Wedding in April 2024
I’m still on cloud nine from our wedding we had 2 weeks ago at Villa le Fontanelle in Florence, Italy! Claudia was an absolute gem to work with. She found us the best vendors, listened to our ideas/concerns, and made sure everything ran smoothly, even when we had rain and hail on our wedding day. Claudia is not only the utmost professional; she is genuinely kind, warm, and compassionate. It’s not easy planning a destination wedding, and she handled everything so effortlessly, that my husband and I felt at ease through the entire process. We and our families were so impressed by her and the team of vendors we had the day of the wedding. I’m so grateful for everyone that had a hand in making our day absolutely perfect. It was an absolute joy! -

Claudia was instrumental in our wedding planning process, as well as on the day of! A quick glance into her portfolio and I knew she would be the one to help us make our dream wedding come into fruition. She was so thoughtful in her organization and timing and was always available to meet with us over Zoom as a international wedding couple from the US! She has many wonderful connections, especially in the Tuscany region, that truly made our wedding day spectacular. The day of the wedding, her joyous and calming presence put us at ease even when the weather tempted to divert our plans, she was there to strategize and soothe our worries. Claudia is a wonderful person who is amazing at her profession and we could not recommend C&G Wedding and Even Design enough!

As an international destination bride, having Claudia was absolutely essential in our wedding planning process. She is well connected, trusted, reliable, and responsive. On the day of the wedding, she ensured everything came together smoothly and beautifully. The wedding turned out beyond our expectations thanks to Claudia, and she always remained calm, organized, and efficient in handling everything properly. While wedding planning as the bride/groom can be stressful for anyone, her management gave us so much comfort and ease, and knew I had nothing to worry about on the day of. I was able to relax, be present, have so much fun, and completely enjoy the moment knowing she had everything under control. From the moment we found Claudia on Instgram we new she would be our wedding planner and we were in safe hands. Claudia has been nothing short of an angel after 3 postponed wedding dates we finally had our dream wedding in August 2023. Claudia was always on hand to answer our questions and offered us the very best suppliers. Everything was exceptional from start to finish thanks to Claudia. We would recommend Claudia to anyone looking into a wedding in Italy her friendly and organised approach took a huge weight off our shoulders when planning our wedding from London.

Claudia has simply been a dream to work with.
From the very first engagement we knew Claudia was going to make our wedding day, that big extra special!
She helped to organise simply the best day of our lives. Our wedding guests, family and friends, were blown away with wedding and the level of organisation that went into it.
Claudia was always available to talk and give advice, options and keep us on track. Theres was never an item too big or too small, that she wasn't on top of and didn't have handled.
She is super well connected with her list of vendors and was able to manage every part of the wedding within our budget. By the end of this adventure, we both saw Claudia as a friend as well as an A++ wedding planner.

Hiring Claudia was the best decision we made while planning our dream wedding. Her kindness, patience, and flexibility was unparalleled. It was clear too that every vendor we worked with had a high opinion of her- She is well-connected and a joy to be around! I have worked in luxury weddings for 10+ years and was nervous that our specific taste and desired would have to be tempered while planning a wedding overseas...but Claudia exceeded all our expectations, and made sure every vendor understood our vision. She felt like a true friend throughout the process (and is worth much more than her rates)!

Amazing!
We couldn’t have planned our dream Florence wedding without the wonderful guidance and knowledge of Claudia.
One browse on Claudia’s Instagram and you know she is a woman who knows every detail a wedding requires. Claudia exceeded our expectations. She executed everything we wanted and more.
Claudia was amazing from start to finish. Her friendly yet excellent communication made planning a wedding from Scotland enjoyable. Always on hand to answer every question via email or text. Providing us with the best suppliers and local knowledge.
The day of the wedding, Claudia did a wonderful job making sure everything was taken care of. All of our guests loved how friendly and helpful Claudia was in directing the order of the day.

Claudia is AMAZING- choosing to work with her was the single best decision we made for our wedding in Italy. Claudia was professional, communicative, and well organized throughout the many months leading up to our wedding. She helped us scout different venues, identify and select all key vendors, negotiate contracts, and execute on the exact vision we had for our wedding day. It was really a huge help to be able to leverage her extensive expertise in the planning, as there were a ton of decisions to be made and we weren't overly familiar with many of the topics. From the minute Claudia arrived on our wedding day, she got to work organizing all of the vendors and tasks, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. When a thunderstorm arrived unexpectedly, Claudia coordinated a backup plan which was equally beautiful and still achieved our vision. And what's more, Claudia even officiated our wedding in a combination of English and Italian! We had a perfect day, and it's really all due to Claudia's support. We would work again with her in a heartbeart- we can't recommend her enough.

Ho avuto l’onore - e la fortuna - di conoscere Claudia prima che intraprendesse questa carriera, ancora al liceo.
Seppur poi per anni non più in diretto contatto, ho seguito la sua impresa non appena ha fatto la sua apparizione sui social. Lì, a tempo perso, seguivo ciò che via via organizzava e ho avuto il modo di apprezzare sempre di più il suo gusto.
Quando il mio allora fidanzato ed io abbiamo deciso di sposarci, non ho avuto quindi alcuna esitazione nel chiedere a Claudia di aiutarci nell’organizzazione. Più che una richiesta, è stata una chiamata d’aiuto per una missione che a noi pareva impossibile: sposarci in due mesi e mezzo, circondati da un centinaio di amici in un casolare toscano, senza che noi potessimo muoverci molto da Milano.
Ci siamo quindi rivolti a lei nello spirito “fai quello che ritieni possibile, te ne saremo grati in ogni modo, noi non sappiamo cosa fare”. Con il suo modo di fare gentile ma deciso, Claudia ha preso in mano il caso e ha tenuto un ritmo miracoloso per cui quello che rischiava di essere un matrimonio un po’ zoppo è invece stato perfetto, come neanche noi avremmo mai saputo immaginare, ricco e ricercato nei dettagli, ma genuino e che ci rispecchiava in tutto.
Ci ha assistito durante l’intero percorso, gestendo completamente i fornitori (tra di loro, persone speciali), rispettando le nostre richieste di budget e consigliandoci nei momenti in cui eravamo persi.
Il lusso poi il giorno del nostro matrimonio di poterci godere la giornata e divertirci al massimo lo dobbiamo ad Andrea e Carlotta, sempre presenti ma mai pressanti.

Best Wedding Planner Ever - Italian love story in the midst of a pandemic!
Where do I start, in the midst of a pandemic, we had the most BEAUTIFUL wedding in the Florence.
Looking at world events today, I cannot believe that we were even able to have our wedding, not to mention flying out 90 guests from London, no-one catching COVID due to Claudia's diligence and safety precautions and us having the best day of our lives.
Claudia (CG Events) was nothing less than amazing, our wedding was originally scheduled June 4th 2020, but took place by nothing short of a miracle on September 20th 2020.
We began our wedding planning journey in July 2019 where we flew to Florence to meet with Claudia and look at different venues, she was very knowledgable and held great relationships with all vendors. Just when we thought we had found our dream location, Claudia encouraged us to see just one more - Castello Il Palagio and we fell in love. It was super classic, romantic and surrounded in vineyards.
We travelled back to Florence a second time in November, Claudia arranged a tight schedule which led to us picking caterers, lights, doing an engagement shoot with our amazing photographers Benni Carol.
Claudia was so supportive and took us through every detail at our pace so we understood. Claudia consistently had our best interests at heart and took time to genuinely get to know us.
Then the Pandemic hit - in this season, Claudia was truly and angel, without her this wedding would not have happened. I had high levels of anxiety, I lost hope and also lost a lot of weight, Claudia was constantly there to encourage and to reassure. Even when we decided to go ahead (July 2020) as it looked like things were improving, I still had my doubts but Claudia sprang back into action and had everything arranged perfectly.
She even helped us arrange two events either side of the wedding day including a Pizza Party and a Pool party with speakers and great food!
The day was perfect, we even had rain but that did not impact the schedule of events, Claudia had already thought of plan B and also planned so we could still maximise time outside. In the end the flow of the day was even better than we had imagine, ceremony in the garden, dinner in the marquee, cake and dancing in the courtyard. It was magical.
I would highly recommend Claudia, not only is she talented and incredible at what she does but she also cares and is someone we are genuinely indebted to. 2020 was the year I had my heart set on for my wedding and it happened. Claudia, thank you for everything you did for us. We love you so much

The best organization for your wedding
From the begining of the planing of our wedding Claudia was always very suportive to help us find the right location. Due to her excelent organisation and planing skills we were always up to date what we would have to decide next and were in the planing process we are. She always found ways to include our special needs (vegan wedding menu, etc.) and had always our intrests at heart. Regarding the process on the wedding day we would not have imagined to have e better wedding planer because it really felt that we could just enjoy the evening without thinking one time of something to organize, which was wonderful. Thanks againg for all your hard work, it was really our dream wedding! :) -
