    Beata Pevny did a lovely job at our wedding this past summer in Sonoma. We were so thrilled to have amazing photos and memories of our special day. I would highly recommend her to any other bride that wants incredible photos. She was easy to work, very flexible, and professional.

    My wife and I were less than a week away from our wedding. As we were keeping our nuptials very simple, we considered having our family take our photos. As we drew closer, we realized that even our most basic plans were becoming complex. So, at the last minute, we decided to hire a photographer. A friend of ours recommended Beata (BZM Photography). Our friend’s suggestion could not have been better.

    We met up with Beata the day before our wedding in order to discuss what exactly we wanted in our photos. My wife and I were immediately impressed with Beata’s warm personality and obvious professionalism. After describing the type of shots we wanted, we are all set for the following day.

    The day of the wedding, Beata made us feel totally at as ease as she alternated between taking posed photos and candid shots. The results were fantastic and were more than we hoped for. Thanks to her, the memories of our wedding will always be well preserved by her great work.

    We’ve been so impressed with Beata, my wife an I are already planning to work with her again in near future.

    A mutual friend recommended Beata to us. My better half and I met with her for consultation and we clicked instantly. On our wedding day at City Hall, my wife and I were a bit stressed due to a few hiccups, but Beata was able to put us at ease in front of her camera and reminded us to enjoy the moment.

    We received absolutely amazing photos! She captured our ceremony, wedding portraits, and small reception at our La Jolla home so beautifully! Beata has an incredible eye for details.

    Beata of BZM Studio is amazing! I was able to hire her for several occasions. So far so good! She is always professional, yet personable. When I contacted her regarding the possibility of being my wedding photographer, we met and she showed me other weddings she had worked on as well as her fashion book. What I loved in her work was the ability to capture intimate moments so well. Once we signed the contract, she met with my husband and I to discuss photo ideas. Not only did we discuss various photo concepts, she also helped us with the timeline for the wedding day! It was a perfect day. Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t wait to see our photos. Within two weeks of our wedding Beata delivered our photos. They were amazing. We received our beautiful wedding album much sooner than expected. We are super happy with the photos and the wedding album. She is now our family photographer for life!

    Beata was so amazing! She made my fiance and I feel so comfortable taking photos with her and there is not one picture we didn't like!! All our engagement photos were perfect and we cannot even pick a favorite!!

    Couldn't have dreamed of a better experience!! Beata of BZM was not only incredibly warm and friendly, but a true professional who executed everything we had hoped for and then some. From our initial point of contact we knew that she was the right person to shoot our wedding and I honestly couldn't be happier. Beata captured everything and had so many great idea for poses and shots. She showed us lots of pictures on the camera and they are amazing. We can't wait to see the final pics and are just so happy to have found such an amazing photographer to be with us on such an important day.

    We had a great experience working with BZM Studio. We had our engagement and wedding photos both taken by Beata. She put you at ease and her super friendly personality and creativity is phenomenal. We took fun and memorable shots. I can honestly tell you to book her without looking anywhere else.     We contracted with Beata of BZM Photography for our wedding in January of 2016. Words can not describe the pleasure of working with her. The cooperation, and responsiveness we received were outstanding! Beata is a wonderful person to work with. She is very much in tune with what is wanted and hoped for in a photographer. She listened to our wants and needs, made excellent suggestions, and provided us with a finished product we both loved! The quality of the photos she took was excellent, and we have received many wonderful comments. She has preserved a very special day for us in pictures. There's a lot to worry about in preparing for a wedding, and we didn't worry about the photography because Beata was there to handle all of that. We highly recommend her for your photography needs!!

    Beata was very fun to work with! She's all smiles and brings great positive energy to your special day. We planned ahead for lighting and shots I knew that I would want and I love my wedding day photos! She even played with the filters when she edited my pictures to get just the 'boho' feel that I wanted.

    Beata is a very talented photographer. She recently took our engagement photos at the beach and they turned out wonderful. She'll be taking our Wedding photos as well in July. I have a phobia of getting my picture taken (so does my fiancé, soon to be husband:), but she made us feel good and look GREAT too!! I highly recommend BZM Studio Photography to EVERYONE!

    Beata Pevny from BZM STUDIO Photography was our photographer on our big day and she was so professional, reliable and easy to work with, she will be our photographer for many events from now on. She is super talented, punctual, very responsive, very patient and kind and most importantly understands exactly what you need and also brings a new vision/perspective to her projects. She definitely delivered the most amazing shots we could have hoped for on our wedding day and we absolutely LOVE all of them!

    Beata (bzm studio owner and our photographer) was terrific! From the very first email we exchanged she was kind, easy going and very helpful! We had a relatively small intimate wedding in the backyard of my parents' house. Beata photographed all the details of the location making it look quite magical and included things that we didn't even think of! During the ceremony she captured great candid moments not only of my husband and I but also of our sons who were on the site.
    Beata is very professional, patient and personable. I am a little camera shy and my husband doesn't like his pictures taken but somehow we look like professional models haha. Now that's a TALENT!

    First off, I would like to say that I never write reviews for anything, ever, but I had to for Beata. I was completely and utterly shocked by how good of a job she did and how she went above and beyond for us. My fiance and I are overjoyed with our engagement pictures, and I feel SO lucky to have found her to take them. If you're thinking about contacting her, do it. Really.

    I first emailed Beata on May 10 about an engagement session and wedding photos. She emailed us back promptly even though she was in the middle of an emergency evacuation due to the fires and answered all of our questions professionally.

    We met Beata for coffee, and we knew pretty much immediately that we wanted to have her for the wedding and engagement session. She is so easygoing and generally just a joy to be around.

    I was very pleased with the preview of the pictures that she sent us, and we were so ecstatic with the pictures after we got them. She edited them quickly AND they looked perfect.

    Oh, and in one of her emails to us, she included a link to a "surprise." She SURPRISED US by SENDING US A VIDEO OF OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION. Who does that?! You could read through every review of every photographer in San Diego (which I pretty much did while doing wedding research) and not find that. It was amazing. I got to send it to everyone, and they were overjoyed too.

    I am so thankful and I feel so fortunate to have picked Beata. A surprise AND stunningly beautiful pictures. It doesn't get better than that. And personally, I think the photos are one of the most important parts of the wedding. You can't re-do them or fix them at the last minute, and they're the best way to remember the wedding. So, it was really important to me to pick someone that I could trust to do a great job, and Beata is PERFECT. She is amazingly talented and very personable and hardworking, so if you get the chance to work with her, take it.

    Beata was a wonderful part of my wedding. She was creative and detail oriented, even helping me draft a timeline for specific shots I wanted throughout the day. She was very flexible and found the best locations for photos before, during, and after the event. Beata has a natural eye, and captured poignant, beautiful moments throughout the ceremony as well as the reception. She also got along great with all the other guests and had fun! Beata's charming and professional attitude puts everyone at ease. She really takes incredible photos, too. Ours were up and edited in no time, and the entire collection was beautiful beyond our expectations. I know that for future life events (babies, etc), Beata will always be my first choice in photographers.

    Beata at BZM STUDIO Photography has done a marvelous job documenting our wedding and emotions.
    Its more than just photos it is a emotions story telling. She made photos in intimate way, non obtrusive, natural. She made my shy husband absolutely relaxed and unexpectedly playing the game. Who would have known. Beata also have done our family shots outdoors and we have been very happy of her work.
    We strongly recommend her to anyone!

    Beata really helped make my wedding experience wonderful! I got married in May 2012 and she was the photographer at the ceremony and at the reception party.
    My husband and I have researched and interacted with a number of different photography companies. Each company had pros and cons and offered various perks. When it came down to making the decision for which company to choose, the choice was easy. Beata was easy to converse with and availability was not an issue. Her company offers a number of services for different needs. And she walked us through every part of our wedding, helping us any way possible.
    She took a lot of candid shots and then after the ceremony a few posed ones with me and my husband. She has a great eye and she was so easy to work with. If you check out her website bzmstudio.com you will know what I mean. Her photos are absolutely amazing and almost non-comparable to other photographers. She doesn't take mundane shots; all the photos she had taken for us had life and were very vibrant.
    Finally, we worked together on a budget that fit what I was comfortable with and I could not be happier. I would recommend Beata to any bride!! Thanks Beata for capturing some incredible moments of our life!!!

    I hired Beata to photograph my wedding in October after seeing her work in fashion photography. She was amazing to work with - organized and prepared while creating a comfortable and fun atmosphere. My husband and I were ambitious in our decision to take pictures in multiple locations across San Francisco before our wedding, along with photos during the ceremony and at the reception. She helped us to structure our time so that we could make it to all the landmarks we wanted to capture with time to spare! The results were gorgeous photographs that my husband and I will cherish for the rest of our lives. If you hire Beata you will not be disappointed.

    We decided to go with Beata to photograph our wedding not only because of her style, but also because of her personality. Beata is a true professional, friendly, and nice to work with. I feel lucky to find her online among so many other photographers!

    We appreciate the fact that she has a Masters in Photography. My husband is a photography geek and was fascinated by her credentials and technical knowledge. We will definitely be using her photography services again.

    We love Beata!! She photographed our wedding which was held at Tilden Park, Berkeley, in 2008. She took pics of our family prior to wedding at the Rose Garden. The pictures were amazing. She did such a great job. She paid a lot of attention to the details of our wedding and made sure to capture it in the pictures. She was very professional and great to work with before, during and after the wedding. She really captured the spirit of our wedding. Everyone who sees our pics comments on how beautiful they are. Beata is a great photographer and you will not be disappointed if you hire her for your wedding.

    Beata, BZM Studio, is a great wedding photographer! She photographed both my engagement and my wedding in 2008 and was amazing! The engagement photos were done in San Francisco, where we lived, and our wedding was up at Lake Tahoe. Having her take both the engagement and wedding photos gave us the chance to get to know her and get an idea of her style. I really enjoyed getting this chance before our wedding.

    She was such a pleasure to work with, both my husband and I felt extremely at ease and confident that the pictures would be great. Our wedding photos are nothing short of stunning. Looking at the photographs is like getting to relive my wedding. Beata is an amazing photographer, and fit in just like one of the guests, which made everyone feel at ease. She was someone we could count on to get the shots that we wanted, the funny moments, the tears and everything in between. She really captured the feeling of the wedding and memories for us to look on years later.

    Just recently we celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary. It was a great opportunity to again enjoy our wedding album. Thanks to Beata, our memories of that beautiful day are still alive. Beata is a great photographer. She photographed our wedding and also organized a wonderful photo shoot session the following week (which was our wish).
