  The Wedding Planner you didn't think you NEEDED!

  Cain Event planning was literally one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Rachelle & her team were exceptional. Through out the whole process, Rachelle was right there by our side. She made it happen from start to finish. She made sure our vision was brought to life. I loved that I was able to run things by her and she would get it done. I trusted Rachelle with everything. She set up meetings to go over logistics of the wedding, she spoke with our vendors to ensure everything was good to go for wedding day. WEDDING DAY -- everything was perfect!! She made sure the day was smooth & I didn't have to worry about anything. Truly the best & sooooo professional. I would refer her to all new brides... & more. Definitely book her for any event you are thinking about having. She's your girl. Thank you so much, Rachelle.

  Cain Event Planning helped us create and achieve the wedding weekend of our dreams!

  From the very beginning, Rachelle helped with the planning process- assisting with our venue and vendor selections, listening to and understanding our vision, making herself available to hop on a call with vendors to review contracts, providing guidance and advice to my countless questions, and ultimately overseeing the run of show. She took the stress out of planning our destination wedding weekend in Big Sur, and for three days she made sure that everything ran seamlessly. Her professionalism and expertise is unmatched, and she is a joy to work with. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with Cain Event Planning.

  The best decision I made. Rachelle made wedding planning simple and easy. She took me through the planning process, helped connect me with vendors that were the right fit for my style and budget, and stayed from start to finish to coordinate every detail! I highly recommend her services.

  Amazing person! Amazing Coordinator!

  Rachelle did a wonderful job coordinating my wedding in Lake Tahoe! I couldn't thank her enough for helping me make my dream wedding come true. She was always calm and really caring, which is what every bride should want out of their Wedding Coordinator on their big day and all the stressful days that might lead up to it. Rachelle's husband was with her that day to help and he was a blessing as well! I highly recommend Rachelle and wish I could use her all over again to re-live me and my husband's perfect wedding day. Thank you Rachelle!!!

  Rachelle is amazing! She helped make our wedding perfect and helped me with things I didn’t even realize I needed to do For the wedding. She kept everything on schedule and I didn’t have to stress at all on the wedding day because she was on top of everything. If your looking for someone who is responsive, organized, has good time manangement, and friendly then Rachelle is definitely the planner for you!

  Rachelle and Cain Event Planning did so much to make our day go just as we imagined it! She asked all the right questions up front, helped guide us through the planning process, and then executed perfectly. I told many folks that if something went wrong the day of our wedding, we didn't know it - Rachelle and her team were calm, collected, and made it all happen. Highly recommended!

  Rachelle was an absolute dream to work with! I used her for "day-of" coordination, however, she was a help for much more than the day of the wedding. Coming up to the weeks immediately prior to the wedding she ensured that all the vendors were set up and ready to go on the big day. Every meeting we had with her she was extremely professional and made planning a fun experience! She is very reasonably priced and I have already recommended her to a few of my newly engaged girlfriends! Thanks to Rachelle, our big day went exactly as planned and was entirely stress free!

  Rachelle handled every detail of our wedding with love and Care. She also went above and beyond with vendors to make our day as smooth as possible.
