    She was on time, the cake was a fan favorite and me myself loved it, and the cost of her cake was a responsible cost, i am very pleased

    My experience with that vendor was very good she gave me all the things that i asked for it was also high quality.

    I loved the cakes, the flavor,the fluffy cakes moist, and also thanks to the ladies, they wer e very helpful to me and my wife thnx ladies

    Cakes by Anastasia is an excellent choice. My cake was beautiful also my husbands groom cake. The cakes tasted as good as they looked!

    I got married on may 28th and I must say they did just what they told me...I loved my cake and it tasted so good. I definitly be buying more cakes for birthdays and other events....they sre the best...

    I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF CAKES BY ANASTASIA DOING MY WEDDING THIS PAST APRIL. AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS NOT AT ALL. MY WEDDING WAS WONDERFUL,MY CAKE WAS WONDERFUL, AND WHEN I MEET WITH THE STAFF AT CAKES BY ANASTASIA THEY WERE SO SWEET AND HELPFUL BECAUSE I WAS SO AFRAID OF WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN THE DAY OF MY WEDDING AND THEY ASURED ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND JUST AS THEY ASURED ME, EVERYTHING GREAT.     After talking to several people, I wanted to update my review of Cakes by Anastasia. I only had one piece of my wedding cake and this was the piece my husband and I ate for picture purposes. My piece didn't taste anything like my samples, HOWEVER, everyone else has been ranting and raving about the presentation and the quality of the cake. Everyone said the cake was beautiful and it melted in their mouths.

    To the staff of Cakes by Anastasia, I apologize for the previous review, but that was my opinion at the time.

    I would definately recommend anyone to use Cakes by Anastasia. Once I spoke to Denise, she was very empathic and made me truly feel she would do anything to make me happy as her customer. That was very important.

    I wanted a very unique wedding cake. She listened to what I wanted and we worked it out. I got my unique cake that tasted wonderful, looked amazing, and was a fraction of the cost!!!!

    The price of this cake and the ease of the transaction were great! My only downfall would be that the cake was unsteady after set up on the day of the wedding. My husband and I had to be very careful not to knock it over when cutting the first piece. The cake was very tasty though!

We're so sorry that your cake was not sturdy enough, you it all depends on what cake you purchase, because some designs and styles of a wedding cakes can be easily knocked over thats why try to inform our brides to be very careful that no one bumps the table and also that kids dont run and play around the cake area.     The cake looked great but it did taste a little dry, like it was made two or three days before. It was only the grooms cake but still.

    Our wedding cake was delicious, however, the presentation was a little less than my expectations. The ribbon and flowers were not secure enough. The price was very reasonable.

    IF it were possible I would give this place 0 stars! They are horrible! I got married May 1st 2010. I called very bakery within a 20 mile radius of me and checked everyones prices. They had the best prices and had somewhat good reviews. I couldnt afford much either. So my husband and I went in to taste a few samples and to talk about designs. We waited over an hour for her to finish with another couple which was quite frustrating. After a long talk about prices and what I wanted everything was drawn out and ready to go for our cake. She even said she was giving me a "deal" I paid $400 for a 3 tier cake that came out the EXACT opposite of what I wanted. I even went up to the bakery 2 different times after ordering. Once to bring in my ribbon, 2nd time was a few days before to bring in my fresh flowers and my topper to go on the cake. And BOTH times I went over what I wanted. The 2nd time a teenage boy went over it with me because the manager was "too busy" which was also absurd to me. So the day of my wedding the were supposed to be a the venue at 5pm when my wedding consultant opened to start getting things together (mind you my wedding was at 6:30) and they were 1 and a half hours EARLY! which you might not think is bad but I dont want my cake sitting around for 3 hrs when I had already scheduled the time with them to drop it off. The worst part was 15mins before I walked down the aisle I went into the venue to look at my cake. WOW was it bad. I requested SEVERAL times for 4 flowers to go on the bottoms tier, 3 on the middle and one on the top in front of the cake topper. No they didnt do that they shoved 5 in the bottom tier and 4 in the middle and none on tope. 2nd thing was I requested specific scrolls, very easy ones and I had multiple pictures to show how I wanted them, they did the right scrolls on the bottom two and the top tier had scribbles like a child did it. It looked horrible! when I called a few days later to complain and brought in pictures of how bad it looked they had the nerve to tell me the top tier had a different scroll on it. Well 1. "I dont care if it was a different scroll that is not what I paid you to do!" and 2. "It looks like a child did it! It looks horrid!" And they had no excuse for what they did with my flowers all they could say was sorry. They didnt want to give me back ANY of my money all they said was they could give me a free cake. I told them NO why would Ii want to do business with you all again when you RUNIED my wedding cake. And it didnt taste that great either! I can bake a better cake than that! But thats ok I have spread the word about how horrible they are and hopefully it will guide people away from this horrible business!!!!

    I decided to go with this place because they offer a FREE 1 year anniversary cake. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CALLED CAKES WITH A HASSEL! My wedding was 4/25/09. A few days before my pick up date, I was informed about a balance. The balance had already been paid to a still current horrible employee who stole the money and did not turn it in. The ribbon around the cake was ruined! (Thanks! CARRIE MADE TO CAKE for fixing this HOT MESS Cakes with a Hassel made!!!) Last week I called the Southwest Office to order my FREE 1 year anniversary cake. I spoke to the current thief employee that I wanted to pick my order up FRIDAY 4/23/09, she said ok. I asked her again if Friday was too soon and she said Friday is fine. Now I remind you this is my 1 year anniversary so I wasn’t going to be sitting at home all weekend! I go to pick up my order on Friday and the current thief employee is in there talking to some lady. I tell her I’m here to pick up my anniversary cake. She replies, “That order is for PICK UP TOMORROW (SATURDAY). I told them you were coming in today (Friday) but she said she only has anniversary cakes for pick up on Saturday.” The presence of the older lady she was talking to reminded me to RESPECT MY ELDERS! I calmly ask for a card to call the bakery. When I called the bakery, the manager (I believe) told me something… (THERE WAS NOT A REASON GIVEN WHY MY ORDER WAS NOT READY – I CAN’T EVEN REMEMBER WHAT SHE SAID BECAUSE IT WAS GIBBER JABBER – WHAT EVER THE *&^% THAT IS) Long story short, she told me she would upgrade my 6 inch cake to 8 inches and decorate it but I would have to pick it up on SATURDAY BETWEEN 12 – 4 PM. That did not fit my time frame because my husband surprised me with an anniversary trip. That’s why I WANTED TO PICK MY CAKE UP ON FRIDAY BECAUSE I KNEW I WOULD NOT HAVE TIME TO DO IT ANY OTHER DAY!

    Tip to Cakes with a Hassel: Keep asking for your 50 % of your non-refundable deposit upfront so you can stay in business. FYI – Keep the anniversary cake.

    Good morning. Well wow, im at lost with words to these situation, well first and for most i personal apologize of any inconvience we have cause. As far as that employee i am working on that issue(i do apologize for her).. Overall was the cake good to you.. Please dont give up on cakes by anastasia, yes some people have slacked but we are all human and we are striving for perfection and want stop pushing and pressing for good. We love what we do, and will continue to do what we love, but we will continue to push push push and try to make perfect.. Thank u to all customers.. God bless you.
