    Excellent performers!

    Caiso performed at our cocktail hour immediately after the wedding ceremony. They played our favorite calypso music, highly professional and punctual. Highly recommend.

    The service was awesome. In fact, our wedding guests loved the music, their sweet sounds, and unique music quality. The price was fair. And, of course their customer service was above and beyond most companies that we've dealt with.

    I had a tropical themed wedding and reception and CAISO really pulled the whole event together. They did a wonderful job, and my guests loved them! Thank you so much.

    No SHOW - Unprofessional

    This vendor is incredible unprofessional! They would not produce proof on insurance, required by our venue, several days before the event. Despite our wedding planner conducting the insurance process for them, they became unresponsive, despite having already been fully paid. 24 hours prior to our sizable wedding, we had to secure and pay for a completely new vendor. Luckily, they were available.

    UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES, POOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There aren’t a shortage of steel band vendors in the area; AVOID THIS ONE!
