Christina was our month-of coordinator for our wedding at Villa Woodbine and she was absolutely outstanding and always on it. Our day would not have been as amazing as it was without her, it rained a little bit in our day and she immediately helped us adapt the schedule to it and made sure us and our guests were still comfortable and having fun. Throughout the few months prior she helped us finalize all the details and assisted with any questions we had. If you want someone one dedicated to make your day run smoothly and as you envisioned don’t hesitate to go with Bustled! -

Christina is a literal wedding fairy Godmother. I had a countdown going not just for my wedding date but for the day Christina would begin to be involved in the process. Her professionalism and organizational skills are impeccable. She remembered tiny little details about things I mentioned and took so much off my plate when it was crunch time allowing the wedding planning process to go smoothly. She is calm, present and straightforward when making decisions. She always had an answer to all my questions & was quick to respond every time. Her abundant experience is obvious as she covers ALL the bases (even things I didn’t know you’d have to plan for when having a wedding). I had tons of pictures I wanted set up around the venue I’m very specific ways & it turned out truly perfect as a result of her amazing attention to detail. I cannot recommend her enough! She was really the key to make my wedding day visions come to life. -

Christina and her team are absolutely phenomenal. Going to law school full time, working, and planning a wedding during a pandemic are not easy tasks. When I started planning with just my mom's help, I was extremely overwhelmed. I couldn't wait to find the perfect wedding planner. From my first planning conversation with Christina to my last, she made my wedding planning journey a breeze. She found me every single vendor that I used for my big day. I didn't know anything about weddings before my own and Christina always answered my crazy questions without hesitation! Even when I would forget to include her in vendor meetings because my head was all over the place, she managed to keep herself up to date and informed on every aspect. I cannot stress this enough, my wedding day was absolutely flawless and it was all because of Christina and her amazing team - Maria and Leydi were the best assistants a bride can ask her on her big day! Maria made sure to help me with my dress the entire night and Leydi made sure my husband and I never got hungry or thirsty. This team was incredible. -

Christina is far more than just a Wedding Planner. I had the absolute pleasure of working with her for our destination wedding in Feb 2020, and trust me when I tell you that there is no one better to coordinate the biggest day of your life.
After our first phone call I knew that Christina was the right choice to handle my crazy, and help us execute the day exactly how we envisioned. She recommended local vendors that were incredibly talented and kept us organized with all the finite details leading up to the event. Christina made herself available via email, calls, or text with extremely quick follow up - a coveted quality I appreciate as an impatient New Yorker. :)
Christina far exceeded all of our expectations, and our day wouldn't have been a success without her. I felt absolutely no stress on our wedding day, knowing that Christina and her assistant angels were taking care of us every minute. And honestly, she's worth every penny. There is no pricetag on the feeling of relief and pure joy on your wedding day.
If you're looking for the best, Christina is it. -

Don't even think twice – Christina and her team are the right decision! I couldn't be happier with the way our wedding turned out. The Bustled team executed a flawless event; it was more beautiful, elegant and fun than I could have imagined!
From the beginning of our journey, Christina was responsive, took initiative to lessen my workload, and had great ideas. By the time we got to the wedding, I 100% trusted her decision making and knew that she would carry out my vision. I felt so at ease and supported during my wedding weekend, that was priceless. My husband and I got to fully enjoy our day and immerse ourselves in all the love and happiness that surrounded us, knowing that the details and hiccups along the way were taken care of.
Not only did I love Christina, but all my vendors enjoyed working with her, too. Everyone knew where they needed to be, what they needed to do, and when.
All in all, I am so grateful for Christina and her team! I got my dream wedding and it wouldn't have been possible without the entire Bustled team.

First, to any couples that are on the fence about getting a day of coordinator (and you have the budget for it)......DO IT! With that being said, hire Christina and her team!! Honestly, my husband and I did not have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day except enjoying ourselves and being present in the moment. We live in Atlanta but got married in Miami, and we both felt like we were in capable hands after our initial meeting with Christina, who was very thorough and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. I don’t think any detail was overlooked and she had great communication with us and our other vendors. When we were planning our wedding, we received a lot of advice from friends/family that things will go wrong on the day of, but I think the flow and coordination of our day was perfect thanks to Bustled by Christina. -

Listen up. Hiring Bustled by Christina was BY FAR the best wedding money we spent. From answering initial questions to flawless event execution, Christina and her team were critical to our wedding weekend’s success.
Christina helped us navigate what felt like an overwhelming amount of decisions. She is professional, honest and straight-forward. If we needed recommendations or help figuring out reasonable pricing, Christina provided extensive knowledge and insights.
Leading up to the big day, Christina made sure our wishes were communicated to the venue, vendors, and vice versa.
With family, Christina was great at handling “big” personalities. She made it clear that the bride and groom are her #1 priority. (All wishes given by anyone other than my fiancé or me were cross-checked accordingly :)
Bottomline - hire Christina. Venues promise a day-of coordinator, but they will often be stretched thin and focused on other things. We love our families, but they will be enjoying the wedding and not focused on keeping people on task.
Whether your budget is big or small, do yourself a favor and hire Bustled. Before it's too late! -

The calm to our storm, Christina was our coordinator extraordinaire. We were initially drawn to Christina's years of experience and attention to detail, but day of, she proved herself to be that and so much more. While people were throwing unscheduled dances and wine rituals at her, she moved our wedding along and handled everything (and everyone!) like a seasoned pro.
Beyond that, Christina is an absolute delight to work with. During planning, she answered all our questions promptly, professionally and patiently, and we never felt like a nuisance. She and her team of wonderful assistants, Maria and Carla, were truly one of the highlights of our day. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work, and for making our wedding as perfect as it could have possibly been! -

Annette Sent on 07/31/2018I hired Christina as the day of planner for our wedding almost immediately. Legit- we got engaged, and I hired her four days later without a wedding date, venue, NOTHING, lol! I had met her about a year before getting engaged when she coordinated my younger cousin’s wedding. When I saw how Christina handled my cousin’s panic attacks, last minute disasters (other vendor issues- not Christina’s fault), and super drunk college friends, I made a mental note that should the day come when I need a day of coordinator, IT WILL BE CHRISTINA NICOLE!
I cannot possibly emphasize enough how hiring Bustled by Christina Nicole saved our wedding and made it possible for us to enjoy our big day! In truth, our wedding got away from us because of your typical family obligation issues. We both come from big, Latino families, so that just means that the 50 person, relaxed wedding we dreamed of turned into a black tie event with a guest count of 203 and a church ceremony to boot!
First- Christina knows just what to do. Even when I had these weird ideas, she would help me focus the idea into a realistic and far more functional part of the wedding. She has amazing vendor connections who are priced well and get the job done.
Second- Christina and her team are so on point it’s ridiculous. About two months before the big day, I got a ton of weird anxiety that everybody would have a terrible time at our wedding. This means that I went into overdrive and changed a billion things. I created an entirely new floor plan with intricate displays all over. There was even big curtains to cover a wall because I thought the wall was ugly. Point is that I did all of this without telling Christina. Two weeks before the wedding, we met up, I told her about all of the new things. I can’t even imagine what I must have sounded like. She didn’t even flinch. She made a list on that famous clipboard of hers and literally, everything was PERFECT!

Romina Sent on 03/01/2018Christina was awesome! As soon as the 3-month countdown began she immediately reached out to our vendors to introduce herself & begin communication. We did a walk through of the venue with her, which was so helpful to have a pro go through the steps & timing of the big day at the actual venue. My mom & I organized my whole 200-person wedding ourselves so when we hired a day-of coordinator we weren't sure how they'd help so late in the game, but Christina made sure everything was checked off & brought up a ton of things that hadn't crossed our mind! We met with our band at the venue & coincidentally Christina had worked with them on other weddings, but she was very diligent with them about their set up & soundcheck time. I had an irrational fear that since I hired all the vendors myself & had no idea what I was doing, that they wouldn't show up at the right time or set up in the right place, but Christina was so on top of it that I felt a huge weight had been lifted from my year of planning. She helped us organize our seating chart with dietary restrictions & get it to the caterer, she answered all my badgering texts about how many shawls I should order for my guests, & she helped us go back & forth on how to get our guests fed & on the dance floor as quickly as possible.
Christina is very warm & sweet but you can immediately tell she doesn't play around - she's focusing on every detail of your wedding. On the big day she was there with her assistants (who were also awesome & so sweet) & made sure everything was exactly how I had pictured it! They were so attentive of my husband & I throughout the night, making sure we always had a drink in our hand & food accessible. She has an emergency kit with everything you can think of which came in handy when my bustle broke! Any time I needed her she was always in sight! I can't recommend her enough!! -
