you sold me USPS shipping and changed it to another service without my consent or even giving me the courtesy of notifying me. This is more than unacceptable. Contact me immediately to begin the conversation of how you are going to right this terrible wrong.

    Bumblebee Linens's reply:

    Though I understand where the customer's frustration is coming from, I feel like we upgraded her shipping at no additional charge. She ordered Thursday at 3:30pm and we shipped it promptly by FedEx 2day on Friday. We clearly state that we ship the next business day and it did arrive in the time frame estimated on our website. Unfortunately in this case, the customer wanted us to ship USPS Priority mail vs FedEx. USPS Priority does count Saturday as one of the businesses days so in theory the package would deliver on either Monday or Tuesday when shipped on Friday. The problem with USPS is that it's not guaranteed. FedEx does guarantee the delivery which is why we try to upgrade packages when we can. The package delivered on Tuesday. I do feel badly that we didn't meet her expectation because as a small business excellent customer service is very important to us. We did offer to refund the shipping and take a full return on her order, but she declined.
