Heather is absolutely wonderful!! She takes such great care of the flowers and making sure everything is perfect! Everything was beautiful!!! She was also extremely kind and was able to create a small floral arrangement the day before the wedding. She went above and beyond to make the day perfect and beautiful! -

10/10 Would recommend
We where directed to Heather by our amazing coordinator with Driftwood and boy did she not disappoint. We where absolutely thrilled with our tropical wedding florals! Everything from the bouquets, centerpieces, and arch florals where everything we could imagine and some. Heather was always responsive and communicated everything beautifully and was very reasonable with pricing. Our pieces are still beautiful 3 days post wedding and counting! We even opted to have my bouquet pressed and preserved we where so impressed by it. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone for anything floral.

Above and beyond amazing!
Heather is so talented and such a kind human being! We absolutely loved our custom florals for our spooky wedding. She knew just how to cultivate a classic yet gothic vibe. She even included deaths head moths in my bouquet! An incredible detail. Heather goes above and beyond and we are so grateful to know her. Thank you for making our wedding florals perfect! -

Heather at By the Bay Floral was amazing!!
Heather was absolutely amazing to work with and her work is beautiful! When I was requesting quotes, I was shocked at how expensive everything was coming back. By the Bay Floral came back with by far the most reasonable rate. During our initial consultation we met in person to walk through everything I wanted and to go over my vision. Throughout the entire process Heather was easy to communicate with and always responded back to any changes or questions I had super quickly. Everything came out perfectly and she absolutely nailed exactly what I was looking for! Everything from the bouquets, to the arch flowers, to our centerpieces, came out absolutely beautiful! I would look no where else than Heather at By the Bay Floral for your wedding or other floral needs! -

I’m so grateful I found Heather & By the Bay Florals!! She is so kind and went above and beyond, even meeting with me and my parents and answering all of my mom’s questions. Her prices are very reasonable— the best in the area by far, and the quality of the flowers was absolutely STUNNING! She created the most gorgeous floral arrangements for our ceremony (that had to be attached to cement pillars, kinda tricky and I’m sure other florists would charge an arm and leg for that but not Heather). She was so kind, friendly, and extremely easy to connect with through the entire process — she even reworked some of our arrangements at the last minute when we realized we wouldn’t need as many tables. She’s the best! BOOK HER, you won’t regret it!!!! -

After searching through more than 30 florists, I felt like I was not going to find the florist for me until I found By the Bay Florist. Heather's work is beautiful and affordable!! She is the sweetest and very professional not to mention her communication is 11/10. She was able to make every little detail of mine come to light. My wedding florals ended up being breathtaking. I was in awe of the arrangements!!! I highly recommend them!! Sincerely, one happy bride! -

Beautiful flowers and affordable!

Wow I can't say enough good things about Heather! I know very little about flowers and she spent over an hour on the phone with me talking through the options and coming up with centerpieces and bouquet options for me that really brought my vision to life. Somehow even though I can't name a single flower, they were exactly what I wanted and I got so many compliments. Heather also helped me to keep the costs lower when I voiced concern about pricing and she helped me brainstorm how to do that. I truly appreciate the professionalism and taking the time to talk through everything with me because I'm only doing this wedding thing once! -

I worked with Heather remotely as the mother of the bride. She was so helpful in sending various pictures of arrangements to meet our needs. Daughter had a beach wedding with 6 bridesmaids and 6 groomsmen. We also had an arch. On the day of the wedding, the flowers and all were delivered to our room. Heather is a FREAKING FLORAL GODDESS.
I booked BTBFloral after seeing some of Heathers work on a local wedding Instagram account - and I knew I wanted to work with her for my big day.
I reached out and sent her some sample photos of what My vision was, as well as some photos of floral arrangements I saw she had done and loved.
We worked to settle on the contract - to include my bridal bouquet, two floral arch sprays (one medium and one large), a hexagonal arch rental (I decided to use her for everything since it was easier), as well as 4 aisle decor pieces - all in TROPICAL FLORALS. This also included arch delivery, setup, and tear down, as well as taxes and bouquet delivery before the event.
Not only was Heather an amazing communicator and answered my zillion questions, she also put my mind at ease by reassuring me about the florals, and talked me through what exact flowers would be best in my budget. She calmed my bridal anxiety down (I mean it’s hard to pay $$ for something you can’t see until day-of) - but I assure you that you can trust Heather with your vision and know she will make your floral dreams come true!
She was also very affordable compared to some other florists I checked with - and I know Heather blew those other florists out of the water with both her kindness, patience, knowledge, and creativity. She knew her florals, pricing, and knew what needed to be done to make sure my vision came to life within my budget.
On the day of the wedding, I had brunch with my mother-in-law and closest girlfriends. Apparently, Heather had sent my day of coordinator a photo of my bouquet. I didn’t want to see it because I wanted to be surprised, but my day of coordinator showed everyone at brunch the photo and everyone was swooning and telling me how much I was going to love them! … little did I know they were RIGHT!
Heather showed up early to my hotel to deliver my bouquet - when I saw her at the door with the flowers I was so confused. When I realized it was her and that those were MYYYY wedding flowers I almost started crying because they were completely stunning. 🥹😭😍 I couldn’t believe it.
Before the ceremony, ahe worked with my DOC to setup not only the arch, but the arch and aisle florals and everything was BEAUTIFUL BEYOND IMAGINATION. 😍😍😍 I’m still so obsessed with how everything looked.
Heather TRULY brought my vision to life, and I will never be able to thank her enough for making my big day so absolutely magical, beautiful, and perfect.
I am still getting compliments on my wedding flowers weeks after my wedding. I love them so much that I spent an insane amount of money to send them off to be pressed into a beautiful frame so I can keep them forever 🤣
I will use Heather for all of my floral needs forever and ever and EVER and my husband and I will recommend her to all my friends and family. She does incredible work and is an amazing human. BOOK HER NOW!

Heather was absolutely amazing! From day one she was extremely communicative and helpful in helping me decide on table decor and florals for the day of. Heather went as far as meeting with my MOH since shes local to put together mock centerpieces, talk about going the extra mile! My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and it smelled divine as well. Heather absolutely HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK!
As a painter and avid gardener, people who know me associate me with vibrant colors and flowers. My wedding colors were rich, jewel-tones and I HAD to have spectacular flowers at my wedding (despite my middling budget)!
My wedding planner encouraged me to choose By The Bay because she trusted Heather to execute my particular vision, which she did--all while keeping the cost very reasonable.
To complete the look, I also rented vintage glassware--a different color at each table--from her.
When Heather dropped off the bouquets at the hotel, I was immediately IN LOVE. I couldn’t stop looking at it and smelling it! Other than, you know, getting married and bringing together loved ones, my flowers were my favorite part of my day!By The Bay Floral's reply:

Heather was on the preferred vendors list for my location & I could not have been any happier with the turnout!
She was GREAT at communicating — even thru email with a destination bride like myself. I have a mom who loves to send emails & Heather was always so quick to respond. She sent us multiple examples of her work & was able to combine certain aspects to make them PERFECT for me. She was quick, prompt & most importantly amazing at putting together beautiful arrangements.
I’m so glad I have photographs of them so that I can remember it forever.

Beautiful florals & easy to work with
When we had to cancel our original wedding and plan an entirely new wedding in 3 months, things were pretty stressful. Luckily our wedding planner helped us to find Heather. We were planning a destination wedding in St. Pete and Heather graciously agreed to meet with us via video conference. Through this meeting I was able to show her some ideas I had for our florals and Heather walked us through various flowers and arrangements that would fit with what we were looking for. Then just a couple weeks before the wedding, Heather was once again incredibly flexible and helpful when I wanted to add more arrangements to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Heather arrived to my hotel room with my bouquet and bridesmaids’ bouquets and I was stunned! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Our guests continuously raved about how beautiful all of the arrangements were and how the flowers were just absolutely amazing. Heather was an absolute dream to work with and her work is definitely stunning. We were so lucky to have been able to work with her and would definitely work with her again!By The Bay Floral's reply:

The absolute best
Heather is the most creative, professional, and down right talented florist out there!! She is not only an absolute pleasure to work with, but she is affordable and can give you the vision of your dreams without breaking the bank! So many guests complimented how beautiful the flowers were for the bridal party, the decor, and the cake for my wedding!
