Caitlin is a go getter, superbly organized, offered wonderful insight, and her attention to detail was beyond anything I have seen before! She listened to what my daughter wanted and then made it a reality! When wedding week arrived she and her team worked tirelessly to make the venue GORGEOUS!! She kept everyone on schedule and was very professional! I'm truly going to miss our conversations!! Although we felt as we were her only clients, she was actually handling back to back to back weddings every weekend!! Caitlin truly loves what she does, and it shows!! She's a ROCKSTAR in my book!! -

Caitlin was worth every penny! I hired her for day of coordinating. She checked in often to go over the planning process. Made sure that she had every little detail tracked to ensure that it matched my vision and she knocked it out of the park! There was an issue with the florist and she was on top of getting me the right flowers without skipping a beat. Her and her team made my whole day so much easier to enjoy! If you’re looking for someone to handle the entire process or just day of coordination, don’t hesitate to hire Caitlin! -

Caitlin was the best to work with! She was so hands on and responsive throughout the entire planning process (about a year in the making with her help every step of the way) and even afterward, ensuring we got all of our pictures and videos! She handled all of our vendors and made excellent recommendations, going so far as to order swatches herself and make long drives to visit the venue with us for tastings and walk throughs. The whole process and wedding went so smoothly with her running the show, even at a venue that was brand new to her and the company! 10/10 would recommend
