First off, not only is Erin incredibly talented but she is a phenomenol person. I was always greeted with smiles and kindness. She was such a calm, loving presence throughout the planning process as well as the day of my wedding. Erin is a beautiful combination of having an incredible attention for detail yet is also able to envision the entire picture as well. She turned my idea for an invitation into reality. I am still getting compliments on them! Even now that our wedding is over! The details she created remained in my budget yet brought our wedding to another level. The decor appeared much more expensive and equisite after adding her creative touch to it. I would HIGHLY recommend her! Thank you Erin, for everything!

If you are looking for someone to make your wedding day better than you could have dreamed look no further than Erin Taylor. We hired Erin to design, plan, and do day-of coordination for our vineyard wedding in Sonoma. We had a 7 month engagement and Erin was there with us from day 1: selecting the venue, designing the invitations, inspiring us with color choices and themes, dreaming up beautiful flower arrangements, and meeting with vendors. Without Erin’s help we would not have been able to transform a working barrel room with high ceilings and florescent lights into a romantic and exquisite backdrop for our reception.

On the day of the wedding Erin made sure every detail came together to create a setting so spectacular we (and our guests) were just blown away: the roses on the aisle, the flower toss cones, the homemade signs made of old fence pieces directing people to the ceremony and reception, the programs, the escort cards, the table names, the guest and head table layout and design, the menus, making sure the 700 votive candles were lit before people arrived, the doughnut holes she personally stuffed into midnight snack baggies at 7 o’clock the morning of the wedding, I could keep going…it was all there, just as planned.

On top of keeping the vendors on track and on time, making sure the guest book table was set up, and ensuring the last touches on the reception were in place, Erin managed all 18 people in our wedding party (including two 5-year-olds!) and made sure they were where they needed to be when they needed to be. It was such a breath of relief to know that I didn’t have to boss people around, stress out and tell people when and where to walk when the music came on. Erin did it all!!

Erin made our wedding day so special and personal to the two of us. She really went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to enjoy ourselves and focus only on having fun and sharing memories with our family and friends and not stressing or feeling overwhelmed with all the things that needed to be done. We have received so many compliments from guests telling us it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended and my husband and I both know that we only received those compliments because of the work that Erin did.

Selecting Erin Taylor to be my wedding coordinator was the BEST decision I made in planning my wedding. Erin did both the design and coordination of my wedding, and was there to coordinate on the day of the wedding as well. Erin is extremely talented and has a unique artistic vision for creating a beautiful wedding ceramony and reception. I recieved so many compliments on how beautiful the wedding was, and everyone noticed all the details that Erin added to make the wedding lovely and personal to my husband and I. Amoung MANY things Erin did, she designed the flowers, which were gorgeous, personally designed and put together the ceramony programs and menus, and decorated the reception site! Without Erin's help in planning this wedding, I never could have pulled off this event. I had over 200 guests, and Erin did a flawless job in coordinating the wedding, kept the entire wedding day and vendors on time, and even put away all the gifts and items that belonged to my family and I in our cars so we did not have to worry about clean-up. With her help, my family and I were able to actually enjoy the wedding and did not have to worry about working it. Everyone was very impressed with her work and I will defintely use Erin again for future events.

When Erin said it's in the details that's what got me interested in asking her if she could help with my daughters high school graduation party. Not to mention her youthful creativity & energy.
We collaborated on the grad announcements & we received SOOO many compliments. It was not your standard grad announcement.
The arrangement of flowers & types of flowers were beautiful. The design of the name cards & the ribbon that embraced them for the drink & punch bowl were also a nice touch. And, when you came up our front stairs Erin had hung a beautiful designed sign displaying my daughters name & grad party. She kept with the same color scheme with the paper lanterns that she hung over the yard. Everything from the personalized signs draped across the fence, the wooden stir sticks with my daughters initials, the flowers, the paper lanterns were all of bright orange, pink & green. Favorite colors of my daughters.
You are right Erin! It's in the details. And you nailed it.

Working with Erin was great. She is full of wonderful ideas!! Erin did our save the dates, wedding invitations, and escort cards - all were wonderful! A friend of mine who is also in the wedding business commented on how our invitations were the best she'd ever seen - they were so personal, totally us, and very beautiful. Erin did a great job getting to know me and my fiancé and really made the day a reflection of us. In addition to the paper necessities, Erin helped act as liaison to my florist (which would not have gone as well as it did without Erin's expertise), designed our table numbers, printed beautiful signs for the reception, ensured the reception was set-up and decorated to perfection (she has quite the eye for detail! Amazing!) and had a million vendor referrals for us to look into. Erin is a wealth of knowledge, so very personal, incredibly talented and creative, and just a delight. I highly recommend her.

I found Erin on theknot.com chat room and she offered her services as my "day of" coordinator. When I first started working with her I was really excited about all of her ideas and help. I planned my wedding in San Francisco from Oklahoma, so I was really excited to find her and at a great price! I felt like she was always responsive to phone calls and e-mail. She did a great job getting in touch with all of the vendors, setting up a timeline, and asking me questions about details that I'd spent a lot of time on during my planning. I was very pleased with how our conversations went prior to the wedding; however, she did fail to mention that she would be bringing an assistant with her until a couple of weeks before the wedding.
She's a darling person to work with and I felt very comfortable handing things over to her. Overall I think Erin did a great job... She chased my dad around before the ceremony, hunted flip-flops out of my mom's hotel room when my feet started hurting, and took care of all of the reception flowers at the end of the night. The only reason I gave her three stars instead of five was due to an oversight before the ceremony. I spent about a month making my own programs in Microsoft Publisher, printing them, and then hand cutting them. The night before the wedding my MOH and I hole punched 100 programs and tied ribbons to them. I was hoping to have the bubbles blown after my husband and I were announced husband and wife. I noticed that the bubbles were not blown, but didn't realize that the programs weren't handed out until just recently. My mother e-mailed Erin and asked about the programs because she wanted to have one for a keepsake and Erin responded that she put them under the guest book table and told the ushers to pass them out and they just didn't do it... so, she's not sure where they are now. Mistakes happen... I know weddings are never perfect, but I thought the professional response would have been for her to admit that it was her responisbility to make sure they were handed out and to just apologize. We're still not sure where they are, I guess they're just lost forever :(
