Caitlin was very organized, accommodating, professional and relatable. Although we gave her a very long shot list, she was able to accomplish everything on time which we couldn’t have done with out her. She was very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable in front of the lens. Her “sneak peak” of photos to us was timely and extensive. Her photos are absolutely stunning and we have had countless compliments from our friends and family. She was able to capture not only the more serious moments but also the fun candid ones as well. It was nice not needing to stress about capturing the nights events because we knew she got every moment. We will be working with her again in the future!! -

*This post is long overdue!* Caitlin was my photographer for my July 2022 wedding. She and I met at USC (Fight On!), and we were both part of a USC all women, service organization called the Helenes. I've followed her journey since then and when it became my time to get married, I knew I wanted Caitlin to be a part of it! Her style is so clean, airy, and timeless.
Caitlin was such a pleasure to work with. She's extremely organized; her website is so easy to use. Her demeanor was always friendly, approachable, calm, cool, and collected throughout the entire process, which helped enormously. Caitlin was able to handle more *difficult* family members on the wedding day with ease. She was also able to improvise when needed.
In terms of delivery, Caitlin exceeded our expectations. The best part about working with Caitlin *that you often don't get from other photographers* is that she sent a handful of edited previews within 24 hours. Who does that?! She then sent us more sneak peeks about a week later and delivered our whole edited gallery within 4-5 weeks. What!! Seriously, who does that? I have friends who are still anxiously waiting for their photos 3-4 months post-wedding from other photographers.
I've already told my husband that I want Caitlin to be our photographer for my maternity shoot and for our future family photos. :)
Thank you so much Caitlin for being a part of our special day. The pictures you took are so beautiful and we will cherish them forever. It was such a pleasure working with you and we can't wait to work with you again soon. -

My husband and I could not recommend Caitlin enough! Not only does she have incredible photography skills, she is the sweetest and most genuine person. Caitlin did our Engagement shoot, my Bridal Shower, and our wedding. Through every shoot, she had the most positive energy and creative ideas for photos. Her eye for detail is impressive and is shown through every photo she takes. Caitlin became more than just a wedding vendor to us, but a friend. Because of Caitlin, we have albums we will cherish for a lifetime.

Caitlin was absolutely amazing to work with! She took two awkward humans and helped us create beautiful engagement and wedding photos. Our wedding was on New years eve and had 2 different cultural ceremonies plus a reception so it was a very long day for her, but Caitlin was a champion through it all. She put up with all the aunties who felt the need to take phone pictures while she was taking professional ones. She was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole planning process. Her work is so beautiful as well. We have just received the sneak peaks from the wedding, and immediately teared up because it really took us back to all the happy emotions she was able to capture from the day. Caitlin did an exceptional job with our engagement photos, and we can’t wait for her to shoot our wedding! I found her webpage when looking for a photographer who had done shoots at the Griffith Observatory, and I am so grateful I did. She responded incredibly quickly and professionally, and right off the bat engaged sincerely with our story.
The day of our shoot, not going to lie, was probably a photographer’s nightmare. There was LA fog so thick that you couldn’t even see the Observatory from the parking lot. But Caitlin kept a super positive attitude and did everything she could to make it work. Her style of posing makes you feel really comfortable, even if you’re super tall and awkward like myself. She managed to capture over a hundred photos that felt so authentically “us”—not over-edited, not rigid, just happy and sweet!
She turned around the photos super quickly and was such a joy to work with. Before I hired her, I had so many concerns that I would end up hiring a photographer only to be disappointed and unable to get those moments back. Caitlin showed us that is definitely not the case. Stop looking for a wedding photographer—Caitlin is who you want! -

I’ve been following Caitlin on Instagram for the last year or so and love her work! My fiancé originally had a different photographer booked for our proposal, but he cancelled and fell through. My fiancé reached out to Caitlin with less than a weeks notice and she was able to fit it into her schedule! She knew I followed her and went “incognito” in sunglasses, a hat, and of course a mask so that I wouldn’t recognize her haha! She was so great and the pictures are STUNNING! She made Tom and I comfortable and we had lots of laughs which came through in the pictures. She even got great photos of Tom which can sometimes be a challenge as he gets awkward in front of the camera lol. I couldn’t recommend her enough! I will love these photos for years to come. -

The aloha spirit is epitomized in Caitlin and how she runs her business. Even through unforeseen setbacks during our big day, she showed kindness, patience, and expert adaptability. She was an amazing guide during our engagement shoot and wedding day, and we really appreciated her sweet and calm demeanor, which helped alleviate our nerves during both days. Most importantly, we felt appreciated and respected, as Caitlin took the time to get to know us and the vision we had for our wedding. We hired Caitlin to photograph our rehearsal dinner and wedding and could not have been happier. Caitlin is so sweet, great to work with, and her pictures were amazing. Pictures are so important to capture the memories of the big day and Caitlin absolutely nailed it. She also gave us the perfect amount of direction for us to feel comfortable and get a great variety of shots. Extremely happy with our photos!!!
We can't express enough how much we enjoyed working with Caitlin! We came across her Instagram (@caitlinalohilani) and immediately knew her style was exactly what we were looking for. She responded to our inquiry quickly and her demeanor is what stood out the most to us. From her first email to when she sent us the final product, she was extremely friendly and professional.
We went into our engagement photoshoot a little nervous as we are not used to being photographed, but every step of the way, Caitlin made us feel very comfortable. She was very clear in her vision and ensured that we got the right shot, at the right angle, in the right corner of our chosen location throughout our session. She went beyond our expectations, and even sent us our edited photos much sooner than we anticipated.
Our friends and family loved our photos so much, we got so many comments on how beautiful they were! Thank you again Caitlin!!! -

Wow, wow, wow! First of all, I want to say how kind, professional, and amazing Caitlin is. You can tell by her website how much she loves bright and airy photography and how good she is at it. She makes you feel comfortable through each shot and I was so surprised how natural she made us look in some of our photos considering how awkward I can be behind a camera.
I thought that Covid- 19 ruined our wedding plans and there was no chance that I would get the wedding that I hoped and dreamed for. Caitlin, throughout this whole process, was so kind and considerate. She was quick to inform us what our options were and assured us along the way.
Flash forward to our big day. She made my now husband and I feel so special. After looking at the photos again and again, we are so amazed by her talent. While we were living in our moment and enjoying our day, she was documenting every moment. The photos can speak for themselves! If you want an amazing and talented photographer that will make your memories just as beautiful as the day they happened, choose Caitlin because we would over and over again. -

So happy with our photos!!!

Beautiful, natural looking photos
Caitlin is one of the coolest photographers I've ever worked with. Her laid back personality and big, bright smile put you at ease immediately. My fiancé and I can be little awkward when in-front of the camera and Caitlin made us feel so comfortable so quickly during our engagement shoot by just letting us be our natural selves and capturing our candid moments. Love her, highly recommend for beautiful, natural, and fun looking photos. -

My fiancé and I had our engagement session with Caitlin a few weeks ago and we are absolutely in love with our photos! Communication was great from the moment we booked her and her warm personality made it feel like we were hanging out with an old friend. In preparation for our shoot, Caitlin provided us with wardrobe tips, location suggestions, as well as important but easy to overlook reminders, which proved to be very helpful. In addition to being a super talented photographer, a huge plus is that Caitlin is also a healthcare professional like me with great attention to detail. She captured our personalities really well and I couldn't stop staring at our photos the night we received them. We’re looking forward to working with her again at our wedding. Caitlin was everything we could have asked for in our wedding photographer and WAY MORE!

Not only is her work fantastic (swoon!) she’s a great gal and you’d be lucky to snag her for your next photography need.
