  Highly recommend working with Caitlin

  Working with Caitlin was an absolute joy! She's a true professional, and I can't recommend her enough. My husband and I were initially nervous about engagement photos and had a tight schedule, but Caitlin made everything from the engagement session to our wedding day effortless and enjoyable. Her organization, friendly demeanor, and ability to make us feel at ease resulted in stunning photos that truly reflect our personalities. Now that we have the final gallery, I'm struggling to pick my favorites—they're all amazing! Her impeccable style shines through!

  Working with Caitlin was an absolute joy! She's a true professional, and I can't recommend her enough.   Caitlin O Reilly Photography is Napas Finest

  We hired Caitlin to photograph our elopement to Napa Valley, and we are so pleased that we chose her to capture our intimate event. She was just wonderful. She made us feel comfortable and calm during our magical event. She asked questions about us during our session to relax us and I just loved that. She was prompt and professional and friendly. She was just what we needed. I would highly recommend Caitlin if you were planning your wedding in Napa Valley.

  Caitlin was a phenomenal wedding photographer. Her style is exactly what we were looking for - light and airy, and capturing those small candid moments. We booked her to shoot our wedding day as well as our rehearsal dinner the night before. One of Caitlin’s greatest strengths is how she was immediately able to make us feel comfortable. Everyone who worked with her loved her! My mom has a hard time standing and walking for long periods of time, and Caitlin was extremely accommodating of this, letting my mom sit until the very beginning or end of portraits to minimize the time spent on her feet. Her second shooter was her husband, Alex, who was also excellent and fun to work with. I’m so happy with our wedding photos; I find myself going back to look at them nearly every day and I know that we’ll cherish them for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend Caitlin!

  Best decision we made for our wedding!

  Caitlin is absolutely amazing at what she does! She was so attentive to us throughout the entire planning process and really got to know us as a couple which made us feel so comfortable with her. Our wedding day had a few hiccups due to rainy weather but Caitlin was so positive and flexible and amazing at coming up with alternative locations on the property to shoot our photos. She has a very calming yet fun presence and helped every person feel comfortable in front of the camera. We made the best decision in working with her and could not say enough about how wonderful of an experience it was. Our photos are truly so special to us and she captured us, our families and friends so perfectly. Everyone we have showed our photos to is just as in love as we are with them!

  Could not have asked for more!

  Caitlin was our only vendor that we hired for our wedding without a recommendation from friends and family, and she was the best decision we made throughout our wedding process. From the moment we met over Zoom, we felt instantly connected to Caitlin and knew that she would capture our event and love perfectly. We had so much during our engagement shoot and the wedding was even better. Caitlin calmed all my anxiety, made photographs genuinely fun, and was respectful of our timeline and all requests (and there were some crazy ones). We could not be more thrilled with our photos-- she captured beautiful portraits and amazing candids. My husband and I were in tears of joy looking at our gallery; we would one thousand percent recommend Caitlin to anyone!

  Caitlin and Alex were amazing to work with and we are so grateful they captured our special day! Caitlin came recommended by our venue and her photography is stunning. They are both so much fun to work with and we highly recommend!!
  
  
  The Process: We had an initial call to get to know each other and she walked me through her packages. From the call, we could already tell she would be so pleasant to work with. Leading up to the wedding day, Caitlin sent us a detailed questionnaire, she checked in on us and hopped on a call with us and our planner to walk through the timeline and details. She was always great at communication and got back to us quickly.
  
  
  The Products: Caitlin offers several packages and after looking at Caitlin’s work, we decided to go with the total collection that includes the 12x12 album and matching parent albums. Even her packages are very thoughtful! The package included a guestbook album and engagement session that we didn’t need and she was also very flexible in switching those elements out for other services. One week after the wedding, Caitlin sent over teasers! She was so fast and the photographs are amazing. We can’t wait to get the rest of our photos and our albums.
  
  
  The People:

  We would hire Caitlin a fourth time!

  Caitlin and her husband Alex are absolutely amazing! She is very easy to get along with, communicative, knowledgeable, flexible, and professional. We had our engagement shoot with Caitlin and Alex in February 2020. They made us instantly comfortable and we had a blast. Caitlin was extremely flexible and supportive during all the COVID craziness. We had no hesitation hiring them for our 2020 elopement and it was like seeing old friends. Caitlin and Alex do a great job of creating a calm yet fun environment, allowing two slightly camera shy people to feel relaxed. We hired them a third time for our rescheduled wedding celebration October 2021. Not only are they sweet, kind, and professional, but they think of everything! Caitlin brought a beautiful hanger for my dress, a ring box that matched my color palette, and Alex even helped the guys with their boutonnieres and wrangled them when they got a bit too silly in photos :) They are able to manage the timeline and several people efficiently as well as in a kind way. Our bridal party repeatedly told us how much they enjoyed photographing with them. I can't say enough good things about them! While we haven't received our wedding photos yet, our teasers are stunning and we can't wait to see the rest. My husband and I highly recommend Caitlin O'Reilly Photography!

  The most real and kind photographers

  We loved Caitlin as soon as we spoke with her and already felt like she was a friend by the time we first met her in person. Our engagement photo session was postponed a few times due to the pandemic but she was monitoring area closures and once we finally got to do our photo shoot we had such a wonderful time. She is down to Earth and has a sense of humor so she is able to capture amazing life photos! She does amazing black and white photography but her color photos are so warm and have a lovely glowing hue. You can't help but smile when you see them. She is very professional and will work with you prior to your wedding day to be sure she will capture what is important to you and will devise a schedule so you know everything will be taken care of. The bonus is that her husband is her partner and they work so well together to capture various moments so that they're "two places at once." Neither of them felt invasive during our wedding. They are such fun people that it truly felt like they were guests who just happened to love taking photos! Caitlin will help you with every step of the way and will continue to help you once your wedding day is over and she definitely goes above and beyond!

  Caitlin and her husband, Alex, were THE DREAM TEAM. From the start of our wedding planning, she was professional, kind, friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to meet me at our venue and spent the afternoon with us, hunting out the best first look spots (ABOVE AND BEYOND). Leading up to the wedding, she took her time and learned about our family and the different groups for the posed sessions ( I didn't even know photographers would do that!). On the day of, she was able to quickly get everyone through, while still maintaining a smile and sense of humor with us - exactly what everyone needed :). During our first look, she even gave me the coat off her back for moments of warmth as we were all blasted with ocean wind!
  
  And on top of all of that - her photos are OUTSTANDING. She captured the essence of our day - something that we will treasure forever.

  Dream Wedding Photographer

  Caitlin and her husband, Alex, are phenomenal photographers. Our wedding photos were everything we wished for and more. Caitlin was one of the first vendors we booked when we decided to have an intimate destination wedding in Napa. We knew we wanted beautiful candid shots that took advantage of the beautiful afternoon light in Napa. Caitlin provided just that and was a dream to work with!   Wonderful Experience & Photos!

  We had a wonderful time working with Caitlin and her husband Alex and could not recommend them more highly. Caitlin was recommended to us by a coworker and after our first phone call we immediately knew that we wanted to work with her for our wedding.
  For our engagement photos we spent a lovely Sunday evening walking around two of our favorite San Francisco spots with Caitlin. My wife and I didn’t have any experience posing for formal photos (and were a little nervous!) but Caitlin helped us relax and be ourselves and we had a really great time all getting to know each other.
  On the day of the wedding both my wife and I were stressing about various last minute details, but the moment Caitlin and Alex arrived they helped us relax and simply enjoy the day. Alex helped my groomsmen and I get ready in a tiny room, had to fold or adjust all of our bowties, and still managed to take photos that made the whole process look organized and elegant.
  Our venue had a lot of beautiful spots that we wanted to take photos at (often too far to walk) and we have a large family that we wanted to include and get photos with. Caitlin managed all the logistics perfectly, guided everyone through the process, and still kept us on schedule to make sure that we catch the best parts of the fall afternoon light.
  Another favorite bit of mine was that several times during the day Caitlin told us to spend some time by ourselves to just appreciate the special day together (and took some lovely photos of us during that).
  Our photos turned out beautifully and we are so happy that we got to work with Caitlin and Alex on our special day.
